Today I had the opportunity to sit down with retired Navy Seal and Lt. Commander, Guy Mefferd. Serving our country for over 30 years, Guys shares his story as we honor all active duty, veterans and those that gave the ultimate sacrifice. Honor, courage & commitment are the words he has lived by his entire life. Only 2% of the US population serves in our military and an even smaller amount as a seal. Much gratitude for that to all military personnel and to Guy!
