1:27The NFL is certainly upon us. We had the WBC in full flight last night with USA in Mexico. There is a lot to get to on a very busy Tuesday morning. Very much so. Nothing official in the NFL. And if you're betting wind totals, buyer beware. Set it yesterday and to each their own. But the NFL stops for no one and neither do these conference tournaments too, but a couple of more tickets, punch last night, some more bubbles bursting as well. So excited to get the high major big boys underway today as well. I will be betting a future here in the NFL. Give that out to you as the show goes on today. But I did get to the window after the frenzy of free agency yesterday in the NFL. Get out of mat. You must join the program later on today as he does on a Tuesday. Greg Peterson is going to join us here to talk all things college hoops as well. And JVT with the NBA, what a show we've got lined up. But it is king in this country.

2:28And for very good reason, it captivates our attention all the time, the NFL stops for nobody. Let's get to it with our highlights and headlines. Well done by putting the if you're watching this and Fando sports network, but in a little parenthesis, legal tampering period, there's been a lot of tampering going on here, people. So you saw the mass flurry of activity in the NFL yesterday. These things were all but decided you kind of knew where some of these teams are going to go. And then there were big shocks by other. It is just it was a record day for money being spent out there in the NFL. So among the headlines, we're trying to get to a lot of these as the show goes on today. But your team has probably been affected one way or the other and week will us. I said yesterday in the show that it's come on, it's week will us. We know they're like, Oh, yeah, we're going to talk to them. Oh, they talk three years, 67 and a half million dollar deal. That is done again, officially tomorrow to a talk about Loha one day.

3:32He's a Miami Dolphin. The next day, he's in Atlanta, Falcon. It's a one year deal there with the Michael Penex left handed ties to talk about that. Travis Kelsey looks like he's going to come back one more go around in KC for 12 million. They're the big shocker there. Gentson might have been not the Raiders getting a galley tie with Linda bomb. Some of the money they spent also in the Kobe D. Now here's going to go back to Indianapolis, Jalen Phillips goes to Carolina, always going to be going to Washington. It's the Mike Evans move going to San Francisco. I think that might have been the real surprise. And he also gets a new three year deal in San Francisco. We'll spoil any of our chaos candidates upcoming and obviously we'll dive a little bit further in our next segment about some of the moves that stand out. I would highlight Kenneth Walker, the third headed to the Kansas City Chiefs and you know a new Seattle was not going to be a team that wanted to tag him. I think also the drama of what will happen in New Orleans now that Travis ETN has agreed to a deal there. What will the future of Alvin Camarabee and boy, you talk about is impactful at least

4:35in the fantasy world and also in the real world. What he's been there is it a changing of the guard in that offense and really a New Orleans Saints team that played quite well down the stretch and you're one of Calamore. So so many moves, so many more to happen. League year gets underway officially tomorrow. So I'm sure some other big moves will happen again later on today. And if they happen, we will give those to you right here on these and by the books over the course of the next three hours. So a lot of these started to trickle down yesterday at the end of our show. Can't wait to see what day two begins here of the legal tampering period as it continues. USA had a hold on to beat Mexico last night in the WBC, but they get it done five to three. They do improve to three and O in WBC pool play. We know that they're going to take on Italy tonight here, 9 p.m. Eastern, but Jensen wasn't easy. Five, nothing early. I think I got this thing in the bag. Five, three is the final there, but when you move on, you stay undefeated and it looks pretty good for team USA.

5:37Yeah, they do what they had to do. Bobby would junior, by the way, coming from a former reliever, seeing some of the absolute ridiculousness in the field that he had, seeing plenty of memes today of Paul Schienz never has looked at Livy Dunn, the way that he looked at Bobby would junior last night, seeing some of those defensive plays. So hey, they take care of business, really good to see them. Now they will play for the top of the pool, as you mentioned tonight. And then also another one, buddy, the Dominican Republic and Venezuela for the top spot. You want to talk about absolute pandemonium. You're going to see at Marlon's Park, strap in. That is going to be one and a site to see here coming up tomorrow. Well, try to break it down a little bit later on, tech school will is not going to pitch again in the WBC. He said that he wanted to kind of change of heart and emotion and said that Jensen, he, it's not sitting well with him, but he's not going to pitch again. Something decision there, I don't know if that was player based, that it was all his

6:41decision, or this was Tiger based and said, that's it. We agree to this and you're not, you're not going to switch the rules on us now. So we'll get to that a little bit later on in the program. We are a punch and tickets here to March Madness at a couple go last night, Furman and the so con they get it done in Troy in the Sunbelt. They win their conference tournament, so they're going to advance here to March Madness in earnest next week. And they can take ways there from those two results last night. No outside of Furman being a pretty decent upset here in not only the so con, but I think a lot of people are looking at them as a dangerous 15 or 16 see like this isn't your traditional hey, if you're a one seed, you're just going to kind of get through, you know, what you got to do, go through the motions and pull away in the second half, whoever draws the pallet hands going to have their hands full. You and I talked about the WCC semis last night. You identified Santa Clara, could it be a three bid league, but I think we have our answer. Oh my goodness, what an upset there.

7:42I know seed wise, it's not the biggest, but I think a lot of people thought chalk would hold there out in Las Vegas. So Santa Clara upsetting St. Mary's and will play Gonzaga for the right to win the WCC conference title. Pays to watch Vison by the books we mentioned yesterday could have laid $1.40 on Santa Clara to make the NCAA tournament kind of a two kind of an out type scenario had been a close loss last night that might still have gotten in. You got to think with that win win or lose. Obviously automatic bit if they we be Gonzaga, you got to think the Santa Clara is going to make that a bit steward there with three bids coming out. We would believe at a WCC big boys going to get underway today. That's the ACC. It's going to be the big 12 and the big 10 as those conference tournaments get underway in earnest. So Jensen, it's early, obviously a lot of buys here for the for the bigger boys of these conferences, but like squads like Syracuse going to be underway today. So I'll be watching one of my teams that root for growing up here. Not any visions of grandeur for teams playing this early in your conference tournaments.

8:46I'm already two plays in pocket for yours truly overnight here and come as you are because the unders are usually the way to go, especially in the early tip off. So first game of the day in that big 12 conference tournament in Kansas City, Dave Baylor and Arizona State. I got them an under 157 and a half on the total down to 154 and a half, I'll also going to play that next game after the bears and the sun devils. I'll take Utah and Cincinnati under 140 and a half at minus $1.35. So two early unders in that big 12 opener, traditionally, and we'll dive much more into it coming up in daily docket early round big 12 games have sided more towards the unders. So hopefully that trend does continue. How about the spurs and the Celtics tonight? This is going to be in San Antonio and I can't believe when Joe Friso puts it on the graphic, but it does make sense. Could it be a finals preview?

9:46I mean, if you had this on your bigot card about two months ago, I'd say, come on. Really? Celtics, I don't even have Jason Tatum. Spurs, Wendy, is it really his time already? Jensen, you look up here and the Celtics not only treaded water, but they did very well without Jason Tatum. Now he who's back in the fold, San Antonio has been surging out less. So all of a sudden, you can make that realistic claim three and a half point favorites tonight for the spurs that we might see this somewhere down the road. Yeah. I'm going to be interesting to see right now that's a little bit shaded percentage wise towards the Celtics catching the three and a half. The money right now, though, Dave, on the spurs, this line unchanged opening at three and a half, seeing it pretty much around the space here. Actually, there are a couple of threes out there. One is at Fandall, one at William Hill. So if you do like the spurs side, a couple of places to find the three without the hook. So cannot wait to watch it. The Andy of a matchup and your right, I talked about it yesterday as a potential finals preview. Boy, does it feel that way now with Jason Tatum back the way the spurs have played?

10:50These are the two best teams in the association pretty much across the board statistically since February 1st. So very excited to see what the AT&T Center will be viewing tonight. I do not know if the MVP is officially done, but SGA is now minus $8 to win the award. He did something last night here with another yet another 20 point or more game performance. And he had the game winner, by the way, as they beat the nuggets here, the thunder do 129-126. And now that's 126 consecutive 20 or more points per game. That ties some guy named Wilk Chamberlain for that award. So when you do something that Wilk did many, many, many decades ago, is it all but over the rest of the year, the Vestia just stays healthy here at minus $8. Boy, it feels like watching it last night too and down the stretch. Yeah, it's an underman team. We talk about MVP and what does that mean? 15:05Well, there's a lot of activity going on in the legal tampering period. And again, it didn't even wait till noon. Remember, that was the official opening deadline. We were doing the show yesterday and we were talking about, you know, we're Sean Gary going to the Cowboys and the Packers. Well, all these deals are already being announced well before the official opening of the legal tampering period. And it didn't stop the bevy of activity, Jensen was fast. It was furious and it was all day long. It did feel like Christmas before you get to the April draft for that free agency market. Now some of the bigger names out there, obviously, we talked about quarterbacks. We saw what the dolphins did. We talked about it yesterday on the show before it became official. Once we got the news to had been officially let go, we knew it was just a matter of time that it was a week will. So I know they had said, oh, you know, we're, we like them having talked to sure, sure we had three years, 67 and a half million dollars. And I believe around a 40, 43, I believe, million is what the guarantee is here for the signing bonus. So really, Jensen over the three years, I don't want to say it's team friendly, but it

16:07might be a little bit actually under market of what they thought, my week, might be able to get out there. Maybe that's one of those discounts because of who the head coach and the GM are. And then two, by the way, looks like he's going to officially sign up one year deal with the Falcons waiting to see if Michael Pennick's junior will be back for week one. If not, there's chance to a tongue of a low, it could be the week one starting quarter back in the ATL. That's why I talked about yesterday felt that that might be where the smoke really had fire behind it. And it would make sense even even on a conservative basis here, Dave, let's assume that Michael Pennick's junior's rehab timeline is on pace, maybe even a ahead of schedule. They could afford to bring in two here on a very minimal deal and at least get them off to a pretty good start. Mention the weapons, right? I mean, you know, he's going to walk right in controlled environment there in the dome. And I think at least for a handful of weeks, if that's what he's tasked to do, it would be fine. And it's just to see what happens with Malik Willis. I know the dolphins were a team you've zeroed in on as far as where their win total was.

17:11And if this move would come to pass, then feeling as though that win total may be a bit low. Mention the running backs, Kenneth Walker, the third to the Kansas City Chiefs three years, 45 million dollars, Travis ETN, three years, 36 million. Let me ask you because you brought up the receivers and I said spoiler alert here. Don't want to give away some chaos candidates. Let me ask you about Alec Pierce for a second. All right. $116 million and I'm thinking to myself, hang on a minute. So you're telling me this guy is worth like number one wide receiver money. I mean, if that's the case, I need to get my rear end back into the bullpen and find myself a few miles an hour here with that money if they're handing that out. Are we more shocked about that deal and the AAV and kind of what it means overall in the landscape of how expensive free agent wide receivers or the acquisition cost for

18:13receivers in general receivers and tight ends. It felt like an astronomical cost to me. Yeah, we saw one over Robinson going to the to Tennessee as well for the giants, maybe for bigger money than people expected there. But the Alec Pierce move is is surprising in the amount of money that they gave him. Fun fact here, I used to cut Tim Doyle's lawn there in Chicago, a frequent guest on our program here. So I know Tim, he's very excited to see Alec Pierce get that new deal with Indianapolis. Look, rooting for the guy personally, obviously, but professionally, I did think was a little bit steep of a price tag that they spent it clearly shows you they really like him, right? Obviously you have him in house and this is the guy you didn't want to let get away. And that is kind of the rarity because most of these deals we're talking about are guys leaving. And I will say like in the short who won loss and then people can play those games, we'll find out how these things all match up. I did look at Carolina and what they did going out and get Jalen Phillips and getting Devon Lloyd out of Jacksonville.

19:13And you know, I thought it was a decent defense, but it certainly needed help. Where did they get it with some, I think too really good linebacker here to fortify that defensive Carolina. So again, remember, they did win the South last year and they just got to me a whole lot better on defense. And again, is that good enough for them to potentially remember the third betting choice right now to win that division, even though the reigning defendings, I really liked what they moat that the moves they made. The Raiders we knew had a ton of money to spend and they did. And normally you go, well, why would you quote unquote, overpay for a center in Tyrell Lindembalp? I think that's the perfect move if you're going to go get Fernando Mendoza, right? We also suspect he's going to be the number one pick in the draft and you get a veteran in front of him. And oh, by the way, the runner back you drafted last year at a Boise State didn't really have a great year one for Ashen Gentie. I think that makes a lot of sense for what the Raiders did out there going to get Winter Bond to really anchor and really be the captain of that offensive line.

20:18Another team that I felt was really solid. What do you think of where the jets were? A lot of ads and I have to enjoy some of the social media. The Breese Hall was hysterical on social media yesterday like, dang, plenty of money going around a floor of park. It was so funny seeing some of the reactions, but on the surface here, Dave, looking at the multiple ads, at least in the front seven, we obviously know that the jets are up against it in that division and what the Patriots and the bills will have. That was another team. And I like where you're at with the Panthers. I think the chiefs, as I said, yeah, it's. It's not the crazy, different moves outside of Kelsey and Walker, but you bring back and you get some health there and that could be an interesting squad. Where do we fall in the jets? Maybe even the Falcons, I know what it is, what it is, but they already had kind of set it at the beginning. You need the trigger man, right?

21:18You got to have somebody who can facilitate feels like if that's the case, I like what the jets and the Falcons did yesterday too. I do. Look, the jets have a million holes, as we well know, right? But like who's going to play quarterback? I still got to know who the trigger man is going to be there for Aaron Glenn in year two, what he's trying to do, whatever this might be. But kind of like with Tennessee, they might have signed five starters, and that's hard to do, potentially yesterday and free agency. That's a lot of holes, but it shows you the amount of spots that you have to fill for teams like Tennessee and for the New York Jets, I would also say too, getting back to the Raiders too. When you get a guy like way Walker coming over from Green Bay, and now the Packers in a couple of days lose a couple guys and Gary and Walker that I think you kind of looked at as maybe a couple of years ago, you know, foundational players in that defense. I also thought Philadelphia, and again, I know we trust how he roseman and we do, but they got rated pretty darn good as well. When you lose, lose guys like Nikobe Dean and the re-blankenship move to me was one that

22:20I did not see coming there. So again, some attrition that you're seeing out there and Reed's going to be going to Houston. That's going to be interesting for that defense for Niko Ryan's. It says a lot to me if Dimeco is going to get that guy out of there. That's a three year deal for almost 25 million there. So I look at, I don't want to say losers, because again, I would trust that how he knew that that raid was going to come. He's going to figure out a way to try to restore it. But those are holes that I look at certain teams like Green Bay and Philadelphia that at least on paper got weaker yesterday. And for two bigger boys in the NFC, that'll be interesting to see how the balance of power shifts. Now, again, you look into the odds here. If you're watching a Fando sports network of teams to win the Super Bowl. You see the Eagles there at 16 to one, almost the same with the Packers at 15 to one, but the Packers are ahead of Philadelphia right now, Jensen. And again, some of this is going to be predicated on what we saw yesterday. And again, you know what the draft, are they going to move AJ Brown?

23:21Remember, they made a draft day trade to get AJ Brown. You got to think there's a lot moves, a counter moves coming, whether it's for the Packers or the Eagles going forward. I would agree. And we, a perfect time to remind people beginning tomorrow, we will be 32 shows away from NFL draft days. So we will be counting back from the Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks up to the number one pick as it stands today for the Las Vegas Raiders. I wanted to highlight the Seahawks for a moment. We'll dive further into them tomorrow. I know they, they signed Rashid Jihad to the extension. They lose the Super Bowl MVP and Kenneth Walker. You and I always look at these teams that make it very far in the postseason. It's so difficult not only to get back deep into the postseason, but getting back to the big game. I'm, I'm very anxious to see what John Schneider and company will do and how they pivot. You know, there'll be moves there. Yeah, actually, I'm sorry, we'll, we'll jump, we'll jump more into the Seahawks today. We start today, by the way, daily gridiron my apologies, not only that, but also anxious

24:23to see in that NFC West, we have seen the Rams already monster moves, big time chips to the middle moves. How does Seattle, and I can't wait when daily gridiron starts today to get your idea of how John Schneider and company will pivot to try and defend that Super Bowl title. It was not a surprise to me that they let him go and did not offer him the big money that he was looking for whether it was going to be a tag. We've talked about that here in the last couple of weeks. They will have a pivot. We'll talk about that coming up here a little bit as you mentioned here as we break down every single team and getting you ready for the NFL draft. 26:29on the show 24 hours ago. What did you make of the frenzy that was the first part of the legal tampering period? There were a lot of major moves, nothing that's really going to move the needle in terms of a Super Bowl futures and things like that, but the way you view teams in terms of win totals, whether they can win the division, and just in the big picture. I think it's obvious the Raiders went on a spending spree and made major improvements and they've got more to come with the draft as well. Tennessee Titans did some nice things. I thought Mike Evans going to the 49ers, something that could be impactful was a little bit not too surprised. I mean, you could read between the lines to see the Seahawks are going to let Kenneth Walker go, but I liked the fact that the chiefs were the team to pick them up. And I think you're going to see a bounce back from the chiefs this season. I saw on Twitter the Dave Ross made his first NFL futures bet and I can't wait to find out what that is. Well, Jensen, I was going to save it and show everybody later on, but for you, Matt,

27:33I'll give it to you early because you get no, no, no, I'll give it to you right now, boys. You guys ready for this? The number has already moved. I didn't move it, but I did bet the dolphins over four and a half yesterday to minus the dollar 15. You wake up this morning. Four and a half are gone. It's up to five and a half this morning. It is just to the under now that's already moved a full win total. Boys, we already have closing mind value and it's still March. Well, I'll tell you why here's good news for you. Chuck S. Fuzito at the Red Rock Sportsbook in Vegas, still got the dolphins win total of four and a half. So if you want to play that, you can play it over four and a half over minus one 15. You know, that's what I was saying about the Raiders. I'm like, you're not going to run out that the Raiders win the AFC West or whatever, but you can bet the Raiders. If you like what they've done, you can bet them over the win total of five and a half, right? That's why it starts to get up out there. So I think those are the type of things you look at with some of these big moves in the NFL.

28:34It's interesting to me that you liked the dolphins. I didn't like to Jeff Hathley higher. I mean, I don't know how a guy who's defensive coordinator of the Packers is in charge of a defense, gives up 25 points in the fourth quarter to the Bears. And that suddenly gets a head choking job. But, you know, it's a lot of faith to have a Malik Willis to make that move. But to drop to is obviously the right thing. Is there anybody? I said this last night to show Jensen Super Dave outside of Tua, his immediate family and his agent. Is there anybody in the world who thought that was a good idea and the dolphins gave him that huge contract? Nobody. Not at all. And, hey, there's a lot of those bad contracts around it and a lot of professional sports to say the least. What is not bad though, Matt, is our high major tournaments in men's college basketball that will get underway in earnest today. Let me start in the ACC. It's probably the one we look at where it's everyone chasing Duke and we'll have some of these motivation arguments.

29:41How motivated are these top seeds knowing Duke, Arizona? How motivated are they to run the table in the conference tournament side? Expectations for you. And let's start in the ACC as we look there. Anything that really jumps out or maybe some teams you would want to hit your wagon to future wise to maybe monetize down the road. Well, that's your question. I'm glad you're starting in the ACC. I think that's a good example because Duke does not need to win this conference tournament at all. And Duke's also shorthanded down two players going into this. Caleb Foster being one of them and he went or lose here. And if Duke loses in this tournament, it's still going to be the number one overall seed. Just Duke, Pete Michigan had to head straight up and Duke's going to be number one overall. Doesn't need to win this tournament, but the price is prohibitive here. Duke is minus 350 at draft Kings. That's a major odds on favor minus 350 to win the ACC tournament. I look at this bracket, okay?

30:41And Duke and Carolina are on each on the bottom half of the bracket. Virginia is on the top half and draft Kings has got Virginia plus 650. Circus got plus 750. And I almost ate the one odds. I've got to take a shot on Virginia to win this conference tournament. Because the Cavs should make it to the championship game. Clemson is also in the bottom half. If you feel like Carolina is vulnerable and I certainly do, Clemson's a, what, 52 to 1 odds at circa. That's the type of team I think it makes some sort of run and possibly get to the title game. But I'm going to say Virginia is the best bet here at plus 750. Just because Duke doesn't have the urgency to win this conference tournament, Duke's down to two players. And this is one where I think you have to look beyond the favorite when you have a minus 350 favor than the ACC. So that's a pretty good example of what you have to look for in conference tournaments. I think you guys might have talked about it already,

31:42but I think what five number one seeds might be more. I've already fallen in conference tournaments, right? I love the handicap there. It's not necessarily a fate of Duke, but it's the, how much do you really want to expend before you get to the real deal the next week? Mountain West. I know that there's some love here in the network for Colorado State down the board here. Utah State is the favorite, by the way, plus 220 to win the Mountain West Conference here. Matt, you know this conference very well. Is this the type of conference that you want to take a longer shot? Because Virginia, as you mentioned, I love that handicap there in the ACC, but you get a really nice number here. About 25 to one is what I'm seeing here in the Rams. Yeah, okay. So I looked at the draft Kings and Surkaids. I'm going to put a column up of bsyn.com a waiter this morning with some recommendations on best bets in these conference tournaments. I just use those two books, and you can obviously look around and fan do another spots too, but you have to break down the bracket as well. You got to look at the bracket. Like I just mentioned Virginia on the top half in the ACC Duke on the bottom half.

32:46Here in the Mountain West, Utah State is in the easier half, top half of the bracket, and the bottom half is brutal. You got a bunch of good teams at the bottom half, including San Diego State, Boise, the Mexico Colorado State. All those teams are in the bottom half of the bracket. So good luck trying to pick the team that's going to come out of the bottom. I think 28 to one on Colorado State. I see Boise at 7 to 1. San Diego State plus 340 in the Mexico about 7 to 1. I would have to go with the Aztecs at plus 340. They've won this tournament so many times. It tend to play well when they come to Vegas, and they know how to win the Mountain West tournament. But at the top half, you got Utah State of plus 220, and here's what's interesting with UNLV. And I just finished watching the tape of UNLV San Diego State from Friday night. I'll watch it again. Rebels are playing really well right now. They've got some NBA level, a couple of NBA level athletes,

33:48and Utah State cannot handle the Rebels athlete's last week when UNLV beat Utah State by 27 in Vegas. Rebels are 45 to 1 at draftings, 25 to 1 at Serca. That 45 to 1 is work a little shot. I mean, Utah State's probably not going to lose three times to UNLV. But you got 45 to 1 with UNLV. I think it's worth a shot otherwise it would probably be San Diego State for me. But again, the bottom half of the bracket with the Aztecs is so much tougher to get through. So that's almost a wide open tournament. Go ahead. Yeah, now it's going to say the Thomas and Max Center, laden in black, red, and white, Matt, for many of these past conference tournaments, for sure. Hey, last minute with you here. I do want to get your thoughts on the big 10. Another one of those ideas with top seed in Michigan, they don't really have to do much here. You win two games and you're into the championship. Dave and I talked about Purdue from a motivation standpoint. A team that really needs a resume booster here in Somal Menum.

34:49How do you handicap where the big 10 tournament future board looks for you? Yeah, you're right. Times flying by here. I could talk about this stuff for a half hour. Let's see. The top half of the bracket with Michigan and Illinois. The top half of this bracket is brutal. Michigan, Illinois was constant Ohio State. I wanted to take a shot on the buck guys as long shots, but they got to go through Michigan, probably go through Illinois, and whiskey's in there too. I mean, that's asking a lot. No, Ohio State's at 60 to 1, Wisconsin at 18 to 1. So you're right, Jensen. I think you got to look at the bottom half. And Purdue got the buck of the draw here. This is a seven seed. And I think you could see a team like the players make a big run in this conference tournament because of bracket breaks right for them. They're plus 750. Yes. Or do you go Michigan State plus 625, right? That's your choice. I think there's two teams you can bet here at shorter prices to be Michigan State or Purdue in the big 10.

35:50Also, I'm probably going to play Detroit again today in the horizon league. I played Detroit in the first round. They won again last night. And Detroit is an underdog to write state. I think that's about worth making in the horizon league tonight. That's why you get four hours tonight in the network, Mac. Because you have more time to talk about it tonight. Jensen, let's get into some of the bigger boys out there in the big 12, which I think you and I made the argument yesterday that it is, in fact, the best conference, at least in the regular season so far. We'll see how it plays out in March Bandus. I think that's where most people say, oh, that great conference got all of them knocked out by the lead eight. So we'll have some of that posturing that goes on. But for the regular season, I think it's a fair debate here. Now, when you look at the big 12 in earnest in the conference tournament, would you look down the board? Or do you think it's the short shots here in Arizona and Houston? And I will stay coming in there as your top three betting choices. Zachary Cohen doing the right up for us here at Vecin.com on the big 12 tournament gets underway. First game of the day, actually, 1230 Eastern time, tip time for number 12 Arizona State, number 13, Baylor yours truly on the under 157 and a half already

39:55for that early tip time. Yes, very top heavy, but I think a fair amount of depth that when you look across the landscape here. Remember, early in the season, BYU was actually one of those teams. People looked at and said, oh, they can kind of be one of those interesting March Bandus teams. There are 10 seed Dave and there are 150 to one in some places, at least when it started. They're down to 50 to one to be able to win the conference tournament. Zach actually highlights Houston. And again, we'll get to this motivation argument in a couple of these big tournaments, how motivated would Arizona be to improve on what is likely going to be a one seed, regardless of what region they are put in. Steve McAnon has had great betting trends for all these conference tournaments, couple of ones to highlight in right out of the shoot today, Dave. You look at underdogs in the opening round of the big 12 tournament, 10 and 11 straight up, but 17 and 4 ATS highlighted that yesterday wanted to repeat that today for people that didn't get to listen.

40:5981% cover percentage for underdogs in the opening round of the big 12 tournament. You get four cracks at the Apple today, buddy. Arizona State Baylor, the first game, Cincinnati, Utah, and then we get into the nightcaps, BYU and Kansas State, Colorado, and Oklahoma State. I think it's fascinating. Because I would identify teams like he did with Virginia, per se, teams that maybe a little bit lackluster per due as a team of the big 10 that we'll talk about here in a second. Iowa State might be that team of the big 12, that plus 650 that feels like there could be some value in that number. Arizona Houston, how important is it really for those two teams to potentially win this? Not very, maybe for seeding sake, they're for Houston if they want to make a run at a number one. I think Iowa State might have the most to gain here from a deep run in the big 12 tournament. In that big 10, we talked about it last segment with Matt. Again, Michigan, it's kind of that same handicap with Duke.

42:00How much do they really want it? They don't need it. I think they are a lock number one seed, no matter what happens here. Maybe again, you can be playing for an overall number one. But, Jensen, how do you get to the motivational side here for some of these other teams in the big 10? Yeah, again, just improving seating. And Michigan will still want to go out to prove that they are the best team. Not only in the regular season, but also in this conference tournament, they will not play Dave until Friday, March 13th there at the United Center. So plenty of rest time, they will await the winner of Ohio State and whoever gets to that third round matchup. So in the big 10, Dave, we start today. And if you're Oregon and Maryland and Northwestern and Penn State, well, encourage your loins, people. It is quite the run. You're going to have to be on. Okay, so you ask how far would we go down the odds board? We identified Purdue yesterday just from the pure motivational and resume. And I think just a headspace. You know, this team has kind of fallen all over themselves down the stretch. You almost want to just get to a semi-final

43:01to at least say, okay, we're playing our brand of basketball now. Purdue won't play until Thursday. They're the seven seed in the third round. When we look at our right up at Vecin.com, Zach Cohen identifying Illinois. As much as Matt Humans was also looking at Spardium Purdue, I think Illinois in that part of the bracket, Dave, they will play the winner of Wisconsin. And then whoever comes out of Washington and USC tomorrow in the second round of the big 10 tournament. As I kind of look overall, if I were to think of, I don't know if there's, if there's Cinderella's. But man, when you look at Nebraska as a double did, think about this idea. Okay, Nebraska is the two seed. Yet there are 12, the one shot. To win the conference tournament, Dave, you only need to win one game into the semi-finals there. Again, they don't play until Friday. But if you find your way with a 12-to-1 ticket into the semis, you got two opportunities to monetize the ticket. So I would just say,

44:01from a number standpoint and the path through, shouldn't Nebraska play Purdue and they find their way into that semi-final matchup? I mean, you've got an opportunity to really make yourself a nice healthy profit. And I still think Nebraska, with a decent amount to play for from a motivational standpoint. We have to switch the team name. It can't be the big 10 for the league, rather, when you have 18 teams in it. All right, we just switch the number. Big 18. Let's get to the ACC because it's kind of the same handicap as Michigan there, Michigan again, just $1.15. But Duke, the overwhelming favor to win the ACC. I don't know. I don't know. John Shire's makeup. We do know it as a player. It's pretty much of a bulldog out there. To help makes your chef ski back in the day and lead this team on the court. Now off of it as their head coach, I'm sure it would still mean something. Obviously, at any time you have the opportunity to win an ACC title, we get that. You know, we talked about North Carolina. Boy, what a love to see this team with Caleb Wilson. What would it look like here? But he's done for the year. They're 25 to one.

45:03You know, Louisville can shoot it. Can they defend Matt likes Virginia at a value price there? I kind of like that angle at seven to one. How would you size up the ACC here? It will be a stayaway spot future wise for me just because there's a lot of teams that are hard to trust. And I understand where the motivation part for Virginia, you want to stock up as much as possible for where your eventual draw may be. But when you look at the bracket, there are a lot of shortcomings. Miami has been a team. They've looked good at some points. They have looked dreadful. North Carolina will not have their best player. What kind of field do you have off of their game overall? They've gone in spurts where it's like, hey, it doesn't matter. We can play without Caleb Wilson. And then there's times where you're like, my god, do they need him and then some? So futures wise, it'd be a stayaway. I want to hone in on two big betting trends here from Steve McAden. Opening round favorites have gone 23 and four straight up.

46:04I mentioned it yesterday at Bears Repeating. If you want to eliminate spreads, then you can probably just play a couple of two leg opening round. Moneyline Parallel is the way this thing is gone. So your three games here, Dave, in the first round Virginia Tech Wake Forest, Virginia Tech's the 12 Stanford against Pittsburgh, 10 versus a 15 and then SMU against your Syracuse Orange there. So if you want to just roll with the favorite and make it a Moneyline Parallel, if you want to do a two leg, combine a couple or if you want to take all three of those favorites, that's a very strong trend to look at. 23 and four straight up, opening round ACC Tournament favorites, just 16 and 11 ATS. That's why I'm kind of harkening people to that over a decade of data supporting that opening round trend. If you like that Moneyline Parallel with the three favorites today in the ACC, that's plus 602. Just popped it in at six to one to play those favorites. Stanford over Pittsburgh, SMU over CUS,

47:05and Virginia Tech over Wake Forest, and that's not a bad way to look at it there. So again, you can do that. By the way, that was with spreads. If you want to just do it with the Moneyline, if you want to just go minus dollar 55 and Virginia Tech, you get a layover two dollars here with SMU and Stanford 238, that gets you to plus 240. So if you want to lay spreads at six to one, if you want to play just the Moneyline Parallel plus 240 for that three leg Parallel. By the way, I love Virginia Tech in that spot against Wake Forest, minus two and a half for a team on the bubble. We were talking about it before the conversation with the Matt Humans, maybe the weakest bubble of all time. And if you're really talking about expanding this tournament, this should be exhibits ABC and D against expanding the tournament. It's already watered down as it is right now with 68. So much more to get to here, Jensen. So again, coming up here in the next hour, we're going to have Greg Peterson join us to get his best bets in college basketball.
