天父，求祢鼓勵我，使我心裡有力量，繼續抓住盼望，讓自己的未來仍被照亮。好叫我即便陷入困境，但有聖經的應許在心版上，就不迷失方向。
知道自己憑信心跨出的每一步，都會得到足夠的幫助，可以令人驚呼祢的恩典何等豐富！
我就能把愁苦，交在祢手裡變成祝福，為還擁有的事物感到滿足；並平平安安的走出人生低谷，領受基督裡無止境的好處。
感謝天父垂聽我的禱告，奉主耶穌的聖名祈求，阿們。
