Vancouver Police Rescue Kidnapping Victim, Arrest Suspects

Vancouver police responded to a 9.15pm emergency call about the break-in. A 62-year-old man was pulled from his home and pushed into a vehicle against his will. Officers spotted the suspect's car and gave chase when they refused to pull over. The pursuit ended near 14th Avenue in Woodland Drive, where police boxed in the vehicle. The men jumped out and tried to run, but a police dog unit helped officers nav them quickly. The victim ended up in the hospital with injuries, while both suspects remained locked up. Police action like this shows how fast they can turn a scary situation around for everyone involved.
