丁博民（肖丁），男 ，汉族，1935年出生于青岛市。1949年12月参加革命工作，先后在青岛文工团、青岛文联文工团、山东省吕剧团、龙口市吕剧团任歌舞演员 、戏剧演员、乐队伴奏员、作曲及编导。1979年调烟台艺术学校从事戏曲音乐教学，历任吕剧教研室主任 、教务处副主任、主任。1995年12月退休，2002年被烟台市吕剧院特邀为音乐顾问。
