Urban Klavzar Returns for Senior Season

In his last season, he averaged just under 10 points per game and shot over 40% from beyond the arc. That strong play earned him southeastern conference six men of the year honors. Clapsar's role grew a lot from his freshman year. Back then, his minutes were spotty and he barely played in the postseason despite the team's national title run. This past year, with key guards heading to the pros, he stepped up as the top reserve, hitting more threes than anyone on the roster and leading the team and scoring twice. Fans and teammates saw his impact right away, especially on defense where he ramped up his effort. Coach Todd Goldin called out his contributions after a big win. Noting how Clapsar helped fix the Gator's shooting woes early in the year, his steady bench production became crucial during conference play. Heading into the offseason, Clapsar bulked up to handle the tough SEC physicality and fast guards.
