00Welcome to All in With LED Podcasts for Online Business, Unders and Entrepreneurs who are ready to create the life and business of their dreams. I am so happy you are here. And I'm going to keep it all the way real with you. This is take number 10 for this episode, which means the nine other times prior to this. I recorded, I stopped, I deleted, and I redid it again. And as a matter of fact, one of the takes, I got seven minutes in, and I still decided to stop and start over. I feel like I'm losing my mind, but you know what? I'm just going to keep it real. It is what it is. It be like that sometimes. It really does. And that's what I want this episode to be, because I have a really good story to share with you. And this episode, we're going to be reflecting on two really big breakthroughs,

07wisdom bites, wisdom nuggets that I've gained over the years. This is, you know, the month, it's September. Hi, happy September. This is the month that I turned 39. I've learned so much. So I've been reflecting on some of the big breakthrough moments. We're going to be going into, like I said, two of those in this episode. And the whole theme that I'm feeling for this episode is keeping it real. Keeping it real. And turning it up, that's another thing. I don't know exactly what the theme for September is going to be. I really haven't decided. I don't even know if I'm going to do themes anymore. I'm not sure. If you have an opinion on it, I would kiss your face if you slip into my dams and told me, okay, I won't. I'll keep, I'll keep myself to myself. But let me know how you feel about the themes, because I cannot decide.

10I keep going back and forth. Do we keep the themes? Do we not keep the themes? Do we go back to more of like just whatever is on my heart, whatever I want to talk about. That's what we talk about. Or do we keep it focused? Because as a creator, it's nice to keep it focused. It helps with coming up with ideas. And I'm sure as a listener of this show, you probably appreciate it sometimes too, because you kind of know what to expect. And it keeps us on theme for a full month. But I think like one of the downsides to having themes is we don't have as many catch up moments. You know, I go in, I stay in the lane. And I'm like, okay, here's the value. Here's the strategy. Here's the tips. Here's the breakthroughs. Here's what I want you to do as it relates to the theme. So I don't know what I'm feeling for September. I'll tell you what I'm feeling. And then we're going to have a real-ass conversation. What I'm feeling for September is turning it up a notch.

14No. Ten notches. We are turning it up in September. And the reason why is because there is so much time left in the year. And I don't know what it is about me. If it's my human design, if it's because I'm a Virgo, I'm sure I've created this pattern now in my mind. As a matter of fact, I'm positive that's more than likely what's happening here. But something happens to me at the end of the year where like I'm activated, I wake the fuck up. It's like January through August. I'm kind of here. I'm doing what I need to do. I'm doing all right. That's for sure. But something about one September hits, it's like, all right, game time. And I always take it as a personal mission to be like, okay, what miracles can be created for the rest of the year? Like how far can we take this? And every single year with the exception of 2022 when I had a baby and I lost my mom at the end

19of the year, but every other year in business, besides that year, I have doubled if not tripled revenue and results in the last four months of the year. So this conversation, yes, and this month, I'm feeling you know, if this continues to be the theme for the month. Which I think it is. I have some good ideas for it, but I still want to know how you feel about themes. But it's this, it's turning up what we want to create more of. Turning it up in ourselves first. Because if you are it, you will see it like attracts like. So if you want more visibility in the next few months, you are going to make yourself more visible. You are going to show up as if the visibility is already there. If you want more sales, if you want more revenue between now and the end of the year,

24then you're going to do the exact same thing, right? Like whatever it is that end, this could be related to businesses can be related to anything. This also could be this doesn't have to be like a hustle thing. This also can be peace, calm, a calm nervous system, joy, rest, balance, whatever it is that you want to turn it up. I want to set that intention right now and start those conversations right now. Okay. And one thing that I'm turning up for myself is, well, I'm turning up a lot of things for myself. But I would love to bring more, I'm not honest, we have honest conversations, but I think more behind the scenes of like what's really going on. So maybe vulnerability, maybe just realness. I pride myself at being real with you as often as I can, like literally always.

33But again, I think like on the podcast, because we've had the themes, we haven't had so many like sit down conversations of like, this is what's going on. So that's what that's what I want to do. And truly this conversation, like I said, goes so hand in hand with with the vibe of this month and what we're doing. Because the first thing that I want to get out of the way is this thing that I personally deal with and I'm sure some of you do too. I know a lot of you do because we have these conversations, but this feeling of isolation, this feeling of you're the only one who's dealing with doubt in security, maybe like a slow season in sales, a slow season in engagement, in maybe even a rough patch in your marriage. You know, like it's so easy when you're in it. And if you're an isolator like me to feel as if everybody else has it figured out.

40And everybody else is in a winning season and that you're over here on an island by yourself. Hating your life, not hitting your life, but you get what I'm saying, right? Just like, why is this not working? And I don't know, it's been it's been an interesting season over here for us. You know, I I hate that I've missed a couple of episodes on this podcast. I'm normally very, very consistent. And I think we're just still transitioning from the move. And it's been it's been difficult to find our flow. I will say that it's been really difficult to find our flow. The boys are transitioning into a new school. They literally start next week as I record this. So they've been like in a summer program, but they've also been here a lot, which I'm so grateful for, but also like have things that I want to create and do. So then the mom guilt kicks in. And then the struggle of

42trying to get the things done at the quality and the standard that you want it done kicks in. And then what else has been going on? Oh, you'll notice my my baby in the background, Mattis. He's our black lab. So I have two dogs. I have Sunday, who is a terrier mix. And then I have Mattis, our black lab. Both are about 14 years old. Mattis will be 14 in October and Sunday. I believe turns 15. He's either 14 or 15. I think he's about to turn 15 in February. So these dogs are old. And we always joke that we feel like they're going to outlive us all because that's really old for a talk. But lately, Mattis has been having serious issues, like just all of a sudden out of nowhere. He's always been super healthy. We've we've had very few for how old he is, very few issues, but lately

45all of a sudden he's been super lethargic. He's had issues walking. He hasn't been eating as much. He has not like he normally would be up and walking around the apartment and we'll want to go outside and he just lies here all day. So we've been dealing with that and that's been really heavy and that's stressing us out. And I don't know, it's just yeah, that's what I'm struggling with, which is like here's a I have a question for you. If anybody knows what I'm talking about, I want you to DM me and let me know. Is there a thing where living in a high rise apartment, you you literally need to go ground more? Because that's something else that I feel too. I feel like not as grounded and I'm not somebody I don't even really use that verbiage very much. I'm not somebody who is a ground dirt, like a literal like go walk and grass. But that's kind of the feeling that I get this like lack of flow.

53And and also like not very grounded like very I don't know it's so hard to put in towards anyway. But I had that thought the other day and I was like, huh, I wonder if that's a thing because we're like multiple floors up into the air and and maybe that's a thing. So why am I telling you all of this just to just to say that the internet looks one way, right? And we see, you know, we see the highlight reel, we see people doing the damn thing. I show up when I look good. I am really consistent. I've been doing this a really long time. I know what I'm doing. But even the people that you look up to or that you think have it all figured out like nobody has it all figured out. Nobody, nobody. There might be seasons where you're in your flow and you've caught a wave and you know,

56you're in that winning season. So to see, but even then, even then, you can be like, I have no idea what I'm doing. And this industry is changing so fast. I'm talking about the online business industry. I'm talking about the coaching industry, which we'll talk about this month. And part of staying in the game and being one of the greats is staying nimble and just staying in the game. Truly, just staying in the game. You're not going to have it all figured out. That's not the point. And I think I mentioned, I don't know if I mentioned this, but like this is like my ninth or tenth take of this damn video. I've just been like, like I said, not in the flow. Just trying, I feel like I'm into it now. So I don't know if I've said one about to say, because I've recorded it a couple of other times. So I'll say it again. And if you've already heard me say this, I apologize. I don't know when I said this. But one thing that I want to start this conversation with,

00because again, I'm about to share a story with you is like what makes somebody great, you know, and we joke about like normies versus extort and normies, right? Like normies are people who get caught up in the game. They're kind of just like sheep mentality, doing what everybody else does, afraid to move, just kind of like not living the life that they actually want to live because they're afraid or whatever. And then the extort and normies are us. And it's not like a better thing. It's not like we're better. But we've chosen the extraordinary route of life. We've chosen a higher level game here where there's no predictability. You get to create the stability, but it takes time to create said stability. It takes strategy to create said stability. And we also, I believe, are the one like we we're highly cognizant and intentional about our energy and our mind,

04you know, where our standards are different. That's the difference. Not we're better, they're worse or vice versa. It's just different. And to me, what really separates the extort normies from the normies is not the presence or absence of struggle. It's what you do with it. It's how you lead yourself through it, right? So important. And you have to realize that because when you isolate yourself or you get into a habit of comparing yourself and you feel like everybody else is winning and you're struggling, then that's when you kind of drop the ball, so to speak. That's when you lower your standards, you start to tell yourself the lie, what's the point? Maybe I don't have what it takes. They're not struggling. They don't look like they're struggling.

06They look like they have it all figured out. And then there's me over here. And what the hell is wrong with me? And it's like, no, no, no, no, no, no, they're showing you what they want you to see, which is their right. But trust and believe they're dealing with their stuff too, maybe at a whole other level than you would ever even fathom. But the question isn't, are they struggling? The question is is how they're leading themselves through that season? So when you're thinking about, and this is like the first thing that I would love for you to do in this episode, I want you to be thinking about like what you're turning up this month and throughout the rest of the year. Revenue, peace, fun, visibility, consistency, whatever it is, but one thing for sure that I want you to add to that list are your standards straight up. Like what, what can you raise the bar on

13in terms of how you lead yourself and when things aren't great, what you do then too. Okay. And that anyway, well, I'm already getting into the, I'm getting ahead of myself, but I want to share a story with you. And this just really, it came at such a perfect time. And it goes so hand in hand with this conversation. But I got a DM from a friend of mine who were like online colleague friends, right? Like we haven't met in person, but I have followed this person for a long time. I admire this person. I look up to this person. And I love what this person is doing with this person has built. And how she's lit into my DMs was I made a story on, on blocks.

14I made a story about how if you think you have a block, you have a block, like you're creating the block that the thought of I'm blocked creates the block. And I went into this and it was like one of the last podcast episodes that we really dove into this. And she DMed me. And she said, this is me right now. And I saw that. And I was like, huh? This is me. Hold on, what? And I was like, what do you mean? Like please expound, explain yourself. And she was like, this, this is the season that I'm in right now. I'm, you know, and she gave a few details. And she was like, and I know I'm creating the blocks, but I absolutely feel blocked right now. I'm like really struggling with this. And I was floored. And I'm not going to out this person. Obviously, this is her story to tell. But I was

18floored because the way that I think of this person and like the pedestal that I've fully unconsciously put this person on, I was like, you don't get blocked. Isn't it so silly? To even think that, but without even realizing like, that's what I was thinking without even realizing that's what I was thinking because and how I know that was how surprised I was when she told me what she was dealing with. And we, we had a conversation about it. And my jaw was on the floor because and by the way, this person is very honest online. But I stay in my lane. I often don't see a lot of other people in my industry's content because I don't want to I don't want to get influenced. And I want to like stay in my lane. I want to create from a more pure place. I struggle

21with comparison, just like anybody else. So anyway, I often will just stay in my lane and I don't look at a lot of people in my industry's content. I love them from afar. I support them. Everything that they do, but I don't need to be seeing their stuff. So I haven't been seeing this person's content lately. So I was completely out of the loop. But the last I heard and the last that I knew was, you know, she created this huge thing that was wildly successful. And she was just like, and it still is still is the example of somebody who has figured it the hell out and took it to max, right? And somebody I deeply admire for so many things, but specifically for that because when you when you're doing this and you're a creator and you're creating courses, you're creating experiences, and you see somebody who nails it and who crushes it, not just for a small season, but for years, it's like hell yeah props respect. So again, all of this is like, like that was

30my perspective. And then to hear her be like, no, things things have changed things have changed. So to give like the most vague description of the situation ever, but the context is helpful is she had this thing that was beyond beyond successful, but it ran its course, right? Like not everything is meant to last forever. These courses, these communities, these masterminds. I can't tell you how many things I've created that I was like, this is the best thing since sliced bread. And then you know, after a few months, it's just like the message was clear, it's brand, it's course. And that's what she was dealing with. This thing was, you know, it reached its peak. And then it was time to create something new. And in the creation of something new, that's where the struggle came in. Because from what she said, is she, you know, tried to create a few new things,

33or maybe, you know, a couple of new things. And they just didn't hit in the same way as the previous thing. And this is something that if you know, you know, but I don't see a lot of people talk about a lot because it's a little nuanced. But if you are a creator, especially if you're a course creator, if you're a service creator, you know, if you're a product creator, I'm sure you were let you, you know this too, we're like, you create this thing. And sometimes like you create a banger. And it pops off. And it just like blows your mind, blows everybody's mind, it's a success. And then it's like, okay, let's, let's do that again. Let's copy pace. Let's, let's, you know, create the same experience, the best of our ability. And sometimes you can do that. And then other times you can't, or it just doesn't happen as easy. So one thing that I've realized in this

36industry is when you're pulling money from the sky, and what I mean by that is like you're monetizing your genius, you're monetizing your actual ideas. That's what pulling money from the sky is, is like, I have an idea. And I'm going to take it from the ether. And I'm going to pull it down. And I'm going to make it something tangible. And I'm going to give it a brand. And I'm going to give it a title. And I'm going to give it a container. And I'm going to give it a price. And I'm going to put it out into the world. But when you're pulling this idea from the sky, you don't know how it's going to be received. Right. And when you get it right, it's thrilling. It's so exciting. But there, it's also this perfect storm. You know what I'm saying? And I've, I've real, the longer that I've been in business. And the more offers that I've created of my own, I've created courses, I've created masterminds, I've created communities, I've created a billion podcasts and pieces of content. And the more that I create, the more that I realize, it's like, you don't always create

43lightning in a bottle. And sometimes the lightning in the bottle is the right thing at the right time. With the right people that just happen to be watching you at that specific time that you launch the thing, it's like, it's, there's so many components. It's not just about the idea. It's every, every factor that is impacting that specific moment that you put out that thing. Okay. So what she is dealing with right now, my friend is something that I have experienced more times than I can tell you. And that if you have the audacity to create anything from your mind, more than one time, you too will experience it too. So she tells me this and after I pick my jaw up off the floor, I felt this one I just felt for her because I know the feeling well, but then I also felt like, wow, it is just such a good reminder. And I loved her so much, like the amount of love and

49appreciation that I had for her to be vulnerable and to be real with a fellow creator. It was, it was really wonderful. And it really inspired me to one have this conversation, but also be that person as well. Because another thing that we deal with as creators, in addition to the struggle of like they can't all be bangers. And sometimes you're going to put out flops and like, how do you navigate that? But another thing that you deal with too is like this feeling that you don't want people to know that you're struggling, right? Like especially if you're a coach, there's this added pressure that you need to be perfect, not that. I mean, not everybody carries that, but I'll speak for myself. There is that added pressure that like, I'm, I'm a human, you're a human, my friends are human. We're all humans. Again, it's not like nobody is immune to

50the struggle. But when you are in a position where you're helping other people and you're the example of somebody who has figured it out ish to a certain level, there does come that added pressure that you hold yourself to a different standard, which isn't a bad thing. But it was just so relatable to hear this and just such a good reminder that like, oh yeah, we're all dealing with this. Whether people are talking about it or not, everybody is dealing with this on some level. So I wanted to share that story just in case you hear that too. And you're just like, okay, cool. I'm not alone. I'm not isolated. I'm not on this island by myself. But, but the difference is is then what? Then what do we do about it? So

53I was talking to my friend and she and I are going to, you know, but now it's like my personal mission. I'm like, I'm, I'm, no, I will not sleep at night. Like, we're going to, we're going to figure this out together. Like, I just, I hate, I know the feeling and I know, I know where she's at. And I don't want her to feel that way. And I don't want you to feel that way either, which is why I do what I do. Right? So I hope that she's going to let me support her in like coming up with some fun ideas. But this also brings me to a couple of my wisdom drops that I want to share with you that I've been reflecting on now that I'm turning 39 this year, which I am very proud of. That's another thing that's changed about me. I used to do that thing that like a lot of women do because I think we, I know I did it because I saw other women do it. So I was like, ooh, I need to lie about my age. I didn't lie about my age. But like, I didn't share my age. And I was

57like low key embarrassed about getting older or self conscious about getting older until I was like, what? Like what the hell is that all about? Getting older, first of all, is a privilege. I don't even need to explain that. But especially as a woman, life has only gotten better. I feel like I've only gotten better. I feel like I haven't even peaked yet. It's just getting better. Like, I used to say, I'll still say this, you couldn't pay me to go back into my 20s unless I could do maybe a couple of things differently. Or maybe I don't know. Maybe I'd go back to a few things. But 30s have been so much better. I can only fathom. I can only fathom what my 40s are going to be like, and I'm not there yet. But I don't know. It's like, that's, I'm like, why are we embarrassed about getting older? Why are we embarrassed about turning 40? One of my favorite people, by the way,

58that talks about aging, that helped me shift this perspective is Gwyneth Paltrow. If you listen to her podcast, she's a few episodes, or I can't remember if it's like on her podcast or where she's been on other shows. I think it was one of them specifically was the call her daddy episode that Gwyneth was on. I'm pretty positive. It's that one if you want to go look for it. But she the way she talks about being in her 40s and then being in her 50s made me excited to turn 40. Like made me excited to get older. And anyway, anyway, so there's that. I'm turning 39. I'm honored. Be jealous. But I've been reflecting on like, okay, what have I learned over the years? Because there's so many things. There's so many things. And the only downside, one of the downsides to being younger with so many upsides is the wisdom piece.

03And I often will think, like this, a couple of things I'm going to share with you in this episode, I look at and I'm like, dude, if I could have downloaded this into my brain, like program this into my system five years ago, 10 years ago, 15 years ago, oh my God. So my hope is because I'm going to be sharing more of these like, you know, year 39 wisdom drops with you over the next month because it's kind of on theme with what we're doing. But my hope is, and in sharing these is if you're younger than me, you get to download these and program these way earlier than I did. But even if you're not even if you're older than me, maybe these will be serve as good reminders for you too. And it really, like, age is a number. It doesn't matter about the age. It's like when you're, what you're ready to learn something that the wisdom will appear, the mentor will appear. Okay. So one thing that I want to tell you about this is a really, really big deal before we get into the two things is the

07birthday portal opens officially on September 8th. So every single year for the past few years, I will do a couple of big promotions throughout the year, just like random really big promotions. But the biggest one that I do, the biggest one is always the birthday promotion. This year, we're calling it the birthday portal. And it opens officially on September 8th and it closes at 1159 on my birthday, September 15th. And the whole point of this promotion is to give you access to some of the most juicy, most expansive opportunities or courses, bundles, and give you a really good percentage off whatever age I'm turning. So this year, the percentage is 39% off. So we have put together some of the most delicious bundles for you. Courses are not dead. These are, this is how

16you, you really want to collapse time. You go listen to some of these courses, especially some of mine. I have some of the best. I'm just going to say it. We have put together an energetic bundle, a money bundle, a business expansion bundle. We've put together a big ass bundle with all of them combined. And then you already know there is a really big coaching. There's only one coaching opportunity that's included in the birthday bundle. All of it, 39% off. But just for eight days or have remaining days, that is. Okay. So we will link that in the show notes. Do not, do not come knocking on my door later on and kicking yourself because you didn't take advantage. Okay. This is, there's a short window for a reason. Okay. So that's available. Get in there. This is, if you have been on the fence, and if you're like, I'm just waiting for the right time, there will never be a better time. There will not next year will be 40%. But the prices will be different and the offers will be

20different within the thing, right? Okay. Cool. All right. So two pieces of nuggets that I want to share with you that are on theme and on brand for this conversation. This one especially is very handed hand with the story that I just told you and just like everything that we're talking about, which is you are only as good as who you are in your losing seasons. And this is, I believe true for everybody, but especially business owners, all of you listening. I know you have a business. I know you have inspired to have a business. I know you aspire to create an extraordinary and a big life, whatever that means for you. If you want to expand, if you want to really turn things up at the end of this year and into 2027, which I cannot believe that I'm saying that, like that this year, I can't even deal with how fast it's gone. But if you really mean that,

24where you pay attention to and where you really lock it in, in is when you are in a losing season, when you are struggling. And here's why because anybody can be a hot shot and be the shit and know what they're doing and show up in a good attitude and a good vibe and a good energy and make good decisions when they're winning. That's the easiest thing to do on the planet, right? But the true character of not only who you are, but what you can hold. And more importantly, your own perception of yourself and what you're capable of and what you believe you're worthy of and the standards at which you hold across the board. It's not a standard if you only hold it when

26things are good, right? It's a standard if it's a standard. And the true test to that is when you're in a struggle season. That's the real you, right? That's the true testament to your spirit. And again, I just want to point out what this real, like the most important thing that it points to is your true feeling of yourself, right? Like if you can only love yourself and this actually goes hand in hand with the next wisdom nugget that I'm going to give you in just a second. But like if you can only love and respect yourself and believe in yourself when the circumstances are reflecting that or the circumstances are what you want them to be, then half of the time you're going to be not only struggling, but having a really hard time. It's just going to compound the struggle because again, nobody is immune to it. Nobody. Everybody is going to put out flops. And I want to do an episode. Maybe I'll do this in my content where I'm going to create a

33post where I give stats, right? The stats of like all of the biggest entrepreneurs that we look up to like Sarah Blakely or creators that we look up to like Beyonce or athletes that are the best of the best like Michael Jordan. And I want to do a comparison in stats of their numbers of like how many wins they've gotten versus how many Ls and how many shots that they've taken over the course of their career. Like the people that really go on to make it are the people who chose to stay in the game and the people that shot the most like it's truly a numbers game. And that's another thing that separates the normies from the extraordinary normies. Normies can't hold that or they don't realize that that's part of the game. They can't hold the pressure of the failure and and the feelings that come along with that. They don't know how to lead themselves through that.

35They don't know how to get mentorship through that. They make it mean something about them and it doesn't feel good. So they end up quitting or not shooting their shot again and going back to living the life. That's a smaller version of what they actually want, right? Extra normies. Understand that if you miss a shot you shoot again. If you put out an offer that flops you go and you create another one. If you put out a post and it gets bad engagement you don't just stop posting your job is a fucking post. That's your job is to create. If you're a creator you create they cannot all be bangers, right? So the true testament to what you what you can hold and who the hell you are and what you not what you're meant to create. We're all meant to create whatever you want to create. But what you are prepared to create is how you lead yourself and how you handle

35that season of struggle. Do you numb out and just put your head in the sand and pray for it to be over? Do you isolate and compare yourself and and self-loathe when the circumstances aren't looking how you want them to look? Or do you look inward? Do you do the work? Do you feel the feelings? It's not that you love it. Nobody loves a losing season but you are getting the wisdom from it. You realize this isn't happening to me. It is happening for me. Why? Or if this was happening for me? Why? What is the gold in the pile of shit that I can alchemize that I meant to alchemize from this and how do I do it and how do I uphold a standard that I would want a client to see? That I would want the world like if everybody was watching me and could see behind the scenes. How would I act? What standard would I uphold? If you do that

39in your quiet time when nobody is watching, your next winning season is so much closer than you think and probably way bigger than you imagine to. Like that's it. That's it. Truly. It's not about the winning seasons. They're going to come and go but you will get more of them the better you are at losing. What do you do during that season? This is why I created the All in Experience. Truly. And we did this. I want to make sure I have enough time. My kids are about to burst through the door any minute and it is what it is. But we created the All in Experience and I noticed something really interesting because it's a year-long experience and this is by design. What was interesting and fascinating was I also did in tandem with the All in Experience for a year. I tried out a

41different type of community that was month to month. So the All in Experience is a year because you're all in because that's the point and now I know because that's what works. But then I also did a community called LFG which was month to month and what was fascinating was the minute. And I mean the minute that members in LFG caught a struggle, started going through some shit in life, in business, in whatever. The second thing got hard. One of the first things that they did was stop investing in mentorship. It's like I can't afford this. Things aren't good. This doesn't make sense. They cut it. They canceled. And that was their right. But in the All in Experience, that's not an option because you're in for a year. So what I saw over there was and this actually happened a couple of times where a couple of people caught a struggle season and they would reach out and they would be like, hey, what can we do? And they weren't really trying to somewhere trying to

46get out of it. But other people were like, hey, this is why I'm at what do I do? And I was like, let's get on a call. Let's talk about this. Let's figure it out. And we figured it out. And I supported them in leading themselves through that season. And the rate at which they came out of it. And like, that's what I wish people realized, which is like mentorship, true mentorship. The point is not just to get results. Like that's a perk. That's a perk of mentorship. But true, valuable mentorship is to hold you in all seasons. More so when things are not going your way. To have a place where you can lay your head down and say, this sucks, this isn't working. Help me see this from a different angle. And help me hold the standard that I wish to uphold for myself. But it's feeling really hard to do right now. Like,

48that's what true mentorship is. That's why I created the All in Experience. Okay. Just throwing that out there. Okay. And this leads to the second piece of wisdom, which is you cannot, and I've never understood this more like the older that I get the more that this it's just so clear. You cannot confuse a winning season with being worthy. You cannot do it. Don't do it. And it is ironically one of the easiest things to do, right? And I would say most of us listening to this podcast, we are ambitious, high achieving women. Many of us, the eldest daughter, many of us have created incredible things that we're incredibly proud of. And many of us have attached

50our self-worth and our identity with those achievements. And the issue with this is when the achievements aren't achieving in the moment, right? When the results aren't resulting, when the money is not flowing, when the people and the, you know, when the circumstances aren't behaving in the exact way that we want them to behave, if your identity and your self-worth in the way that you love and feel about yourself is entangled in that half of your existence is going to be shitty. Half of the time you're going to hate yourself. I don't know about you, but that's not the life that I want to live. And I don't know about you, but like I'm so much more than this business. I am so much more than this podcast. I am so much

53more than a business mentor. I'm a whole as fucking human who has lived a lot of life well beyond what I do as a profession. And yet, you would never know that if you watched how I treated myself and how I talked to myself and how I respected in the lack of respect that I have for myself when my business wasn't going the way that I wanted it to go. So on one hand, we don't want to do this because it's just going to compound the shitty situation. Right? The only thing that makes a shitty business season worse is you feeling shitty about yourself. Duh. I think that's we're really not having a good time at that point. But then also, like, if we look at this from a spiritual perspective too, it can never work. I believe in God. You can believe in

57whatever you believe in. But I believe that God sent us here to be co-creators, right? To learn how to master our energy, to learn how to master our experiences. So number one, your energy. If it's going up and down, you're going to create different results. Just write out the gauge is based on that law alone. But also from a spiritual perspective, God can't let us or for most of us. Some some people this is what they came to learn. But for a lot of us, we can't go on believing this. We can't go on tying up our worth with our achievements. Otherwise, otherwise, it's going to be bad, right? We will crash and burn because nobody's business is just this straight rocket. Ever. So if you believe you're only good when your when your business is going well,

04then you're going to quit. It's going to really negatively affect you. And then when you quit, you're not doing your work. You're not putting your message out. You're not creating your art. Back to the first point, which is like who you are in a losing season, we have to remember too. And this also goes hand in hand with, you know, my friends message. You have to realize that like some of your best creations and seasons of life will come from at the tail end of something not working. Like that will create the innovation that will create just enough frustration and just enough creativity to say, okay, this didn't work. That sucks. What now? And then boom, the next big thing. And this is what I'm excited about for my friend because she created this masterpiece. And then it's not there anymore. What is she going to create next? It's such an opportunity. So it's like when you can build up your self-worth, independent of your results,

14then not only are you going to have a better life experience, not only will you attract in higher levels of success because you're a match for it and because spiritually just it's aligned. But also you will innovate so much faster. It's really hard to have access to creativity and to be thinking clearly and strategically when you're self-loathing. And when you think you're a pile of dog shit because your bank accounts low or because you didn't hit your goal for the month, you know what I'm saying? You can't only feel like a boss when the results are there. That's not a thing. Like the true testament of a quote boss of an extraordinary person is who they are when people aren't looking when in all in all areas and all seasons. That's the testament of who

14you are as a person but also who you are as a business owner and your capacity to receive and to create and also who you're a match to serve. I would be such a shitty coach and mentor if I only showed up when things were good. If I only told you the good stuff. If I only loved and respected myself when my bank account looked a certain way. When things weren't flopping. Imagine if that's how I was and then I was teaching and mentoring other women. Do you think God would send me many people? Probably not. I hope not. Anyway, I feel like this is a really good start to the conversation. Just keeping it real. But also turning up the standards. That's the big big big thing that I want you to take away from this. Which is nobody is excluded from struggle and from low moments in business.

19But what you do have to uphold and respect for yourself and for your clients and for your business and for your life experience as a whole is the standard that you uphold. That to me is the epitomean and it just speaks so much to how you respect yourself. Okay. So I hope this was helpful. We'll see where the rest of the month takes us. But in the meantime, the birthday portal is possibly open or it's about to open if you're listening to this on the day that this drops. But happy September. I'm so happy you are here. If you ever have any questions, you can slide into my DMs. We've linked everything for you below. And I'm excited to see what the rest of the year holds for us. Okay. Love you. See you next week. Bye.
