今天（星期天）我参加了这个赛季的最后一场正式比赛。比赛在另外一个城市举行，有4个城市的俱乐部队参加。我的比赛项目里有IM和RELAY两项，今天介绍一下这两个术语的意思。IM的意思是混合泳，就是由一个运动员游四种泳姿。例如100米IM就是连续游完25米仰泳、25米蝶泳、25米蛙泳、25米自由泳。RELAY的意思是接力，就是由4个运动员接替完成一定长度的比赛。例如200米自由泳接力就是第一个运动员游50米自由泳，然后第二个运动员再游50米自由泳，一直到第四个运动员游完，一共200米。接力时对于两个运动员之间交接有严格的要求......
