Earlier this fall, they shifted the Pompeia College of Business from a spot in Orange to the main campus here. This four-story setup brings dedicated spaces like trading floors and auditorium, classrooms, a cafe, and offices. No big enrollment jumps expected, but it's all about ramping up workforce training and linking students tighter with industry pros. Heavy hitters are backing it, including a $10 million gift from alumnus Dennis Martin and another seven-figure pledge from entrepreneur David, Susman, for a sales institute. The site's 5.2 acres at Campbell Avenue and Rootin Street, swapping out South Campus Hall and Harugari Hall for this fresh build. Industry and walkways and a future bridge over Rootin Street will tie it to the rest of campus. Construction kicks off late 2026, aiming for a soft launch in spring, 2028, and full move in that fall.
