The BC Conservatives now want a police investigation into their allegations of voter irregularities in last fall’s provincial election. The Opposition is questioning what they call ‘contradictions’ in statements made by Elections BC. Conservative Leader John Rustad called for an independent review last week citing issues including those at a care home across the street from a polling station where 21 mail-in ballots were counted in a close race that a judicial review ultimately confirmed as an NDP win.
