Union of the Unknown Homesteaders

In this episode I am joined by special guests Toons, Stuart, Ashley ThinkChangeRepeat, Stella Q and Wild Bill.

I got this group together after a few of us were on a recent episode Union of the Unwanted. We were invited by Monica Perez to talk about homesteading. Of course, in true Union of the Unwanted fashion, it was a huge show with some big names and it barely scratched the surface on fifty different topics. The conversation left me with a lot I wanted to talk about. Really, I wanted to have an open conversation about homesteading/homemaking/self sufficiency with other regular folks who are just getting started, gaining momentum and learning as they go. While Union of the Unwanted was fun and an it was an honor to be asked to be on, the conversation that full-on-farmer Joel Salatin brings to the table is a bit different than what people who are getting started with cooking for themselves, sourcing local food or growing their own do. That latter is so interesting to me.

So I asked Toons and Wild Bill to join me on The Greener Postures Podcast to talk about homesteading and homemaking and what it means to all of us. I opened the invite to any other of the Propaganda Report Discord folks, some of who you will know and love from the Union of the Unknowns Podcast.
