云锦又称南京云锦，是中国传统的丝制工艺品，至今已有1580年历史。因色泽光丽灿烂，状如天上云彩，故名云锦。云锦区别于蜀锦、宋锦的重要特征是大量用金做装饰，用色丰富自由，纹饰醒目。现代只有南京生产，常称为“南京云锦”。
