Personally, I have identified "growth" and "impact" as the defining words for my life. I am committed to continuously growing in all aspects and making a meaningful impact with everything I do. Even the simplest activities, like spending time with friends, can contribute to personal growth and have a positive impact on a smaller scale. However, it is crucial to think beyond the immediate and strive for a greater purpose.

To help others discover their own defining words, I have created a formula: "unrealized growth equals untapped potential." By neglecting personal growth and failing to put in the necessary effort, we limit our potential for impact. We may only operate at a fraction of what we are truly capable of. However, when we actively pursue growth and adopt a mindset of continuous learning, we unlock unlimited potential for impact.

It is important to remember that growth and impact may not always be immediate or apparent. However, we must persist and remain committed to learning, growing, and positively influencing others.
