About this episode
This week I'm diving in deep with Professional ADHD Coach, Claire Twomey, about finding our strengths as ADHDers. Its been estimated that by the age of 12, children with ADHD receive 20,000 more negative messages about themselves than their peers who do not have ADHD. We talk about how this statistic carries us through life and the importance of reprogramming the narrative. Claire offers some great insight as to how to uncover your strengths as an ADHDer. This is an episode you don't want to miss.
