我就走到神的祭壇，到我最喜樂的神那裡。神啊，我的神，我要彈琴稱讚你。我的心哪，你為何憂悶？為何在我裡面煩躁？應當仰望神，因我還要稱讚他，他是我臉上的光榮，是我的神。（詩篇 43:4-5）
【重擔變輕省的禱告】
天父，原來讚美祢，是我憂慮的解藥！讓我可以暫時放下難題，好好休息；停止繼續設想各種可怕的結局，不再用自己的聰明來嚇自己。
求祢伸出大能的膀臂，讓我知道祢是神；事情會隨著時間的推移，顯明祢是賜人平安的上帝。
而現在，在祢施恩的寶座前，我就嚐到被愛的甜蜜；有理解並支持我的父神親自成為鼓勵，叫壓傷的心得到療癒，能歡喜快樂的高舉主得勝的名。
感謝天父垂聽我的禱告，奉主耶穌的聖名祈求，阿們。
