今天我们继续讲述日本近代标志性暗杀事件——樱田门外之变。
1858年（安政5年）幕府大老井伊直弼针对尊王攘夷运动进行了一次大镇压，史称“安政大狱”。一桥派的德川齐昭、一桥庆喜、松平庆永等人均受到了隐退、禁闭等处分，受株连公卿、大名、幕吏、志士达一百多人，吉田松荫等八人被处死。德川齐昭麾下的水户藩武士为了复仇，终于在1860年3月3日进行了针对井伊直弼的暗杀。
最终井伊直弼在樱田门外被暗杀，但事情并未就此终结，进行暗杀的武士们的结局如何？幕府上下又遭到何种震动？这次事件和日本明治维新运动又有何关联呢？请收听本期节目。
