Let's go places. Few things are as uplifting as the greatest moments in sports. And nothing brings us together quite like Team USA at the Olympic Winter Games. From NBC Universal's iconic storytelling to the innovative technology across Xfinity and Peacock, Comcast brings the Olympic Games home to America, sharing every moment with

millions. When Team USA steps onto the world stage, we're not just watching. We're cheering together. This winter, we're all on the same team. Comcast, proud partner of Team USA. Let's hit the ice like we always do on Tuesdays and we will chat with the producer of the show, Adam Bernard, who joins us now. He is the host of Total Hockey Now, which you can catch on YouTube, 5 p.m. Eastern, 2 p.m. Pacific on Thursdays and on X at Pucking Thoughts. Very short slate coming up here on Wednesday, my friend. What is the bet that you were going to fire on? Yes, 13 games tonight, only two tomorrow. Good job by the NHL having them, both B730, puck drops and not staggering them because why would you do that? Anyway, we do have an Atlantic division Canadian clash between two teams making playoff pushes here with the Canadians and Senators. Montreal 6133 over their last 10, Ottawa coming on to here at 7122 in their last 10. Excuse me, I was last 11 from Montreal. Canadians top over team in the league, 21 and 11 to the over on the road.

The Senators are the fifth best over team in the league as well. They didn't go over there, well, this over this total and their 3-1 win tonight, Montreal over Toronto. But they have gone over this total and seven of the last nine. Ottawa and three of their last five. All three meetings this season have gone over this total. Montreal is second and goal average goal scored, Ottawa 9th. Both of these teams rank in the bottom 12 of average goals, allow per game. Assuming it's Lina, so marked to start for Ottawa, he's got a 3-3-2 goals against an Yachty 8-72, safer percentage over his last three starts. Samuel Montenbo was allowed five goals and four goals respectively and his two starts in the Olympics and he'll get the start from Montreal tomorrow with Jakob Dobesh going in tonight's victory. Sometimes any situations with division rivals playing in the last few weeks of the season with playoff points on the line, they can get a little conservative, but it's tough to do that here considering Montreal's on a back-to-back. And three of the four meetings last season also cleared this total. Give me the over six and a half at minus one away on draft Kings. Awesome, appreciate you doing this is always

my friend. That is Adam's play coming up here on the short slate on Wednesday. We'll do more with Adam with hockey as a college basketball starts to slow down over the course, you know, after March. So Adam, thank you for doing that. As always at Pucking Thoughts, you can give him a follow on X. Now let's hit college basketball conference tournaments. The big 10 getting underway. You got Maryland facing Iowa, early game there in Chicago. Hawkeyes laying 11 and a half. Your total 137 and a half, I'm going to go under. I know that Maryland has been an over team the last couple weeks here with Buzz Williams, but I do think with Iowa's ability to slow down the pace of this game. They want to keep it super slow. Make sure that Bennett Sturts can do his magic as that main ball handler. You go back and look, Iowa won their loan meeting during the year 83 to 64. So that's, you know, 147 there. So a little bit over this total of 137 and a half, but conference tournaments, new sightlines early start. I got burnt by an over earlier today in the ACC with the

early start time. I do believe the under is going to come in here just based on the style of play in the coaches. Buzz Williams is more of an under coach, even though he's been more of an over coach this season. I'm going under 137 and a half with Iowa and Maryland. All right, Penn State and Northwestern. I'm sorry, Northwestern Indiana. It was Penn State or Northwestern against Indiana. So Northwestern beat Penn State as they should have to advance to this round. Indiana is on the bubble. Right. So I think a lot of people are going to look at the Hoosiers and go, I'll lay the four and a half with Indiana as this will be the third game of the day there in Chicago, totals 142 and a half. But I got to tell you, I think Northwestern has an ability to hang with this Indiana team. Remember, they beat the Hoosiers on February 24th, 72 68. And because they have the leagues leading scorer, I do believe they have the firepower because Indiana is a two man show. It's Wilkerson. It's and I think Northwestern's going to be able to be in this game late. I'll take the four and a half with the purple cats in the big 10 tournament. Rutgers is facing Minnesota. And these are normally

two teams that I would look at the under on in a lot of these matchups, totals low though 135 and a half. Minnesota's laying four and a half five at a couple other places. I want to lay it. The Gofers won the loan meeting between these two teams 80 to 61 earlier in the year. They are by far the better offense between these two teams. They're also the better defense. Okay. The Overs actually on a four and one run when these two teams go at it, but Nico Medved in in his career on a neutral floor as a favorite of six or less. He's 13 and five covering the number. I think he is a stud head coach. He's at his alma mater. He's just getting things going. I think they cover that number and they move past Rutgers in the big 10 tournament. Now let's go to the ACC where it's pit and NC State. This is a difficult one. And I'm going to go against my better judgment. And I'm going to lay the eight and a half with the wolf pack. You got pit coming off the miracle win to advance here again. Stanford who is now off the bubble. They are not going to be a part of the NCAA tournament, but there's rumors circling around the internet that NC State head coach will

wait could potentially have a reunion with Ellis you down the road. I don't know if it's legit, but there's enough popping up in my feed where it just feels like it could be a distraction. If I'm seeing it, I'm sure the team is seeing it, or at least the people close to the players are seeing it and relaying the message. NC State won the loan meeting between these two teams, 81 to 72 in January. We'll wait two and one against the spread on a neutral as a favorite of six or less with NC State. Jeff Capel actually pretty good six and four covering the number on a neutral when the totals in the 140s, but I'm going to lay eight and a half with with NC State because I think Pittsburgh's riding high. You have arrested wolf pack team that is a much better shooting team. I mean, they're 19th of the nation beyond the arc. If they can get those threes to fall, pit will not be able to hang with them like it went down in the regular season. All right, next game up here. We got SMU taking on Louisville Louisville without brown the stud freshman for this game. That's why I like SMU. I'm going to take the six and a half here.

As SMU will bubble team needs to keep winning in the dance. They have a very efficient good offense, and I think Louisville's offense takes a step back where it just becomes the con the con well show for them. Andy Nfield as a neutral dog in his career, 25 and 18 against the spread. Nine and five as a neutral dog of six or less, two and O against the spread on a neutral floor when the totals in the one sixties, I'm going to take the points with SMU. And I got that one here at circa for that game. I'm also going Cal plus floor against floor to state. This could be a dicey proposition because Florida state is red hot. I mean, they're on a nine and two straight up run coming into this game and FSU won the battle between these two teams earlier in the year in telehassy 63 to 61, but I'm looking at Mark Madsen. He is eight and one to the over in his career on a neutral as a dog of six or less, but more importantly, he's 33 and 20 covering the number as an underdog at Cal. Well, the head coach for Florida state Luke Locke is eight and seven against the spread as a favorite with Florida state. Oh, and one against spread on a neutral floor as a favorite of six

or less. Give me Cal plus the four in that game. I'm going under in Clemson taking on wake forest at 143 at the Superbook. And that's just because Clemson's not a very good offensive team this year. They don't have three point shooting. I love their defense. And I think they will slow wake down. Give me the under in that one. I'm also laying 11 and a half with Iowa state who's going to put Arizona State and Bobby Hurley out of their misery. And then finally, we are going to go under on TCU and Oklahoma state at 157 and a half. And I believe that will do it for us here. I'm also considering adding LSU plus eight. That'll be up at vc.com slash picks if I ultimately do it. So you're listening to this podcast hoping to get an edge. But what if I told you you're only half way there. You've got the mindset.
