0:00In 1915, 150 new young men left their beloved island in the tropics to fight in World War I. But it wasn't on the front line the men suffered the most. There were only 18% of them, 18% who had not heard any illness. Tom Davies, a medical doctor and former prime minister, made his mark on the world. But it wasn't without controversy. In those days they moved the motion no confidence in parliament. The vote was taken and was carried. He was there, just like that. And Eingapisa, who sailed across 80 kilometres of ocean in a small canoe, to escape exile from Sarmor by the German government in the 1900s. I prayed that I may see an island. I didn't want to die in the sea, that might die in any kind of island whether inhabited or not.
