I discorsi giudiziari erano le deposizioni in tribunale dei cittadini ateniesi che sporgevano querele contro altri cittadini. Demostene era un politico ma soprattutto un oratore in tribunale. Forse non tutti sanno che esisteva anche uno pseudo Demostene in quanto alcuni discorsi che ci sono pervenuti sotto il suo nome, in realtà non erano i suoi. (musiche di Flavia Teodori)
