THE APOSTLE Paul wrote that our struggle as Christians is not against flesh and blood — that is, fellow humans — but against principalities, powers, thrones, and dominions; evil, supernatural intelligences that seek to do us harm. Why, then, are so many people spending so much time and money on entertainment featuring monsters that feast on human flesh and blood?
