Webb Junior Joins Ravens, Following Father's Footsteps

The Baltimore Ravens just signed undrafted free agent, Lardarius Web Jr. as a safety, and it's got that family legacy vibe going strong. He's the son of Lardarius Web Sr., who the Ravens grabbed in the third round of the 2009 draft out of Nickel State. Sr. bald out for nine seasons in Baltimore, snagging a Superbowl ring along with 15 interceptions and 91 passes defense. Web Jr. bounced between Oklahoma State, South Alabama, and Wake Forest in college, putting up solid numbers last couple years, 41 tackles. With two picks at South Alabama in 2024, then 35 tackles, a sec, and seven pass breakups at Wake Forest in 2025. At just five foot nine and 168 pounds, he's a smaller guy playing safety or corner, so making the roster will be tough. And he could carve out a practice squad spot and bring that web name back to Baltimore.
