That left to be desired for the Netflix broadcast, looking forward to the NBC peacock production of your New York Mets up against Paul Schienz and the pirates today. So can't wait to see that one this afternoon. Very quickly. It's one just one on 162, but when the Giants play game two against the Yankees, boy, you hate to fall down O2, O3 to begin a year. How important is it for the Giants in that second game just to feel good about themselves? I mean, you just obviously want to get your first one of the year, Tony Vitelo, another working manager wants to get his two. So no big deal. Take the day off right back at it tomorrow night. There you go. Let's get some runs across the board.

2:02That'd be nice as well. You mentioned it here in the Mets and Pirates going to be highlighting 22 teams in action today. There will be three other teams that make their official opening day, opening night, if you will, on Friday as well. So in 11 games late today, what are you making this with Major League Baseball trying to stretch this out over a three day period? That's fine. I mean, this is usually the tradition. And again, I would look to some more underdogs today. I hate to say it, buddy, but the pirates kind of like them. If you're getting Paul Skins at plus money, the Chicago white socks to in Milwaukee. It won't be Freddie Peralta tone the rubber for the brew crew this time around. But do you think the socks a lot of momentum from last year looking at the twins in Baltimore? By the way, for you Tyler O'Neill truthers out there, six consecutive days with a home run on opening day. 3:02Metropolitan's will get it started today 1215 here. Essentially, time that is going to be Peralta, as you mentioned, minus dark 20 against schemes, even money on the bucko side. And you mentioned the twins Joe Ryan plus a dollar 19 in Charm City against Trevor Rogers and the Orioles minus a dollar 43 there. Sweet 16 in the South in the West, how sweet it is. A great day sports day in H town where you get the cougars, you get the Astros, you get the Texas Houston open as well. So Jensen, which one of those games tonight out of the four really to you should be highlighted? Well, to me, selfishly, it's going to be that Illinois and Houston game and knowing that this is not only huge implications for my bracket. It's big implications for the big 10. I think this is the one spot you look at least in the sweet 16 where if Illinois finds their way through, then you're guaranteed a team in the final four knowing they'll face

4:05the winner of Iowa and Nebraska. If you're a bush light, bad night to be a bush light for Corn Husker and Hawkeye fans. Good night to you in the Toyota center and for those establishments around the arena tonight. Very quickly. You know, I do have Houston in the final of my bracket, but I think it's a better too. I think you have to allow new information with the matchups. We don't know what the matchups are going to be as the tournament progresses. And I'm with you. I like Illinois getting that three, two and a half tonight. I think they're going to win the game out right here. How, how do you separate yourself from your bracket as a better for that individual game? I, I don't know. I mean, it's just one of those things where you look through and you try and find one of those sweet spots. So I'm, I'm very intrigued on, on Friday, though, and seeing how people will take whatever the results are today. We've had a lot of chalk early. Did the dogs finally start to bark?

5:07Do we finally get some quote unquote upsets, even though the seeds, you know, aren't really drastic unless it's Texas and Purdue first game of the night. So anxious to see Arkansas and Arizona men and best player in the court, Darius A. Cup Junior, how's he going to, you know, be up against Arizona? Can Tommy Lloyd finally get over the hump and will Arizona feel the pressure Dave? They're going to hear it. They've probably heard it all week. This is the trip up spot. Can they finally get to that elite aid and eventually the final four? Yeah, be really nice for yours truly if Houston won by two. Let's just throw it out there, put it out into the ether. Let's talk about the NBA. What we saw Thunder beat the Celtics last night, potentially a preview there. Excuse me, the, the Celtics beat the Thunder and that potential NBA finals preview there. And the Board of Governors does approve the exploration of Vegas and Seattle expansion there. So the seeds were that nice win over O.K.C. And now maybe O.K.C., who moved away from Seattle. Seattle might get a return team someday, but I think it's coming to Vegas for shoregents and I'd be stunned if that didn't happen.

6:09Well, this is the other part too of, of where we are in just the landscape of, of the NBA. They're, they're needing, you know, some, some more juice and not only from a competitive standpoint, but they're also going to get an influx of money. You're seeing the price, what upwards of seven to 10 billion for the expansion fees. And so that is a real, real big influx for all the other clubs is they'll do that revenue share upwards of what day five hundred and fifty six hundred million dollars. That's going to take care of a lot of things and hey, Vegas can continue to be that epicenter man. It's only going to get bigger as far as getting an NBA franchise there to call it home. Very quickly. Do you take anything away from that seeds victory against O.K.C.? I know O.K.C. He's the betting favorite to, to go back to back here, but you know, take them back in the fold here. Always strike Joe Mizzou, doing amazing job should, should we be rethinking who the favorite should be? Absolutely not. I, I didn't, didn't even really care about the result as far as, you know, where the long

7:12term is. It's still going to be a beast of the ease to try and get through. So I think the thunder have their own issues with, say, if they want to match up against standing tone, good luck, man, I, if we sign up for that right now for a Western conference final, I think everyone would be happy. Get ready Seattle because you will be the toast of the town and the Pacific Northwest are going to kick off the 2026 NFL season in Seattle against to be determined. We don't know yet. We don't know the opponent, Jetson, but we know it's going to be Seattle as is the new tradition on a Wednesday night though. That's a little bit odd. This has been a pet peeve for mine for me with the schedule release. I understand you want drip drip, but do the right thing. Okay. Hey, this is the day. This is the team. They're playing done, move forward. No one cares. All right. You do your big schedule release in May. Everyone plays a schedule game for three months. Like just, just say who the damn game is and say who the opponent is. It's not that hard. Yeah.

8:13They just, they want the suspense. This is what they do. There's going to be some suspense this week and really good sneaky card this week for UFC fight night and had a chance to catch up with Rob Marino wherever you get your podcasts. Take a listen in your time to first strike it. It's a lot of fun to do each and every week. And we were talking about Alexa Grasso and this is going to be a very interesting combing event against Macy Barber. Her nickname is the future. But I wonder, Jensen, if the future is now about Alexa Grasso against the future of Macy Barber. And again, I don't know how apropos the nickname is any longer because, you know, it's been injury. But when Macy Barber is healthy, she looks really good in there. Is Grasso advancing enough with the hands that if she can't get the fight down to the ground, could she still be alive under dog here? We do have two very different versions of those fighters since that time, right? Barber, while maybe not as active as we would have preferred seven fight win streak still holding that down, this is probably her quicker turnaround in most recent memory as well.

9:14Alexa Grasso, since winning the belt, she's 0, 2 and 1 for Alexa Grasso. Can she still compete at that level? So XR percentages, Macy Barber, 67% great, you know, she knows how to control fights. She knows how to choose her tools properly. Alexa Grasso, down at 51%, that's a concern for me. And, you know, is she going to lose a point matchup, which most women's fights are technically a points striking matchup? Macy Barber, 4.29 significant strikes per minute with a positive 1.62. She is hard to hit. She is getting hit less than three significant strikes per minute. Alexa Grasso, 4.11 landed, but 0.38 differential. So she gets hit almost four significant strikes per minute, slight grappling edge, even though we kind of paint Grasso as this grappler, the numbers don't support it as much as I thought. And the grappling edge kind of on paper kind of goes towards Macy Barber. She has the better control rate numbers, running the numbers of the model. It lands clean on Macy Barber, 77% win probability. That gives me an edge because our odds are only at minus 160 at the moment.

10:16I took it. I think this is Macy Barber's time to live up to that name and actually be, hey, we'll say the future is now, I think Macy Barber is making her claim to be a title contender. And it. Very, very excited for that fight by the way, the numbers going up on Macy Barber. 13:23going to see Yamamoto back in the bump here opening day starter for the Dodgers are going to take on Arizona that the reigning defendings two time over now trying to make it three in a row. We haven't seen this since the Yankees did it with a three peep back at the 90s Jensen. That's where we begin another edition of the daily diamond and with L.A. Jensen. I mean nothing so I'm down you want to wait five thousand to win a hundred on making the postseason. That's where the number begins. I remember first team in a quarter century to to repeat as world series champions you are a student mentioning those 98 to 2000 Yankees also the 72 to 74 athletics. Those are the last two teams to three peep in the expansion era. Oh, by the way, four time MVP show Hey Otani Dave going for his fourth consecutive most valuable player award again, he will begin the season healthy and as a two way player for the first time since 2023.

14:24So a lot of storylines surrounding just some individual talent should Otani be able to win that MVP award. He would join just Barry bonds as the only players to win four consecutive MVP awards. All right. Did the Dodgers get better after winning their world series championship? Yeah. They went on. They got the best free agent available in Kyle Tucker. He slots into an order that continues to be as vaunted as any in the modern era. So of course, Otani leading off. It sounds like Dave Roberts is going to have Kyle Tucker in that two spot, Mookie Betts will slide to the three Freddie Freeman hitting clean up at four will Smith catching hitting fifth max Muncie your third baseman in six Teosker Hernandez playing left hitting seventh Andy Pahez is the center fielder batting eighth. That's your top eight and then go ahead and do whatever you want to do at second base. That's about as ridiculous as it gets so much so that you mentioned Yoshi Yamamoto who also pitch in the world baseball classic Dave after what has been maybe the best two day

15:28stretch in world series history pitching that game six Jim and then coming back and closing out with multiple innings to secure the championship in game seven. He'll be followed by and and it's she entire glass now. Rocky Sasaki is going to make this rotation albeit David was really hard to watch control wise. A shell of himself from what we watch through spring training, but we'll be anxious to see his first couple of times to the rotation. If things start to settle in and then of course, as I mentioned, Otani healthy from day one will make his season debut on the mound in the Dodger second series of the year against the Cleveland Guardians. Our favorite closer in New York, no longer there. Sugar Edwin Diaz is going to be now the stopper for the Dodgers. So they get the best position player, they get the best closer on the free agent market. And he will headline a bullpen that at least last year, Dave, they thought that they had the answer and left detainer Scott, it was a really bumpy road for him early, but he was much better in the second half.

16:29Alex Vesia will come back as one of their great leverage relievers. They do have a host of options there in a very deep bullpen. And still on the mend will be Blake Snell, of course, so who is just absolutely phenomenal for them down the stretch and in the postseason, he's working his way back from the shoulder fatigue. Dave, they're going to slow play him sounding like more of the middle to end of May for when Blake Snell will be back. So again, they don't have to rush him whatsoever with the embarrassment of riches that they have. We asked the question, what are actionable season long plays here for the Dodgers? If you want to take them at a Scotty Sheffler, ask short number, you know, three to one or less to win the World Series, I can't fight you on it. Dave, they have the best roster. They have the best team. I would totally understand why you'd want to do that. I did get to the window on their under of the win total. It was one of my favorite unders last year at under 104 and a half. It got there with flying colors. I did find it at even money on Caesars under 102 and a half.

17:33The same sentiment goes for me, Dave, they're not that freight train that you need to have going out of the gates. I'll be it last year, what they win their first seven or eight in a row. We thought they'd never lose, but they're always predicated on being able to crescendo, getting hot at the right time, getting healthy. You saw they didn't have their full complement of rotation weapons until September and then the rest is history. So if I'm throwing it back to you with a couple of ideas for people out there who have not gotten to the window yet, maybe on a future play or maybe some player props, I would say that the under is still my favorite as far as the season long playoff or at least the season, the season long play. So the under 102 and a half wins for the win total. I mean, player prop wise, hard to go wrong with any Otani props, hard to go wrong looking at at something for mooky bets. That was the only thing I was thinking. So I'll throw back to you with this idea. This team has like three or four MVP candidates on their team, just in position players.

18:34But I wonder if it's not Otani if he does get hurt. Would you pivot to a mooky bets? Would you take a shot on a Kyle Tucker? If that's the only other question I would have, Otani's odds on for a reason. He's healthy from day one. If he stays that way and he does what the back of his baseball card has shown that he does year in a year out, he's going to win it again. It's rather fascinating too because, you know, those guys are getting older, right? The Freddie Freeman's in the mooky bets of the world here and that's why maybe you go get a Kyle Tucker as it is at the rich, just get richer, right? So I probably take a shot at Tucker to answer that question. If it's not show, hey, Otani, if he does go down with injury, misses significant time here. Again, they don't have the NBA stipulation of what number of games. So that is a little bit different here. So how much time would it take for Otani to miss in order to really be taken out of that equation? And also from a starting pitching perspective here, you know, that's the advantage Shohei has in that market and Jensen, I wonder at some point, would there be an infatuation

19:35of the voters if Shohei doesn't miss time and he makes 20 plus starts? Would they be more apt as a voter to go, oh, you think we have voter fatigue on MVP? Well, we're just getting started on Sai Young. Could you take a shot on Shohei at Sai Young, if the numbers are there and the starts are there and they go, man, we not only do we love giving him potentially a fourth straight MVP, we'll give him Sai Young too. Is that possibly in play? Cause then the other, the sticking point there is some people going to go, no, no, no, you get one or you get the other, but you can't get both. I think it would have to be a surreal year for him on the pitching side, just knowing who he's got to overcome there and let's be honest, we're all running down Paul Schienz and the National League. Right. Right. And to put it mildly, think of where Zach Wheeler was, I mean, blow for blow, both

20:36those guys were back and forth and should had Wheeler not had the thoracic outlet issue at the end of the year. There's a lot of people that felt if he closed with a flourish, then Wheeler could have supplanted Paul Schienz as the National League, Sai Young winner. And that also goes along with Christopher Sanchez being as remarkable as he was. Yamamoto was, was good down the stretch. So I would say at 30 to one for Otani for the National League, Sai Young, you're banking on, he makes 30 starts. And if you're there, then yeah, I think that's, that's a spot you could take a shot at. But man, it just feels that they factor his pitching in so much for the MVP that it's hard to get there in just the National League, Sai Young market. If you're looking to pivot, I think you may have to go, you know, a little bit more towards a guy like Freddie Peralta, a guy like Jesus Zardo, you know, someone that could really put

21:40a team on their back and, and really be amazing. Logan Webb was a favorite, you know, in our Veecin L.O.B futures draft. And I still think it's viable, even at 17 to one. So hard for me to get there on show, hey, for an NL Sai Young, because I think they're just going to factor it into the MVP and say, well, he does both well. And, and that's why he's the most viable player. You mentioned 30 to one there, Yoshi Yamamoto is the second betting choice for Sai Young and the National League at plus 650 behind Paul Schien's at plus 210. But yeah, you're right. It's almost like, hey, wait, we give you the credit for that for being a two way player. That's why you win the MVP at every year. Now we're going to go again for the Sai Young that, that would seem to be a little bit unfair if we're using one for the positive. And then all of a sudden give you the second one as well. And just the bunting and we are opening day ready to say the least, speaking of the books being opening day ready there for you, Mike, anything as you got to the final days, maybe some futures any season long props that really stuck out to you for how people have gotten in pre-flop for this Major League season. Well, every year is the same thing here with us and maybe it's geographically based,

25:49but they will just bet the Dodgers at any price at Jensen. And you know that, I mean, we closed 106 with their win total last year. And so they will continue to bet the Dodgers, the Dodgers to win the National League, the Dodgers to win the World Series, Otani to win the MVP, Yamamoto to win the Saiyung. And it will just be a deluge of Dodger money. It's interesting that two of the sharper plays on win totals have been two of the, what have been the bottom feeder teams, both the white socks and the Rockies have been sharp plays on win totals over. You said that mom's drink free all day today that my mother has never flown in a plane. Like I, I think dad might say, hey, for the free wine, maybe we can get her out there to circle Las Vegas. I'd absolutely love to see that. So today with the festivities, the first pitch out there and it's always a cool. If you're there in Vegas, go to circuit today. That's always really cool. And you've got Dave Stewart there. I'm looking at the A's this year as one of those teams that I did bet their over win total

26:50here, Mike. Are there any other those teams? I don't want to call them a bottom feeder like you did. And you're right about the white socks perennial Lee on what we see from the Rockies. But any other surprise teams that you're, you're identifying here before we really get to the start of opening day today. No, you know, for me personally, I took my stand against the team. And that's the Astros. I, I think the Rangers and the Mariners are both better in that division. I think the A's have, if they can find some pitching, have the potential to be better. I think this is an aging Astros team that's too infield heavy. I don't love the health of their starters. I bet them, the, it's come down. I bet them under 85. I know it's down to 84 now to miss the playoffs. So that's the one team from a futures perspective that I, that I took a stand against from a, I'm a positive perspective. You know, I love the delve in the, in the Saiyung market, I made one bet in each league so far. Now that's not where it's going to end. But I did take Garrett Colott 60 to one in the American league and Christopher Sanchez

27:55at eight to one in the national league. Any other spots here from a season long perspective, Mike. And I know that you and I will begin again, a tradition like any other identifying our fake aces as we move forward. I was listening with you and Mitch and Mike yesterday. Are we going to, have you told Derek to be ready for fake ace fronber with the Detroit Tigers at some point this year? Well, he doesn't have to be an ace because he's with school bull now. So he has no pressure to be about your fake ace, Jacob, you're pulled after eight shots against the devils the other night. Now, the biggest of all aces and major league baseball, Pablo Lopez is hurt for the twins. So somebody has to pick up the mantle as the fakest ace. And I thought it was a great competition last night. I thought two leading candidates in Logan Webb and Max Fried Logan Webb did not disappoint. Fried got out got out of the jam in the first and then he cruised. So but Logan Webb, who my friend Amal Shaw calls a nine high flush because he's good, but he gets beat by better.

28:56It can be the candidate for the fake ace. And so I have to bring this up. There was a poll of the top scouts from each team and I call it the aces poll. They were asked to rank the best starting pictures and major league baseball. And so I, my friend called me up because he had the results of the poll and he said, how many guesses will it take you to name the top 10 and like in, in name that tune and bid a note. I said, I can do it in 14 and a half guess as well. I was wrong. It ended up, I needed 16 guesses to do it. I asked him for one clue to start out and I said, how many Dodgers, two or three? He said, two. So I started off schoolable schemes, right, right. And then I went Yamamoto Snell and I was wrong with Snell. Snell was not in the top 10. Yamamoto was four. Otani was nine. Your guy, Max Fried was on the list. He was six Logan Webb was seven. And it ended up taking me 16 guesses.

29:56Sale was eight. DeGrom was 10. I was surprised. No Zach Wheeler in that top 10. Christopher crochet was third. I think the only other one I did in the list was, Sanchez was fifth that after Yamamoto fourth. So I was surprised. No Wheeler. That was a guess for me that didn't make it. I threw out Framber when I was getting desperate. He wasn't, he wasn't there as well. Joe Ryan who make the start today for, for the twins, I believe was 21st on that list. Pretty good list though. I would say right there, Mike, we're going to get to some more. I think some palm pressing three might have some baseball questions involved in it. But I did want to ask about the sweet 16 because when you get opening day baseball and you get it with the sweet 16. It's why I say it's one of the best sporting days of the year that we're going to have today. And Circa would be the place to be. Well, what are you looking forward to in these four games here? Any liabilities you guys have at Circa?

30:56Any teams were rooting against today to get knocked out? Well, it's interesting what our liabilities are. They're big 10 heavy. Well, Mitch Moss creates the biggest liability from the invitational tournament and him taking Arkansas at 45 to one. So they are our biggest liability at about a quarter of a million dollars. And then then we go big 10 the next two basically equal at around 200,000 Michigan state and Purdue. I have a Michigan state future. So I'm not rooting against them. And then St. John's is our fourth biggest liability. And Yukon is a smaller one. All of the other 11 are winners to us. Texas. I think we sweep the whole pool. I don't know that anybody bet Texas all the way along the line. But they're all all the other ones are our positive results. It's some interesting things here, right? Iowa and Nebraska meet for the third time in Houston. Both teams won on their home courts. That game in Iowa City was, you know, it was a 52 50 something like that.

31:58That was a, that game was in the 80s with about four minutes to go. That's the game where they, they thought they were going to assassinate Hoyberg by putting a phone near his pacemaker. And then Nebraska came back in one and won the second. That's interesting. That came back bet down. We opened it two and a half. Should be a good defensive game. Houston gets to play at home against the Illinois team. That's playing very well. I played that first half over 65 here. I think Houston is better offensively than we thought. And not quite as good defensively as they have been in past years. And Illinois is about as efficient as you can be on the offensive end of the court. So I played that first half over. Another thing that's interesting to me about the games tonight and tomorrow night. I don't know anybody that's on Duke. I don't know anybody listening to this network listening to other people. My friends, anybody that likes Duke in this game and the line will not move from seven. So I find that very interesting as well. One follow up on that and honestly, Mike, this is great minds think alike here because I also was seeing it as a boatload of money on St. John's.

32:59You have had all this time, if you're John Shire to be able to prep, I kind of lean where you are here. I've like, Duke didn't play their best the first weekend and now they get a chance to really prep and be ready to go. The other side of that from you've watched a lot of basketball on your days is this the best regional semi final double header there we have in the east and maybe the last decade or so, just considering the pedigree of coaching and how all four of these teams are playing right now. You think about the four coaches. I mean, you bring that up and I know Shire's Shire is new to this, but I mean, he's an inherent in an extension of Shishewski. I mean, iso and iso and Hurley that what separates those two teams? I mean, who do you trust in March? I know iso is only one one title, but he's so darn good in making in game adjustments. And then you have patino who you could, you could argue he's still a top three or four coach in the game right now. What he's done and the success that he's had being able to turn that St. John's program around. It's a hell, it's a hell of a regional. I think Arizona's the best team.

Yeah, maybe the best team against best player right there, you're right, he's that's as good as it gets with those four coaches and yes, Shire, starting to earn his chops along the way. Number one, one of the most complicated realities in baseball is that players are both union members and at the same time, highly paid employees of ownership. When labor negotiations heat up, whether it's over salaries, service time or working conditions, players are expected to stand shoulder to shoulder with the union, yet the reality is

36:04many of those same players are torn as they have built strong personal relationships with those on the ownership side. So Jensen, how do you walk that line? How do you stay loyal to the union and your fellow players while also maintaining a good working relationship with the people who are paying you a very handsome salary, further more with an eminent labor war on the horizon where things will get super tense. Will this create a division in a clubhouse between guys who are all in on the fight and those who don't want to rock the boat and bite the hand that feeds them for fear of future retribution from ownership? We're kind of used to it and as someone who is an alternate player rep back in my playing days, it is a dosie dough to say the least of, yeah, these are the people that write your checks, but at the same time, they're not around unless we are. I know that selfish coming from a player standpoint, however, the players play the game. If the owners wanted to be on the field, then they had every opportunity to do it, alas,

37:05they are not. The owners also get a chance to make money over decades. We as players have a very finite amount of time to be able to maximize their earnings. Yes, there are some people that say, well, ownership is taking all the risk. You have all these guarantee dollars and say, well, okay, that's fine. This is a two way street. You agreed to pay me this sum of money because you believe that I can bring you a fairly large, if not exponential, show you, Tony, source of income that will not only parabolicly increase the value of said franchise, but what's the problem with paying me a fair wage when I am the one that is going out there and taking all the risk? We can get into semantics. We will eventually, it's one of the worst negotiating relationships at least to this point. However, Dave, I'll throw this to you because we saw, when you look through the NFL and their timeline of strikes and issues that they had to face, the NFL has the NFL PA by the, you know,

38:09what? They can basically dictate terms. That's it. We are the last frontier, Major League Baseball players associate. This is it. We go down, the rest of sports go down and let me leave you with one other caveat here. Everyone talks about a salary cap, salary floor, having parity. Go back and look at the last 15 years of NFL Super Bowl champions, count how many different Super Bowl champions you've had. Go back and look at the last 15 years of World Series winners for Major League Baseball. Guest who has a salary cap and the fewest amount of different champions, NFL, Guest who does not have a salary cap and the most amount of different champions. That is Major League Baseball. It sounds ominous. I would say this, you know, just in the DC days of covering a couple of labor strife here with the NFL, nobody cares. Like the fans do not care. They should. I mean, they don't care about who's right and wrong. They just want their games.

39:11So Mike, I hope there's no labor stoppage here, but it does feel ominous at this point. And again, good luck picking a side here as a fan. If you want to play the player or the owner and that is such an interesting back and forth between those players that get paid by those owners and then we'll find out what happens here. Like we've got some sort of Armageddon straight ahead. He's it sounds like the fate of the Western world is at stake there, Jensen. You said, you said it to the owners want to be on the field they could made me think of the Warren Beatty, heaven can wait 1978 film where he bought the ring, so he can put quarter back. All right. Question two. I digress. Seth Lugo, you guys both know is one of my favorite pictures. I believe that the Metz misuse of Lugo over the first seven years of his career has made him still to this day undervalued in the market. But for this season, a funny thing has happened on the way to the forum. Lugo, who has a high spin rate curveball, 3550 rotations per minute and a four seam fastball is a fly ball pitcher.

40:12In fact, he regularly regularly records less than 40% of his outs via ground ball. But in the off season, the royals have brought the fences in at Coffman Stadium, nine to 10 feet and lowered those same fences from 10 feet to eight and a half feet. Jensen have the royals cut off Lugo's nose despite their face. I don't think so for people that don't know the average spin rate for a major league. So that's our PM's revolutions per minute here for a major league average curve balls, right about between 2500 and 2600. And so Mike, where did you give that figure at 355, 3550 for Lugo, it is like death star ability of how ridiculous it's been right is. Okay, so David, I talked about this in our daily diamond preview and it landed me to looking at maybe a little case study, Mike, and let's revisit this. We'll put a pin in and come may first. I'm very anxious to see how books will adjust on totals at Coffman Stadium.

41:13And again, you know, both offenses get the benefit of those fences coming in near the foul poles. So I look at season long props, obviously for Vinnie Pasquantino and homers, Jack Caglione, you know, Salvador Perez, it doesn't really matter. He can pretty much hit it out still even at his age, but as far as the pitching goes, when you have guys that have that kind of elite spin rate and swing and miss capability, Mike, usually the ballpark doesn't matter too much. You're looking more for guys that have high contact rates, guys that allow a lot of balls in play and then a statistic we have babbit batting average of balls in play. That's where I'd focus if you're a daily better. If you're looking at starting pitching that goes to Coffman Stadium, I'd be looking at guys with high contact rates that are not getting the swing and miss. And I would be playing outs under just because you're going to have that much more ability for scoring plays, especially in the gaps too. Right now, Seth Lugo is one 50 to one to wins a young this year.

42:14Chris Babuch, a guy keeping eye on aided one in that rotation. Yeah, Mike, it's interesting because I look at them, the pitching is supposed to be their strength. You move the fences in. Did you take away your strength? I hope they did not. That is a play on team for me this year in Kansas City. I thought it was interesting. I was looking at projections about more, how many more home runs will be hit at Coffman Stadium this year. And I looked in just on the royal side. The projections are anywhere from 42 to 48 more homers from royals to Jensen's point about looking at the season props on the royals players. Okay. Third and final question. I think this is very fascinating now that you can bet individual statistics for pitcher season long, a number of wins they record their ERA over the course of the whole season. So here's a guy I'm thinking about betting. I haven't yet. And it's Shane McClanahan, the Jensen. So I wanted to get your take on him. Velocity now is consistently down three to four miles per hour from his peak in 2023.

43:17I'm not sure if he can retain his status as an ace that he had in past years. His season win total is nine and a half and his season ERA total is 3.68. Your thoughts on McClanahan. So obviously the ERA predicated off of some defense behind him too. And I do think he gets a better bump there as they move back into Tropicana field. That's usually been an under paradise there. We'll see how the new landscape with the new roof, the optics very anxious to see that as we move forward. He's projected Mike on fan graphs or right above 150 strikeouts checking that on draft kings right now. I believe he's about a plus a dollar 20 in that regard. Hey, I'm sweating it with you because he's still on my dynasty team for our serious XM fantasy radio with a guy I'm hoping that he can hang in there. I I really hope he gets started quite fast because then maybe I can sell high on him. But Mike, you've watched enough Tampa Bay games and Davis will be a team that we really factor in, especially from the ballpark change going from hitter's paradise there at Georgetown

44:20Brenner field back inside to Tropicana field. How different that will affect totals, outs recorded earn runs. So Mike, dance your question around a ballet. I'd be looking more at that plus money price for 150 or more strikeouts for shame, a clan of hand. And it's not my clan of hand to get the opening day not it is drew Rasmussen, Rasmussen right now is minus a dollar 26, I guess Michael Matthew Liebertor and the cardinals today in St. Louis. It's going to be a great day at circus sports here, Mike. So you're going to be around all day at the book there with the opening day, the ceremonies and then the sweet 16. Yeah, I'll be I'm seeing it. You know, I find this very interesting guys and going going out, you know, I'm you're used to seaver and Carlton and Johnson and and Jack Moore started an opening days for the third consecutive year. The opening start opening day started with the most career wins is Nathan Evoldy. I did not have that on my finger, not only clad, Mike, bomb.
