天父，我需要新的智慧，來幫助自己調整心態；用祢的恩典，建立從前缺乏的安全感。
因為祢完全明白，我隱藏起多少傷疤。
並且祢願意以愛許諾我，一個不再需要流淚的未來；讓我可以為此勇敢，破碎過去的驕傲和軟弱，在祢面前回轉成小孩。
使難以承受的重擔，被祢的大能擋下；複雜無解的鬱結，在祢的懷抱中消散；不用再耗盡所有，去修補心中那堵必然頹傾的逞強；開開心心地按著祢的真理，進入自由中飛翔。
感謝天父垂聽我的禱告，奉主耶穌的聖名祈求，阿們。
