And now your host, Richard Case.
Good morning Kathy.
Good morning.
Here we are and be taping and airing this, I think the ninth, Monday the ninth, or March,
actually.
Wow.
It's going fast.
Life's going fast already.
And so we're excited about that.
You'll actually be, when do you get back from your trip?
We're gone the fourth to the 10th, so you'll be just getting ready to come back.
That'll be fun when we have you return and hear what happened.
All about the dog sledding, seeing the I did around, hopefully seeing the Northern Lights.
The Northern Lights are magnificent.
Linda and I had a, we were in Iceland because we did some ministry in Iceland when we went
to Germany with Linda's family where we went to the Christmas markets, but we came
back with Heath and Rebecca through Iceland and spent time, you know, ministering to people
there.
And it's kind of a cool understanding and it's kind of like what I recognize more
what Paul did.
It says in the, in Acts that, you know, he would, he would start a work with churches and
elders that were faithful.
And then he would go back and he called, he'd just strengthen them.
He wasn't starting anything new, but he was just spending time with them encouraging
them.
How's it going?
Right.
And let me help you with your growth in Christ as a prophet.
He was serving as a prophet and we went, came back through Iceland, you know, Keith and
Rebecca just have all of this wonderful, and when you talk about revival, we can start
to see it.
It's happening in Iceland and we're part of it, but all we did is just meet with them
and strengthen them.
Right.
And they were encouraged, you know, and it was, it was fun to do and we were part of it.
But, you know, and we're, we're driving out to meet some people.
It's very cold.
By the way, in Iceland, at this time of year, December, there's only two hours of light.
Wow.
The sun comes up at 11 and sets it one.
So, it's dark, you know, and that would be difficult.
Yeah.
So anyway, we're coming back at night and Keith is driving and he stops and said, hey, we
get to get out of the car, you know, so we get out of the car and right in front of us
in magnificent flashing is the northern lights.
Yeah.
Literally where you could feel like you could touch it.
That's beautiful.
And it is a special experience.
So, you know, I pray that you'll have that experience up there.
That'll be.
Me too.
It'll be, it's beyond measure.
It's funny.
By the way, take pictures of it.
Take a little video of it because it's funny and this is something I haven't yet fully understood.
But when you visibly see it, you see a certain intensity in light.
If you take a film of it and then you watch the film, you see a three times intensity
in light.
Oh, interesting.
That your eye can't perceive by itself, but through the camera, you can't.
You can't.
Well, my eyes can't perceive a lot by themselves lately.
Yeah.
So, bring your camera and your glasses.
Okay.
So, as we're talking about it, you know, we talk last time about our role as a priest,
so it's to bring the word sanctification, it's to help them stay in the place of prayer
in sense, bring the sacrifices, surrender, bring the feast, remember the privilege you
have of the joy of it, and then, you know, bless the Lord on my soul, come to him with
a heart of surrender and forget not all these beautiful benefits.
And my role as a priest is to for me to do it first and then help you do it.
And he said, he said, okay, as I commission you, he does say that there's an
interesting purpose behind it.
And by the way, he speaks here of the entire church, which is what we're trying to say is
everybody is called to be part of this, which means we're called to be part of the
prophetic.
So, read Ephesians 3, 7 through 12.
Sure.
Of which I became a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given to me by
the effective working of his power.
To me, who, unless the least of all the saints, this grace was given, that I should preach
among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, and to make all see what is the
fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God
who created all things through Jesus Christ.
And to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church
to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places, according to the eternal purpose,
which he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord, in whom we have boldness and access with
confidence through faith in him.
That's a loaded passage.
This is where, and the new thing about scripture is, you know, you're starting to learn something.
It keeps building on itself.
It keeps reminding us of how the dots are connected to the process.
And we start to recognize it because, you know, you just, you just read it.
By the way, you have access with boldness and confidence.
Okay.
Where did we hear that?
Back in Hebrews.
Chapter 10 is that he specifically said, why to come in with the boldness because of what
Christ did.
Yes.
Come in with an authentic heart.
And he says, here, as I have you fulfill this purpose, I need to remind you that it's
all based on this privilege of access.
Right.
Okay.
We heard that.
He says, let me connect the dot for you, see, and it's important.
I want you to pay attention to that, you know, and, and so you keep hearing it.
And so, you know, somebody we should say, so you're telling me to have boldness and
confidence to have access to you.
Yeah.
That's what I'm telling you.
Right.
And even when we go back, you know, to the, to the gospels and we hear Peter and John,
you know, because of the people knew because of the boldness with which they taught that
they had been with Jesus.
Yes.
The boldness in being with Jesus have always been simultaneous, right?
That is one leads to the other for sure.
That's right.
Beautiful.
So he says that I'm going to help you understand a mystery and then what I'm calling you to
do.
So first of all, he says, the mystery is that the message, the life is available to everybody.
Because remember, at first, and this is what the disciples thought that, well, this is
for the Israel, this is for the Jews of Israel.
And that was their focus of where their ministry was to be carried out, which is why they went
to the synagogues, which is why they had Jewish people join the church.
And then after several months, God revealed, you know, with Acts chapter 9, he calls Paul.
And then right after that, he has Cornelius, who's a Gentile, who says, I've heard from
the Jews that there's a real God, not these myths.
If it's true, I would like to know that.
Right.
And an angel shows up and says, God's going to answer your prayer.
You know, go get Peter.
And at the same time, Peter's getting a vision about the unclean food and animals that
you go ahead and eat it.
And he says, no, I can't do that.
I've never done that.
I'm not doing that.
Now, the good thing is he, even though he couldn't understand it or receive it, it says
he continued to ponder this like, what is this all about?
And then through a series of what the Holy Spirit did, is he led Peter back to Cornelius.
And he showed Peter the truth is for everybody.
There's no limitation here.
And Cornelius then received the truth that this is Jesus Christ.
And that's who you've been seeking.
And I showed you the truth of that.
And you got it.
And by the way, he and his whole family were baptized and formed a church.
So when Paul says the mystery that I wanted to disclose is that he says, in your heart,
there's two things I want you to understand on, is there's no limitation for people to
receive this.
And in our mind, he's trying to say, based on their condition of where they stand, i.e.,
I've done awful things, I've failed miserably, or my paradigm is this, and I just don't believe
this.
And he says, he says, none of that matters.
Everybody will be presented with the truth.
And I want you to be a messenger of mine to present that to the truth with no judgment.
There's no limitation.
Don't put people in a hierarchy and don't put people in a cast, just offer it.
The same thing for believers is that if somebody is a believer and you believe should be
further along in their walk and they walk back into the flesh and they're suffering and
they're miserable, he said, don't judge them.
Recognize that the mystery is no, it's still for them and you need to invite them to
that.
So he said, that's one element of the second side of it is this applies to you.
Don't ever think, you're less.
Don't ever think that you have to do better or you have to fix the issues that you've
got.
He said, no, the mystery is how about now, just learn to come back and remember, think about
all the priestly things we're doing.
See, we're not judging anybody and we're not telling them, do these five things to get
back there.
We're just saying, come on, let's go.
I'm going to help you get there and stay there.
And so he said, that's your call.
He said, the purpose of the church, okay, now who's the church?
All of us.
That's us.
Yeah.
So he doesn't say the purpose of pastors, the purpose of the super spiritual.
So the purpose of the whole body of Christ is to, it says bear witness, make manifest,
the manifold wisdom and the manifold wisdom means the incredible depth and dimensional
view of all that God is that he'll show you his will for you to demonstrate something.
So he said, there's no system to it.
It's so complex that you can't even figure it out, but you can express what's happening
to you, to demonstrate and bear witness to who, but it's a saying, oh, principality
some powers of my supernatural work.
Okay.
Now, if I'm demonstrating to principality some powers, it's interesting.
You would think that he would be saying and demonstrate to other people, you know, my
manifold wisdom.
He doesn't say that.
Now, does that exclude that?
No.
And he's trying to say this, look, for me to, to show you the life of me, it has to include
the supernatural, the spectacular, the things that only I can do.
And that means by definition, you can demonstrate that to who the principality is in power.
The angels and the demonic that it's true, which means it has to be supernatural.
It's not that you did something better.
It's not you and the natural.
It's rather you demonstrating the supernatural to the principality some powers.
Now, now think about this and we're setting this up.
Where do we receive our priestly duties when we're in the kingdom of God in the throne
room?
I have to be in the throne room.
I have to be walk with him.
I have to be surrendered.
That's why all these things are important is I got to help you go to the word.
I got to help you stay in the throne room.
I got to help you continue surrender your will.
I got to help you recognize you will be blessed to be a blessing.
But you have to be with him in the kingdom, see?
Right.
Okay, there who has authority, Christ, over what?
Principalities and power.
And you join him in that place that you will be demonstrating that to the principality
and powers who will see that is true.
And only because it's true will they recognize it.
Now if you go into the world without it, I'm going to go, I'm going to go seek my own
way.
I'm just going to do my own thing.
Interesting enough, who has power over you?
The enemy.
The principality and powers have power over me and they demonstrate to me their principalities
and power life.
So what does that look like?
I'm in constant turmoil.
I'm in constant frustration.
I'm angry all the time.
I'm in conflict.
Things don't work out too well.
I get all this adversity that is going to happen to everybody, but I never get it resolved.
And why?
Well, because the enemy is able to keep you there and they actually demonstrate their power
to you.
He said, no, you got to do it the other way around.
As you stay with me and you, church, who's the physical representative of the invisible
God, will demonstrate in reality change circumstances, supernatural stuff.
Things that only can happen when I show you that you will experience and when you experience
it, what will you do?
Bear witness.
Right.
And I love even when you look at the wording that he uses there in verse 10 to the intent
that now the manifold wisdom of God may be made known by the church, that really speaks
to what we talk about all the time, about the gift of unity and other believers, right?
Yes.
Yes.
The manifold wisdom being made known by the church, because when we come together and we
seek God together in the prophetic even, he will often tell you part and tell me a part
and tell someone else a part and when it comes together, you know, that verse in Psalms
133, how good and pleasant it is when brethren dwell together in unity and that word for
pleasant actually represents harmony where there's different pieces that come together
to give a full picture.
That's the same thing in this verse, the manifold wisdom, all the multifaceted.
There's so many different parts of it and it's going to be made known by the church.
So there's a whole, there's a unit there that needs to work in unity to see all the pieces,
right?
The manifold wisdom and then that is testified.
But that really speaks to the beauty of the gift of prophetic in the church as well.
Yeah, and so think about what that means is that I am to join people that are experiencing
that.
Yes.
If I'm experiencing it and for some reason don't have those people around me, I am to invite
people to join me, because it's it's light and I think you caught it properly.
This is we not me.
Right.
Right.
It has to be you.
Everybody has to individually, but it's for the purpose of edification and coming together
and being the church, right?
Yeah.
So I can't say, okay, I'm part of your group, well, you do it.
So by osmosis, I'm just going to be with you and you, but you do it.
I never experienced it.
God said, no, if you're part of it, every one of you will be experiencing.
What do you do?
Help do it together.
Community is what we're trying to really talk to people about is this critical to keep
understanding.
Am I part of a community like that?
If not, father, lead me to help either people learn it and join me so that I have a community
around me that can demonstrate together, because it's the body, not just me personally, although
I still have to do it to demonstrate it.
Okay.
Now, read the last verse again, because it tells us an important, he talks about the
access, but it also says something else, it says, in whom we have boldness and access
with confidence through faith in him.
Yeah.
And then read the verse before that, before that, according to the eternal purpose, which
he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord, in whom we have boldness and everything.
No, we have boldness.
He said, so eternal means, you know, forever, what the purpose is that the body of Christ
will continually demonstrate the power of God to the principalities and powers.
And that will be a eternal purpose that you start to realize, I'm supposed to be part
of that purpose.
That's your, that's your higher calling is that I get to be part of it.
And so he says, if you're there, that means for me, if I'm joining that purpose, I'm
bearing witness of that supernatural work.
And as an indicator is, are you serving out my purpose of the kingdom and see it has
nothing to do with functionality?
Right.
I said, I'm not talking about you being a pastor.
I'm talking about you demonstrating the power that comes by living with me and do that
in a group.
And people will, the powers and principalities will recognize it.
Okay, now this is cool.
If you do that, and the principalities and powers are being demonstrated by me and by us,
the power of God, who else will notice it?
Other people around you.
And that's why he didn't say the focus is on other people.
Because if we think our focus, and this is unfortunately where the church is gone, the
church is on, I got to teach people biblical truth.
And I disassociate that with experiencing that truth.
And hey, aren't we great?
Because we got a bunch of people that can speak sermons really, really well.
And we have a really nice fellowship, and I enjoy having go into worship.
But actually, even the pastor who's speaking that, I don't really see him live in a supernatural
life.
And God says, you've drifted to focus on the people when I'm asking you to demonstrate
to principalities and powers, because if you do, it requires supernatural.
If you're experiencing supernatural, the people around you will notice it.
Right.
And they'll say, is that possible for me?
And we know the answer is what?
Absolutely.
And it's not, you know, do, do, do.
It's come with us.
And we're going to show you, we're going to serve as a priest and a prophet to help you
get to that same place where you experience it.
And there's two things I know about that.
That's my role.
And I have to be experienced.
I can't tell somebody that I'm not experiencing it.
Right.
Number two is if I do invite them.
I don't have to wonder, what if they don't ever experience that?
And aren't I going to be foolish?
And it looks like some people are lucky, some people aren't.
You see, I have to have a complete confidence.
If I invite people to that place, they are going to experience the supernatural.
Right.
And all you and I can say is, we believe it, we've invited it, we've seen it.
I've never seen anybody that didn't step into that place of abiding and living that
out.
Remember, it's not that they had absence of trouble or struggle, but they've always experienced
the supernatural.
Right.
And it's really spectacular.
You know, so definitely, Father, we thank you for just how beautiful you call us that
it's for everybody.
There's no respect to our persons.
All of us are available.
We're called to bear witness to principalize some powers, your supernatural work.
That's your eternal purpose.
And he said, hey, by the way, it all happens because you have bold access with me and I'll
do the work.
And we just pray that we understand that.
That's our purpose.
And may we experience it ourselves, bring other people with us, and do it as a body of
Christ, and then invite others to that same place.
And we thank you in Christ's name, amen.
Amen.
Well, thank you so much for sharing rich love that passage and just the truth that God
is speaking in that.
I know that will encourage so many.
