So kostete eine Tafel Excellence-Schokolade von Lindt bei der Migros kürzlich 4.80 Franken – Anfang 2024 waren es noch 3.15 Franken. Der Kakaopreis hat sich auf einem so hohen Niveau stabilisiert, dass Schokoladenhersteller ernsthaft über Kakaoalternativen nachdenken.
