THE THREAT of an Iranian nuclear weapon has dominated American news for months because of the just-announced, long-delayed deal over Iran's nuclear program. But the president's nominee to be the next chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Marine Corps Gen. Joseph Dunford, considers Russia to be the biggest threat to the United States, calling Russia's behavior lately "nothing short of alarming."
