2003年末，在名为“顺爽先锋音乐行”的北大校园演出后台，还在媒体做记者的李叔第一次遇见了曹方，并从此开始了两人漫长的合作、友谊以及“相爱相杀”。2021年11月底（是的已经是去年了），李叔和曹方在云南再次相遇，安安静静的坐在阳光下，聊聊过去这十八年来的往事。从让他们相遇的《黑色香水》专辑，到由李叔担任唱片企划的《遇见我》《比天空还远》，以及之后的种种故事……很多时候，我们的改变并不是为了求得一个更好的结局，而是为了成为更好的自己。
