US Submarine Sinks Iranian Warship, Escalating Conflict

This incident marks day 5 of intense fighting between the US, Israel, and Iran. It started with airstrikes on Iran last Saturday, followed by Iranian missile attacks across the region, including on Bahrain, Kuwait, Israel, and even Tor Turkey. Sri Lankan rescuers pulled 32 survivors from the sea, while about 140 were initially missing. The sinking has drawn backlash over Hexfets claim, especially since the UK has stayed mostly out of the conflict so far, though it's allowing US use. Of its bases, casualties are mounting fast, over 1,000 dead in Iran.
