親愛的朋友，天父造我們的目的是為了愛，所以你我無法只透過付出而收穫幸福；適時的停下來休息、向神仰賴祂的恩典，接受祂的幫助，人手所做的工才會成為美滿。

【為失衡的身心禱告】
天父，我知道自己在逞強，可是沒辦法停不下來；因為害怕讓某個人失望，就感覺我這個人很失敗。而現在我的精神、體力跟人際關係都快要失控，求祢快將孩子挽救回來。
讓我用祢充滿愛與恩典的真理，來重新看待自己，把那些謊言帶來的轄制和羞辱，通通撕下來丟棄。
不再成為他人眼光的奴僕，現在是懂得享受愛的神兒女；使我的努力與付出，是出於甘心樂意，是期待在每件永遠無法完美的事情上，遇見祢成為美滿。
感謝天父垂聽我的禱告，奉主耶穌的聖名祈求，阿們。
