金镶无色蓝宝石帽顶，明代文物，通高7.5、直径4.8厘米，2001年钟祥市梁庄王墓出土。这一顶帽顶由金镶宝石覆莲底座和蓝宝石顶饰组成，覆莲瓣上有椭圆形大金托五个，存嵌宝石四颗，计红宝石一颗、蓝宝石三颗，仰莲瓣上有五个小金托，各嵌小红宝石一颗，座顶端镶嵌硕大无色蓝宝石一块，用金丝固定。现收藏于湖北省博物馆。
