"We Don't Care Who's Coming"

About this episode

The Phillies entered the week believing they are the best team in baseball. Their sweep of the Dodgers at Citizens Bank Park only reaffirmed those beliefs.

“We don’t care who’s coming,” Johan Rojas said. “We don’t care who we are playing. We’re just going to beat them.”

So many good things happened this week against L.A. Trea Turner continued to swing a hot bat, drawing comparisons to Jimmy Rollins’ 2007 NL MVP season. Phillies pitchers held Shohei Ohtani to three singles, striking him out in a few big spots. Cristopher Sánchez rebounded in a big way on Wednesday. Rojas made a fantastic catch in left-center field on Thursday night.

Ruben, Jim and Todd dig into it all.

They start the show by talking about a shocking confession Ruben made on the 94 WIP Morning Show on Thursday.

Did he really call into WIP using a fake voice?
