Es: En un pintoresco rincón de las montañas de la Sierra Nevada, se encontraba el pequeño pueblo de Valle Escondido.
En: In a picturesque corner of the Sierra Nevada mountains, there was the small town of Valle Escondido.
Es: Las casas, con sus muros de piedra y tejados rojos, estaban rodeadas de verde por todas partes.
En: The houses, with their stone walls and red roofs, were surrounded by greenery everywhere.
Es: En lo alto de la colina, había una cabaña de madera que pertenecía a la familia de Inés, Rafael y Carmen.
En: At the top of the hill, there was a wooden cabin that belonged to the family of Inés, Rafael, and Carmen.
Es: Había sido el refugio de sus veranos durante años.
En: It had been their summer retreat for years.
Es: Un caluroso día de verano, los padres de los tres hermanos anunciaron algo inesperado: iban a vender la cabaña.
