Vandal Paints Over Safety Lines on Ratby Road

Residents say parking problems make life tough, and they're baffled while anyone would mess with lines that keep things safe. Counselor Ozzy O'Shea once traffic wardens cracking down hard, with court fines or community service on the table. Even paint it over, the lines still hold legal weight, so drivers risk big tickets.
