点翠海棠花纹头花，为清代文物，横22厘米，纵20厘米。头花用银镀金材质做底托，其上镶嵌点翠，用玉石做成海棠花形装饰。这件点翠用的是翠蓝色鸟羽粘贴而成，与白色玉石制成的海棠花交相衬托，高雅大方，应是清代宫廷后妃喜爱的一款头饰。现收藏于故宫博物院。
