碧玺珠翠手串，为清代文物，周长30厘米，由18颗粉色碧玺珠穿成，间有翠质结珠两个，俗称“佛头”。“佛头”下接“佛塔”，有丝线和珊瑚杵相接，下连翡翠盘肠背云，上下穿有珍珠、果实形深绿色翠坠角、小珍珠、红白米珠等。粉色碧玺珠的颜色柔和清澈，是一串典型的十八子手串。现收藏于故宫博物院。
