天父，謝謝祢這一年的看顧，使我雖似經過流淚谷，卻總能有及時的幫助，體會到恩典有多豐富。
過去我每軟弱一次，就更明白祢的慈愛一次；每遭遇危難一次，就更確定祢的信實一次。
求祢繼續如此將我捧在手心，叫我的信心一天比一天堅定；能把心裡的埋怨、傷痛、執著留在這裡，不叫這些負擔再拖住自己。
讓我跟隨著愛我神，展翅飛入新的季節裡；期待領受新的恩福，看見低谷中想都不敢想的美景。
感謝天父垂聽我的禱告，奉主耶穌的聖名祈求，阿們。
