話說幾天前，林之洋一個人來到國舅府做買賣。看門的使者要他在內殿門口等著，把他手上的貨單拿進去給主人看。
使者出來之後對林之洋說：你這些東西，我們都要，不過你的價格要開得實在些。
我們國王今天在府裡，知道你是從大唐來的，想要見你一面，你舉止要小心些！

那是當然的！
能夠見到國王，林之洋也很高興，沒想到那是他悲慘遭遇開端。
女兒國國王，當然是個女人，大概三十多歲，唇紅齒白，非常漂亮，
一邊問貨單上的胭脂和首飾的價錢，一邊目不轉睛打量著林之洋。
國王看完貨單之後，要宮女們招待來自大唐的女商人林之洋吃飯，
自己就轉身回宮了…
