What are some goals that you have for the new year?

We have tons of people in my home right now, and the conversation was "Don't set goals, therefore I'm not going to fail". We've had a lot of conversations about goals, resolutions, what this next year is going to look like, and it's been really fun.

What do we want out of this year?

Collaboration is currency, this is not just about me and my family. I'm also not a doctor, but I've learned a lot over the past seven and a half years. I've shifted my mindset from keto to understanding how people's brains work and why they make the decisions that they do.

I'm understanding emotions, mindset, low carb versus keto, and what actually works for people. I will help guide you and give you some ideas of what has helped us. Tomorrow morning, we are officially starting our new book called "Your Divine Fingerprint" by Keith Craft. This is to give you something to think about.
