Utah Mammoth picked up a solid 3-0 win over the Philadelphia Flyers on Thursday night at Exfinity Mobile Arena. By tech, Vineechek earned his first shut out of the season with just 16 saves and it marked his 100th career NHL victory. Nick Schmaltz opened the scoring on a power play goal early in the second period, followed by Clayton Keller's tally a few minutes later to make it. 2-0. Michael Carcone sealed it with an empty netter late in the third while Dillon Gwynther picked up two assists on the night. For the Flyers, goal-tender Dan Blader stopped 20 shots, but they saw the 3-game winning streak come to an end. Philadelphia now sits at 28 wins, 22 losses, and 11 overtime losses. Vineechek was sharp in his first start since January 27th, helping Utah improve to 33 wins, 25 losses, and 4 overtime losses.
