晋祠，位于山西省太原市晋源区晋祠镇，原名为晋王祠，初名唐叔虞祠，是为纪念晋国开国诸侯唐叔虞(后被追封为晋王)及母后邑姜后而建。是中国现存最早的皇家园林，为晋国宗祠。祠内有几十座古建筑，具有中华传统文化特色。
晋祠其中难老泉、侍女像、圣母像被誉为"晋祠三绝" 。1961年3月，晋祠被国务院公布为第一批全国重点文物保护单位，2011年被公布为第一批国家AAAA级别旅游景区。
