Friplam Fuddy lives on listener thanks to McDonald's and Reem Ho order. The NRL Finals are on Triple M and we've got all the goss behind the scenes news on and off the field from press conferences to inside the locker rooms. On Triple M, this is NRL Daily Finals edition. Welcome to Triple M and NRL Daily here on a Thursday just one sleep till finals begins. How exciting it's Charlie White and I've got two legends of the game, a rugby league in the house, Renny Matua and Josh Reynolds. How are you, lad? Good to see you, bruh. Good to see you, mate. You've been all over my socials lately with your loads, adds, fifth and a task. I thought it was AI. What about the comments? I'm just... I literally was looking yesterday. I was laughing my head off. It's a good sheet. I haven't taken a dog out of it. I haven't taken a dog out of it. I haven't tried it after this. Please comment. But it's a tragedy. I reckon I've done...

I want to know, this is what I'd love next week when we come on in to know what is it. Is it the stiffness of... Is it the clothing? I'd like to know because I feel I've done way worse. It's like a very row body. Is it the row body? Yeah. But if you've got had a walk... The thing is, I've been taking classes at everything like in the modelling stuff. I've never seen it working, but... I honestly... My mate, Orlando, you need to take some... Sooler. My mate's from England, like that I play with a comp like Wright Tipping. So they must have... It's got more loads like... I've just heaps of stuff there, but they haven't taken off. This is... Hey, boys. Here we go. LAUGHTER It's the cut. LAUGHTER You know what I'm saying? Yeah, boss upstairs, Laura Brushay. She said, why is it his knees dirty? What's going on there? You got dirt all over your knees as well.

Oh, yeah. Oh, but I'm just looking at all the people like, I can even see there. That's like all my mates just in to me. Looking good. Yeah, the funny thing was... One of the boys like to send it to me. I think I was doing something, and he wrote, like, mate, looking like... You're looking large, you're being gone with Jim, and I was like, oh, thanks, man. Why'd you... A couple of like hours later, I looked back and they're all like, yeah, looking mad, bro. LAUGHTER You know what I think he's giving me a wrap. You're gonna send us a coat or something. How do you get that shirt? My life's... They need to give you some more money, mate. You got borrow. Yeah, well, that's what I'm gonna say. I'll definitely put that in my next contract, the Gaussiation. That's a little bit... Maybe loving it. That's a good... I'm gonna have to tell you more, you've got to do this in exploded... How good... How good it mates. It's like when you... You grab my buzz, you're an outfit, and you're like, oh, put it on, bring it downstairs. You put it on... Do you... Do you need these undies? Yeah. You're gonna try them on. But someone said... Blink twice if you're being held hostage.

LAUGHTER Man, oh, mate. Oh, yeah. I actually had a couple other couple of little beers yesterday. No, I was literally... We've been my wife just scrolling through them, literally laughing, but... What's that stand? You need it. Bit of thick skin, boys. Oh, you got it, mate. You got to have it. If you enjoy the show, could you please subscribe on YouTube, follow us on Apple and Spotify, leave us a review, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, atroploam, underscore, NRL. If you can follow us there as well, it's very appreciated. And boys, let's talk finals for you, because tomorrow night it kicks off with an absolute blockbuster. The night's taken on the bunnies. I don't really understand. It's a really tough game to call. I think for me, I just think the night's got just too many out in the forwards. I just think so, Fidi, and also No Mooney. I reckon if they had them too, they would actually be a really different game. Because they've done it all this year without a lot of players. Just losing those two up front and freezing and Cody Hopper to actually really, really good front rolls.

Also that lay the platform, but I just think Ren, it's just going to be just a little bit too much of a stretch. I think it'll be a very streaky game. This is this year, these two sides of played games where it's gone like one team's winning at the start. Other team comes back, so it's like going to be a very seesoring affair. But I just think the up front battle with the two far, that's just too much, man. Having the trail back is outstanding. They've got strike everywhere. Cody Walker's ball he's head in. No more brain snaps. Who else is playing well? Tell us Duncan's back. His Fefito's founding straps. They've got so much strike, even Brendan Smith. He's been playing really well, Cheez, but they're still very loose around the middle. If Newcastle can hang in there, there's an opportunity to flood them through the middle. They can put points on Easy South. It's just defensively I'm a little bit concerned about. That's where I give Newcastle the chance. Kaelin Ponga has been very...

Teams have just started to figure out how to defend him. He's been getting jams a lot by the two men, by the wingers. He's dropped a lot of ball. If I'm Kaelin Ponga this week, I'm playing more like a Tedesco, and I'm floating through the middle of the field. I think there's some opportunities through the middle with South. But given the stride that South have and the form that Cody's in, and Claude Matangi and Cammario, just might be a stretch too far for Newcastle. I love Newcastle's backrolls. Hey, money lay low, he's a beast. What about the factor of backrolls they got down there? You know, they've heard some media come from. He's actually... He's actually having Aucklanders. In Auckland, I said Papadotui toi toi. Yeah. Panthers, he was playing for them. Then the Knights brought him over. He was in the pen of Panthers system for a little bit, sorry. And then the Knights got him out of Penraith. And then he wasn't really going anywhere under my bride and Holbrook came in. I think he just gave a bit of a rev up and said,

mate, you can be one of the best backrolls in the game. Could I not have that, mate? I actually saw a comment because we spoke about him yesterday. He was my sort of standout player of the year, and I think I break out play over the year. He's got a rugby union background because I've seen him, he runs a great line, defensively good. But have you seen him pass? I've seen him hit a winger, like really good ball skills. Yeah, real silky, like almost like halves kind of hands. So I think he's got a rugby union background, but... Grabby, that money lay low, he's just... He's a gun. He's a really good player. I reckon that's where they should try and hit, you know, that's where Newcastle had all year. However, they hit their backrolls with a tin short in the line or drop plays, they generate really quick ruckspeed off that, especially because they haven't got the big boys up front. And the period that I feel sassy really lacking is when Kemona goes off. It's been a very, very tough period for him all year. It's just like he must be the communicator in the middle,

obviously he is, but the extent of... If you could take like grabs all year, the points when he's off, it's ridiculous. So he has to go to really fix that, as you said. You know what, one thing boys, we don't really see David for fear of much speaking in the media. Like the other day, he had that interview and he was a bit emotional. Oh, that good was that. It seems like he's found the love for the game again. I don't know, I just love to see that. I just feel a guy in that mindset, heading into a semi-final series, he's perfect for a south side that could be a big chance. 100%. No, I was going to say that's Wayne, isn't it? That's Wayne, because the trail's the same. The trail looks so happy. Cheese looks so happy. Like he can get those guys who maybe fall and I love the game and reach back up. Just a bit on the edge, those guys aren't they? I always wonder what is it, because he does it to all these... There's a certain type of player. And he knows it, he must see it in him from afar. And then he gets him in, it takes him a while.

But then eventually, he's having a tear and up on it. A tear and up on National Tele-Ugion about Wayne, which I think is amazing. It's just quite a... This is a thing you hear about Wayne, right? He's not an exorcist and owes and it's that. It's what he does for you as a person that brings out the best food manager. He's a man manager. He doesn't need to teach players how to play first grade. He just needs to manage the man, the personality, understand what they're going through mentally, emotionally, physically. A lot of coaches are just like... There's quite different kinds of coaches, it's just like you're all in and there's... I don't care about injuries or anything, it's just go for it. And then you've got someone like Wayne, who can just read the emotion of a player and just say, all right, back off that player this week. And that's what Wayne does, does a well. For the bunnies, they're spying. They've gone with Duffdy at the back of a gyro. Do you guys like that? Yeah, I do. It's kind of like for life. I think they both got great speed.

Duffdy, little bit of a bigger body. Jai Grace being excellent, but having him as a 14, I think, is perfect for them as well. Like coming in and causing them to have it around the rock. Caused a little bit of chaos. Jai Grace being outstanding for him. I thought it was a great option for Wayne to tell the trail, look, you're not a fool back. Put him in the center. Jai Grace did an outstanding job. And then the story for Duffdy to come back from the UK, get his opportunity. He's been outstanding. And I'm, yeah, I think Duffdy's the answer there. Duffdy's just better at the three on twos. Sorry, I'm just sums it up way better than Jai Grace. But from what you're saying, there's nothing out the opportunities in the middle. I'd be using Jai Grace. It's all that just pinball, bang, bang, bang, lay it off, float it. Duffdy's another story. Wayne Bennett won. We went over there, couldn't get a start in England. He was always playing in a final trial deal as well. It's quite a believer, but we've always had this in him, Duffdy.

Like, I don't know if you remember at the Saints. He loved the play where he gets a wide two pass. He goes straight at the three men to play the, hit the doubles over the top. And that's what they're giving him a lot of looks like that. So he's just fitting in. Yeah, off the back of the year he's had, I think I'll go with him as well from the points perspective. No, Tramuni, no Jacob Syfetti. Big losses there in the middle for him. Yeah, huge losses. Who are you starting up front? A hotwood and frizz. Yeah, look, it's going to be tough. I think they've had shootouts both times. They've played this year. Yeah, it's going to be tough for him. Clown Matangi, and then who else you got up from with him? It's a tola. It's a tola. I'm worried about people like Kepi moving naturally when they come on off the bench. There's, look, this isn't a game to completely write Newcastle off. I think the guys that have come in have done a good job for him. See us, they just can put points on and they can pile them on very quickly.

But they have 20 minute lapses. And that's where I keep Newcastle adjourns. Tell us Duncan's going to be a handful on the edge. He's been playing centers for ages covering the trail. You go back to the edge and so he'll play left. Send and Smith might be right. He's going to have a tough day. He's a handful mate. Like one-on-one. We've seen what he done in the back. Quick fees. Good fend. Love that little outline. Yeah. He's going to be here. I just think, yeah. I don't see any of a bit closer whenever I think. Yeah. I just think Saus had got a bit of a roll at the moment, aren't they? There. There's got a bit going on. See both going with Saus. I'm going to go Saus. All right. We'll talk the wires, dolphins now. I think this is maybe the match of the round. This one's here. Yeah. Awesome. We'll coach it either. I'm throwing it out there. Yeah. Without the injuries. He's got a... Him or where we... Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Actually that's very close. Just like. Just like, but I just think that's a squad. It's like we're going on. It's like we're going on. We're going on.

Yeah. From where the nights come from and they've even got a half back. We all... I said there's no way they could go well without a proper half back. They've... They've created a style that not many teams can create. They can play. You know why I go with we're still? The hard combinations, he's had all year. I'm a good one. And they still get wins. I'd be happy with both. Yeah. But I'd just go. So I get off the fence. No. He's going to get off the fence. No, I'm hoping. I'm going to set it. Oh, go. Is there anyone else in the mix? I think, Cleary. No. Christian Woolf. It's like a most improved coach. It's not... It's like coaching. You know, it's not most... But I... Well, I'm going to call a... Webster now. Yeah, I'm going to go Webster. Yeah. I'll be okay. I can't go wrong with either. Yeah. Well, it's Dolphins boys. It's going to be a crack up match of the round. So excited for this. It's going to be one of the best finals games. I think we've seen him in recent memory. You might remember they played the Dolphins, the was at Suncorp early in the year. It was the best game we saw. Who wins this one boys? Where you going? They've been... I think they're last two appearances.

Is anybody... Has anybody been two points in it? Or last three appearances? Since there's a Saturday saying they're last seven matches have been decided by less than four points. There you go. Incredible. Seven matches here. Look, I think for the Warriors, it's obviously Barnett. And then you've got... Fisher Harris. Fisher Harris. But who holds the key? He's waiting. And we've spoken about his deception. He makes your medals accountable. He gives time and space for his edges in Cartoei and Nicarema. But they both play similar styles of footie right. Then you've got Flegler coming up against these guys. I'm a little bit... Who's the other front of Gilbert? Would you start him or would you start Molo? It's just... They have such similar styles of footie and great attacking Flair.

I'm actually going to have for an upset he jolly, sorry. I think there's a little bit too much inexperience in the centre, late tower and hacker. So if they... If... If... You know, Jeremy Marshall King is able to create, they chaos through the middle. And then they pull them apart on the edges. I think the Warriors defensively could struggle a little bit, especially with Dallin out as well. But I'm looking forward to this game. I'm not a very analytical guy, boys. But I've done a bit of research. This month Warriors 17 tries being scored against them. How many are you reckon on the edges? 12. 16. Oh wow. 16 out of 17 on the edges. And you're coming up against two of the best in Catoa Nicarema who will pull you apart. The best. And when your edge is struggling, I've seen her on the weekend against mainly their edges. They are in all sorts right. And what are they doing? And I used to do this a lot myself. And it is the worst thing to do is solve it yourself. Yeah.

One's coming out of the line. The other one's not coming. One's holding. The other one's coming out. They are in tatters. And I'm telling you right now. At Newcastle side, we told men we're stripping him. Yeah. That's not good. Yeah. That is not good. That's in the experience. This is worse than whatever I'm thinking because they're winning. They're getting these wins. But in a game like this, 100%. You know, you've got the likes of Fisher Harris, the Barnaz, that'll lay in the platform. Yep. You've got Await Egan's. But they can only do so much in the middle. You know, your edges are leaking that much in a big game like this. And I just feel, because what will happen is now, right? They might go, all right, what teams are trying to do to Nicarima especially? So I'm going to come out and try and stop him from outside in all Nicarima does. He's stopped. He tempos. He goes, bang, bang, fun worse right there. He knows what line he's got to run. And they are the best in the business at it. I'm on the wild strain. Don't get me wrong. Yeah, I'm on my way. But I'm very, very scared for just this week. And then if they, let's just say they lose this week, the wilds, they go up most likely against South. Cody Walker. Dolly. I'm sorry. I just, no.

Joel, Joel, come to feed yourself if you want. Straight sets, baby. Oh, he's coming in. Yeah. He's off the back. Can I just say that the, the, the Warriors are having, they haven't had in these last three games. They haven't had their full strength backline. They've been wrestling players in that game against the Knights against 12. They had, uh, jet clearing and Luke Hansen who'd only played three in our games between the two. Yeah, okay. You guys are the players. You guys have both played in the ages before. Does it start from, does it start from your halves? Is that not the first thing that you've been in that way? Is it not? That's where I was. Yeah, four men. But what about, what about, say, for your back row, you got like a, a labored and stuff that they're getting, they're getting sucked in because of, of, I don't know, jet clearing and so. So Kurt K. Boyz, okay, but labored and still doesn't understand. All right. So as a back row, if I knew I was short in the middle. Yeah. All right. So I'm still holding my spacing and make my middles work towards me. Labors getting too far, too far in towards these middles.

And then there's too much space on the edges. So Labor needs to have more trust in these middles that they're going to work towards him. Yeah. Right. Yeah. Hold his post. Therefore, it makes it easier on the edges for them to defend. At the moment, they're all moving towards the ball. And that's why they can put up a, and I feel last week that that's a, I'm pretty sure was lay a tower a couple of times. Yeah. He jamed turbo and just turbo was going back on the inside, past past. And there was a couple of times it's, it's happening yet. It's going to be the same. Hammer's the same. It's worthy, he'd be like, you know, a remain. It's just inexperienced. I think it, I think it is, but I do think this is like the warrior's full strength side besides Dallan. I think it's the first time they've sort of had this full strength side with the everyone and the team. I reckon a lot of people are underestimated the warriors. No, I'm not. It's just the edges, bro. It's a big favor. I think they are. Yeah, it's a big favor. It's a whole back, they were like $1.40. Now it's out to about $1.65, 70 as well. So nervous. Mate, I'm not nervous. You look like you're in a low state. Yeah, it's the, I just, I just, I just, I just, I just, I just think the warriors, people

underestimated them and that home advantage as well. Like there's a, a stat on the, on the sheet here. They've only played five home, all the finals games in Auckland before. They've won through them and they've lost two, but I think there's two were against like eels in 2007 and penance last year when there were no chance. But matter, I'm telling you warriors, I think they'll get it done. He's a, I do love, I love their bench. Yeah, but Jackson Ford back now. Well, mate, they've got Jackson Ford. He was, he was the deli. I think he was coming sick and behind Cleary when he got injured around 13. Like he's a, he's a big in, mate. I'm telling you. That's great. That was great. That was a pass. Yeah, he stormed in. That's great. So we got to clip it off the social. Max and Adolfo. Yeah. You look at these back. You know what though, that reaction from Joel Watts, I reckon that's how Watts fans are feeling. They're feeling a bit like pissed off that everyone's right them off. That's a, that's nerves. It's nerves. That's nerves. Trying to convince them something. Yeah, I'm on you. The war is a great side. I'm not taking anything away for it. But that a man of choice in a couple of weeks is on the edges.

He's not good man. And not, I don't think many people have, you spoke about it with Jimmy this week on the party, but there's not a lot of people talking about it. And yes, they've been winning because when you win that no one really talks, it doesn't matter. But it doesn't mean that there's not a slight little chink there. They might fix it, mate. The edges might get together. They might be on the same page. They might be humming. But we're just got to put it out there. We'd like we sort of play it and ready. What we're going to do is go with the edges. It's, it's so hard to double down the edge. And the likes of Nick Riemer and Katal, they're waiting. They're just watching the edge. Wade and Sealty do bang out the back or bang short. And it's going to be a cracker of a game. You look at their back five, combo, career best form, farm worth, bot stock, the psycho hammer. That's a hard edge to defend. So if they get it right, that'll be okay. That'll be all right. But look, it's, if you want to find a weakness, like honestly, it's on their edges. It's just inexperienced. It doesn't mean they're bad footballers.

Is there still learning the processes of trusting your inside and letting your middles work towards you so you can defend harder on the edge? Or they throw their system out the edge. And they, if they, if one's going to jam, they all jam. And that's yeah, you got to make a decision. It's still a dice. It's like, I'm going to, I'm going to jam here. We're all going, we're going to flood them. And that's what they've been doing against you, Kassel, a lot of other teams. Is identifying that if you put pressure on them, you can come up with errors for the attacking side. Yeah. If you get it wrong, you get it wrong. Just, just a little, you know, the dolphins that I think need to go to New Zealand. It's the dolphins that come to Alliance and, and went hard at the roosters and won that game. They stood up to them. We, we, we, we, we, we, we usually talk about the dolphins backs. We have been this whole segment, but that, that forward pack that night went hard. You know, one indication that I think the dolphins have shown their, their cards of the way they're going to start this game. Max Plath starting on their edge instead of Lemur, Lemur, Lemur, Lut.

Yeah. Who's been brilliantly she, but it shows me that they're going to defend. Defensive mindset. Yeah. I think he's got a hammy issue, though, Connolly Lemur, Lut. This is his first game back from a hamstring injury. I got to, I might be the reason why. We'll go in my, yeah. It's looking good. Time to go in the edge up, time to edge up. Hey, the, one of the things the dolphins get in Hammond for is that they've got no finals experience. Like a lot of their best players. Yes, Flagless, played in the grand final. Yes, they've got a, a far more. They've got almost played in the grand final. They've got Flies Confuci on the bench, but does that actually matter? How much finals experiences worries have? Well, they've got a little bit more. I'm looking at, like, you know, you've got Fisher Harris obviously. Yeah. They're lots of these guys played in a parlay, mid-23. Well, something that's very similar to finals, 40 is origin. You can have the hammer, boss stock, combo, Flagless, Gilbert, Plath, Finneffiwiaki, big game players, noils, test player. It's similar, but it is definitely something, 100% of it.

If you're not, if you're not ready to go up that one level and dip the toe in a little bit, it will smash in the face and that might be the game. It is definitely different, but I just think they've got a fair few leaders in the side. I think there's so much to be in the toe. And I think it's maybe the occasion of you get too excited. The adrenaline that dopamine hit and then you lose your head because your, the process goes out the window because you're so excited. You know, it's not like, oh, this is overwhelming or I'm overall by this occasion. Sometimes it's like, let's go. And then you might, I'm going to shoot out of the line, put a hit on, for example, like a side feed. He comes to try and team it's by your side. It's four weeks, but in semi-final football, you might want to be that guy where I'm going to shoot out of the line, put a shot on next. Next thing you're in the bend for 10 minutes. Look, the Warriors, look, I want them, these are the two teams I want to win the Premiership. So I just think dolphins just might be a little bit, I think they fit out at the moment

in terms of healthier this squad. Would you agree? Yep. But yeah, that's that is alarming what you said. Joshi, 16 and a seven in the horizon. Yeah, that is terrifying. You said you want the Warriors and dolphins to win the comm. Whoever wins this game, the path to the ground final, it doesn't get any better because in the prelim, they'll play one of Shark's Cowboys or the Roosters most likely if Penrath win. Like both those teams at home against the Roosters, Shark's or Cowboys would be looking there lips. Yeah, I thought you meant it was bad then. No, it's great. It could be better. You could be better. You win this game, you're in the ground final in my opinion anyway. Yeah, yeah. If you look at it like that, you're right. It's a, it's a better path. You're away from Penrath. For sure. You're away from the bunnies. You're away from the Knights. You go. Anyway, be game. Anyway, we'll see what happens. Keywees have announced the training squad for the Rugby League World Cup that basically are named every Keywee player in the NRL in this one. There's some great players. So let's see Fiketty.

He's been in incredible form for the Roosters. Cooper clocks at Keywee as well. It looks pretty strong though. I reckon Fiketty might have played for the time. We a little bit of mail there. The mail man. No, no. I think he's selected for both boys in his squad. Yes. Yes. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I guess for some of them, they'll pick their like Francis Manu Lele, who are I'm pretty sure is a Samoan eligible and Keywee eligible. And I think he'll probably end up in the Samoan side. You would imagine. Yeah, this is really with Payne House not being in the squad or going in for surgery. It concerns me that a lot of our Samoan boys might choose to play for New Zealand, which is okay. We just want. But if you have Payne House in the squad, the only other guy that I can think of is you can see, have some pulling power with guys like Mulla Taro, Francis, Isaiah, Papalee, those kind of guys is someone like Tina. If Tina, if Tina pledges his allegiance to Samoan, I think we can see a couple of these

guys maybe jump ship Samoan. Great side boys. Well, honestly. Great walk up, great job. I'm so excited. I can't wait for the Lebanese team. Oh, he's the boy. Jason Sarve on the wing. Yeah, Sarve. What's wrong with that? Well, it's just a step down. It's Lebanese. Like all power to him. He loves to step down. He loves the culture of Lebanon. Yeah, I was. I was allowed to play for Lebanon. Yeah. Yeah. He grew up in Bill Maul. I was there with him. He was there. All right. What about the, I just like, you know, I love boys and he just sort of goes very underrated. Any cross with them tough player, mate. Is any play well since all bro came in tough 40 20s? I don't know real men. I felt like he, he was trying so hard last year when they were in a struggling side that he kind of looked at him and I have this guy playing first grade. But now he's got a good coach, good system, great players around him, the same players around him that are well coached. You see the, the footballer in him, you know, and a hooker that can kick a 40 20.

You know, where that's, that's invaluable. You know, like when you don't, when you least expect it, you know, as a, you know, a back five and you try to get a pendulum going and then you're waiting for, you know, someone to, some half to keep for 40 20 or, you know, he's trying to protect the sideline and then someone like Phoenix, Crossland can kick a 40 20. You know, that'd be good. Boys, I got rapid five for his just quickly. I just had a quick think about this one. Go. Ponger. Ponger. Ponger. Ponger. You were drawing the white seven. Drove Hughes. Drove Hughes. Drove Hughes. Sorry. I just see his house for Vida not in the squad. He'd been in the summer. He'd be in summer. Okay. They'll have Nicarima if I want to go to Nicarima. Probably. Straight out. Is anyone in the squad? To be given Brownie if he was playing. Yeah. To my mind's in the squad. To my mind. To my mind. To my mind. To my mind. To my mind. To my mind. To my mind. To my mind. No. I'm going to mountain.

Okay. Yeah. I'll put Nicarima in 14. And then you got Crosslin cheese. Like to go crosslanding. Carry Marshall King. Oh, yeah. You got to start the Him, didn't you? Yeah. I'm going to get Marshall. Yeah. And then with the cheese, you can play him. At the end. He's more handy on 14, off the bench. Yeah, 4.30. Or 13. But then the 11, the far hawanoid or Joe Tarpanney or mostly head of fish areas, they've got to fit the big boys in. or 13 or 13 but then the 11 Nephahu Wad or Joe Tarpani or mostly I'd official I actually got to fit the big boys in there. Yeah well Nephahu Wad. Sorry Aaron Clark. Aaron Clark. Aaron Clark. Yeah and Nephahu Wad might play for Tonga. In my play for Sarma or in my play for Tonga. When you got three hundred and eighty stuff, you know, after the grand final they have to name their squad. Name their squad. But play Jere legions to whatever country. So in the Nephahu Wad can play for New Zealand, Sarma or Tonga. You can play for all of them. So then that that's really interesting. If he can play for all of them. The Fahu Wad, declared for New Zealand. He used to clear. Jolder said. Yeah. The Fahu Wad.

We're something like that where a guy is eligible for Sarma or Tonga in New Zealand. What would how would they make it cool like that? Would that come down to who the family members are closest with culture that they can access the most? He said like he goes look, one of his parents is Sarma and one is Tonga. He goes New Zealand, gave my family opportunity back in the day. So I'm going to repay New Zealand for what they did for my family. So that's why he pledges allegiance to the Kiwis. I actually saw him over in Sarma at the end of last year. So he's got a connection to all these cultures. But I think it's commendable that he's representing the Kiwis because like I said, New Zealand's gave his family an opportunity when they left the arms. Are you doing anything on the small team for this World Cup? No way. No way. No, that's another podcast. You just stay away. I'm happy to be a fan. Yeah. I'll help the women out. So if anyone's listening, I'd love to do stuff with the girls. But yeah, no, I like to just sit back and be a fan.

Yeah, nice. Nice. Can this team win the World Cup this Kiwis team? I think so. Oh, definitely. Absolutely. I think it's between four teams. I think time can win. I think Sarma can win. Obviously Australia and I think the Kiwis. No England. No, not just if they showed us in the ashes. I honestly were horrible. They were horrible. Just like really bad. I'm not just saying that like it's not that I'll, you know, rivalry with the problems, but they were really, really bad. They'll have a different squad. That'll be better. But yeah, I just don't think they can match it. Yeah. Well, Fiji's team might be strong as well. Because they're going to be one thing. Yeah, go. So I interrupt. Jake Connor needs to be half back. Okay. And they'll be a big chance because he wasn't getting picked in the last last squads. And mate, honestly, he's one of the best. I played, he played fullback when I was at whole and he's one of the best round to his ever seen. That's really, I played with a few good, like Benny Barber, Haynes, he'd like unbelievable. God is up tuning now. He's calm down a bit.

He's a funny guy. I got on really well with him. A lot of people like all the players, if you ask them about Jake Connor, they're like, ah, he's a grub. He will. But I'm saying that. I love him. But now you see him at leads. He's the way he's leading them. They're leading the comp. Man of steel. But he has to be the half back. And then they'll be a better shot. Would you put George Williams's fit? Would you pair him up with George Williams? Yeah, yeah, definitely work. And then you go, well, it's be at the back. As well as we go on or has he gone there? Because Sin Hellen's is struggling, aren't they? Yeah, I'll be honest. I haven't really watched much. But he's a player. Yeah. He's a player. But yeah, Jake, I think it's a surprise to say, you could come out here and just, you know, everyone underestimates or they could just, the ashes were, were disappointing. But I wouldn't rule them out completely. Okay. Quick break. Plenty more to talk about. We'd back very shortly. We're just joined the outbreak there. We were talking about 04. And the right, you guys had, you actually lost week. What a foul. Is that right? We did. We so was the old system. Was it the McIntyre? Or is that what's going now? I think it's, it was called the McIntyre.

Yeah. So 1, V8, 2, V7. And we played against the Cowboys. Yeah. And they just, I think, I think break got into anyway. Yeah. We got beat week one. And that's when it was like, because we were flying going into the semis. So it was like a wind loss that we needed. It was a massive reset. It was like, oh my God, it's, so we played the storm the week after. We played panoreth and then we played roosters to win it. So we had to play four games essentially. But yeah, that was a, like a surprise, everyone, everyone wrote us off. So that's it. The season's done. Cowboys have beat them. But yeah, that was, that was a big shock for the club, definitely. In after a game like that when you're flying, what's the dressing room like? Was was anyone really vocal that stands out for you? No, look, I think folks, he was so good at being calm. Like he never, ever, I'd never seen sprayer player. His silence was deafening. You knew what he was thinking,

which was enough for you to go, I wasn't good enough today. It wasn't playing mind games. He'd look at you and go, or he'd walk around the dressing room with just these presents. And you knew that it wasn't good enough. So it was never, never, ever in, was there a dressing room at the dogs when folks he was coaching us hostile or spray or anything like that? It was very calm. When same lose, same was just very, you know, just get the job done. I've prepared you as well. You know what to do. So just go ahead and get it done. Like aura. Like you never, never, never, never, never say, say much. Yep. Yep. I never, it was coach one, but knew him. Obviously, yeah, yeah, through Dan growing up and yeah, yeah, ever seen fussed and that's a coach said, you want right. Absolutely. Everything's all right. Yeah, we lost, but we got a, we got a big game next week. So was it 2012? Well, you guys made the, you finished what six on the ladder and still made the

grand final at the dogs? Or was that 24, 24, 14? Yeah. Yeah. We went down to Melbourne, been Melbourne, Melbourne, Lafayette, Timmy Lafayette on fire. Just like dusted. I forget what it was. Actually, I might have been, I wouldn't have been chambers even on our edge, but so whoever it was, where? Coach Blair? No, you know what I'm might have been. I'm not a being. The Lafayette, I remember. Yeah, you know, it doesn't matter. Yeah, yeah. So he was, yeah, that was, that was, that was a good, that was the other way, right? Like we were like, we were horrible in the last game of the season. You got people on the time. Titans. Yeah. My James Gamerode the season off. He likes to, he always likes to see, what did you do with that game? Love. Moves stepped in touch once or twice. But no, and yeah, like then we just went that game though, when we beat Melbourne, we, we were like, oh, we got our Mojo back at the right time, because we had 212, we'd been there 13 was a bit. But when you know, like, and you just look at the boys around you and you're like, boys, we've got a good chance.

We got a really good chance. I was really confident they came. So I didn't play in that game, but I remember going down to Melbourne thinking, we've got these guys. Yeah. Yeah. How does that work? You say like, get your Mojo back, because like, you'd think, oh, you just rock up and you play your best and you hope for the best. But like, that swagger, is that like a real thing that can come and go? Yeah. Just, it's just confidence in yourself. It's, you look at the Broncos, is she total opposite? Sometimes you looked at their attack and you're like, what is going on here? But it's just that, you know, everyone's humming. Everyone's feeling good. You know what I'm doing? I know you're doing it. You're on the same page. You're not thinking about yourself. You think about your teammates like it's, it's, it's all, and then it all just happens. And week after week, you build, you build, you build, but then you can go the other way as well. You know, passes going to ground, passes behind you, you know, like someone over calling just because he wants the ball, like so much stuff can happen. Yeah. And, but when you win a game like that and then you're like, boys, like, you don't have to say anything, but you just feel that confidence back. You can feel

in the first five to 10 minutes of a game. I think with the old rules, it's just, you could feel when you're on and you could feel when you're off. With the, with the rule changes now, the game so fast and, and you can, you know, chase down a lead. But back then, it was like, if you started well and you got a lead, you were holding that lead. You'd have to play against a very, very special team that could run you down. So back then, I just think if you started well, you just knew, you felt it in you when you were on. Is there any way of controlling that? Controlling with your, I don't know. Yeah. Like you know, like you know, Joe, is there any way of like helping other players get their confidence back? Or is it just the vibe thing? It's hard when they go on. Yeah. When folks are out of form and you, it's so hard to just, because you could tell them everything. Yeah. Even some of them they know it, but it's just not happening. Just little things like the contagious. It is. Yeah. When you feel good, it's contagious. When you feel like a few people

are off, it's contagious. So it sort of spreads through the team training sessions. Like you just like, what are we doing? Like it's like no post. When you're like, you're like, you're like, you're like, you're like, you're like, you're like, you're like, you're like, you're like, you're like, you're like, say mate, like, bar, that's it. But then sometimes, mate, you go into a captain's running like, you're in a freak passes and like, they're coming off and you're just like, man, we're on. Yeah. Yeah. But you can't explain it. What is it? Like, what's mojo? Like, I don't, like, but when you know you're on, like you said in the first five in that Melbourne game, yeah, I left, I left one once early, bang, bang inside and I was like, man, he's on. I just got all I got to do is give him the ball all day. Yeah. And then follow that, you know, like it's the great feeling. Yeah. It's feeling two teams have lost their mojo, sharks, cowboys. They both have gotten very fortunate with the draw and they play each other. Can I over them do anything in finals? No. Oh, I'll say the sharks more than the cowboys. The cowboys after last week's performance.

Just on the cowboys, he explains to me what happened with Potter. So he's pleated guilty first to a grade two to a grade two. But then he's got found guilty. But did he plead guilty? No, he took it to the panel. So he went, they fought for a downgrade charge. That's what they went. They went to start. He never pleated guilty. No, I never, no, I don't think so. No, I looked at a podcast. I said, someone was like, he pleated guilty first, but then he went for the downgrade and it's like, yeah, what are you? So you're saying you guilty, but now you're trying to plead for the like you're pleading guilty for murder and then you fight that to get manslaughter. Does that make sense? Yeah. Pretty evident. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'll get you saying. I know you're saying. Yeah. Pretty guilty of murder. Yeah. Can I get manslaughter? Yeah. Yeah. I do think it was Kentie Maroons, mate. Yeah. Look at, listen to what he's, if you can look at he's, I think he's on his podcast and I was like, well, like, make sense. What he's saying? I was

like, but anyway, anyway, he got his charge job to grade one. He's could play to fine. He's going to play. So they need him. Maybe you'll get involved in that. Do you know what though? I like it. If you did, let's get the best players playing. 100%. Like it's going to grow more. They should be able to suspend suspensions, I think. So like, if you're going to miss your grandfathers, take it round one next year. Like, let the best players play. Yeah. It's a tough one. Like even when Cameron Smith lost that miss that year, they got beat by 40, but it's just like. And then there was the year Billy was allowed to play when Billy should have been suspended as well. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. You want your best players? There has to be some sort of, I don't know, pay off for it. But if it comes to a grandfathers or semis, I don't know, you've got to do a whole offseason of community service or some of that. They're never going to do that. Are they? They're never going to change that. What about this? What about if they put a fine amount on the player of like, okay, you can get your one match suspension or we'll find you

50 grand or 10 grand. I was thinking 50 grand. How I don't know how many players can afford to pay 50 grand. Well, but but but it's like, well, you can. Yeah. But it's like, Mako's put play can afford 10 grand. Yeah, they can. You got to make it something where they they got a, it's a decision of like what would you do 50 grand? Hey, what would you do if you apply 50 grand? I'd get a loan. Yeah. I'd have to say the first week of the semis. Yeah. I really have. Wow. Yeah. I just did that. They don't come off all the time. No. And then like, I look at them now. I would try to have more opportunities. I don't know where I get it from. Yeah. I'd play your money. You guys in Billmore. I just get to keep that if I keep my fingers after. Yeah. Joel Joll sent us a message. He said, what are they paying at lows? They paid enough. Enough. Enough. It's the Warriors. We've got a lot of players there. We've got a bit of sidetracked there, but the Cowboys. Cowboys, Sharks, Cowboys,

you think that they are. Are they the worst finals team we've ever seen in the Cowboys? That's not me saying it. You said it. It was me asking you. Yeah. That's why you, oh man, that's I don't know. That's a big cool. Yeah. They're in trouble. Look. Do you just say the Sharks are the Cowboys? Cowboys. What have they liked in the last two weeks? 80 points? 50 and I don't know the week before. I'll tell you what I did. I'll pull it up. Yeah. 74. 64 because they scored 24. But then they lot they can see 32 to paramatta. They can see 82 a few weeks ago. That's funny because they went through that period where they were defending. I really watched their defensive systems closely and their foreman in the night and Luki were really bad at trusting their insight. But they get beat through the middle because their middle forwards weren't moving lateral. Read Marnie's a massive part of that

tighten up that middle. But then when you've got a foreman that's inexperienced or doesn't read the game well, then you've got Chester and then you've got who's the other kid? Labor. In the Sanctuary. Purdue and all these guys with inexperienced. It just becomes really messy on the edges and yeah, that's a lot of points to like. I just look respectfully out of the state filler. They should deserve to even be in the finals right now, but they've done enough. They're there and they'll probably come out and beat the Sharks. Yeah. I made it. I'm telling you that they've had some big semi-final games these two. They have two months. Yeah. Yeah. But the only thing for me boys with the Sharks is Trindles back. He's the guy that they all sit down and the dressing shed and they look over and he just gives them their, he gives them their Mojo. There you go. Without him, they're a different side. They're so sideways. I just feel we've finally seen and this is no knock on him, but Nico's definitely a six because he had every chance to get the seven back and dominate. But when Trindles

Nico plays more like a roaming six slash one, they all link up all three of them. Kennedy, Nico and Trindles kicks. Trindles always snuffing out short sides. They're just the way better side. He said 30 tries. He's the thing with the Sharks. He said the Sharks, they play a semi-final style of 40. They're not that sort of Ric Flair kind of team. You know, they'll defend. When they do defend, they defend well. They play good through the middle of the field. They got Braille, you like Trindle back. They'll kick to corners. I've had the long game. They've got a semi-final style of 40. Having said that before Trindle was out, while Trindles out, they'll show us some real weaknesses in their side. So if Tricky goes down, I'm concerned for him. But yeah, I think you'll see a different Sharks side going through September. I think they'll be too strong for the Cowboys. I don't think they've got the right. I don't think they've got a good

enough time to win it. You've been in this position, grubby with the shoulder. Was it right? In the grand final, first tackle, you did your shoulder. You said that. I don't want to put that out there. No, no. So I have done it where? I want to ask you a question. JT, did he wear double strapped? Double sea belts. So I had one on and in the game, my first hit gone. My other side had never done it before. I'd done that side. So I knew the feeling. I knew I was gone. So at a half time, go in. Don't even know why I needled it because you can't need all that. But I was just like, give me something, man. I just from my head, like to get me back in this game. But I knew the feeling. And then I went out and I had to put the double brace on. If people know of one the brace, you'll strap it on your legs, but it's a seatbelt. So you can't move past two. So like even my first, I think kick off in the second half, I'm off the, I can't. I think I

drop it. I think those backwards, but that's what because I'm like, man, how do I do this? And then I just held on. But it is, I was gone. This is why it's so crazy how yo, he just must be so mentally strong. To be able to do that, man. Like I fully take my hat off to him because I couldn't have done it. And it packs very similar, you know, that sort of is hitting and so it's quite amazing. So I had a sublux, uh, Shira where I was popping out the back for 10 weeks, but we didn't have enough troops that I had to play with. And they had the seatbelt on me. I'd run on the field. And then I'd just rip it off and they couldn't do anything about it. Larry Britton would be on the sideline. I'm probably just going to throw it to the sideline. Yeah, it's just, you can't do anything. How did he play his whole career with it? I don't know. So JT would wear one of each shoulder. He doubles. He couldn't move his arms past that. And he had an immortal. But even like catch me because you think, right, you can, you have to catch like that. I got for a bump.

Like it's so hard even passing. Like you can't, you can't finish your pass. It like, man, I struggle to not to wear it for a while, but only one size. In this tackle, you do your shoulder. Sandberg just breaks his cheekbone. What a, what the, this tackle a grandpa, more damage being done. It was crazy. It was plenty going on. But that's the thing, mate. A gentleman's pumping. All you think about is just just staying out there. But, but you know, just like, I don't even know what that guy is. He's a freak. He's a freak. Who wins this game? No sharks. Cowboys. Where's this game? One. I think shark is win. I think shark is win. Yeah, I think sharks just might have it together defensively. They've got it together a bit more than than the cow. A lot more than the cowboys. Trindles back. Yeah, cowboys are just leaking far too many points for me to be able to back them. On shark, he's their middle, just roll them and then Trindle comes in and does what he's been doing all year because they had some good patches. Is she? But obviously without him, he's just

their man. That's it. He's the seven and if he's a bit, what if he's a, early gone? They are gone. Shred away early in the game. Cowboys made a move. Yeah, I think cowboys can win. I can feel you. I hope he doesn't. I really don't. I don't know. I don't know if I've thrown that out there, but that's how important he is. I've seen over the last few weeks. They are at different side, even like the likes of Brailley men. Brailley's not the same. He's not the same, right? Yeah. But he just, because he, you know, he feels he has to do the middle, but then he might feel he has to create a bit more and he's their man, mate. Yeah. I know Todd Payton just got an extension this year for a couple of years, but if they lose this with the squad they've got getting bundled out week on a finals, the fans have effort getting that putting in should, should Todd Payton be under pressure? I think they're both under pressure. I think Fizzi's under pressure as well. But Todd Payton, yeah, it's bizarre. It's like they give him it. When they gave him the extension, they're doing well. I don't know too much around contract clauses and stuff like that,

but they've just fallen off a cliff. I haven't. And I think Fizzi, I don't, I think Fizzi's job is safe, but I think he needs to play that squad up a bit as well. There's some really tough calls he needs to make in the offseason around this team, especially if they don't go too deep into the semi-sale. They sort of have like a little bit, just your aim in. But who have they brought in? Kim McKinnis is leaving. Kim McKinnis. But then you look, but yeah, it's like, I look at their squad and I just, they're all seven out of ten for me. Yeah, there's no nine. Yeah, right? So, so you need, yeah, you say they need to bring in like a they need to they need to try a strike. They need some real strike. Like he needs to make some real tough decisions. And I'm not going to name plays. I don't know who it is, but you can't just be that seven out of ten for the next 10 years. It gets really, you know, you need something's not working. So he's pretty much had that same

squad for about three to five years. Yeah, well, yeah. And they still can't get there. I don't think it's necessarily Fizzi's coach. I don't think it's he needs to change his coach. The squad needs to change slightly. There's a lot of money in their spine and they're talking their halves with Nico and Brian Trindle. Would there be any part of the sharks that think because Nico would have a lot of buyers. There'd be a lot of teams that would think that Nico would be a great player to bring in. Is there any part of the sharks go, Hey, we got Nico on a million bucks a year. Could we move him on and use that money elsewhere in the team? Yeah, I reckon they they would have had the conversation just because of like you said, they're both on pretty good money, right from big money. And what would you be on? He's on like eight eights. No, he's on around eights. Yeah. I reckon I reckon they would have had a look at it. Yeah. No, then that's no knock on Nico. It's just the situation. It's like he's on. You've had your opportunity three, three four years. Yeah. If you can't nail it, then you got to look elsewhere. That's a big like you said,

a big call. Yeah, it's a big call. Make it be cool. Yeah. So then you go, well, we get, you know, freshen up. We get a new we get a new six. Do we look to get a new one possibly? I don't know. I just yeah, look, I'd be looking at for example, maybe if you had to let's just say Nico, unfortunately, I'll be looking like at a herbie farmer or some of a real strike center. Well, Kennedy, he does a great job. Like he's a great foreback. But we would you look for there's not many like fullbacks out there off contract, right? No, you're just solid. We're Kennedy to be solid. That's what I'm saying. They're a solid team. If it's solid, but they just need that little bit of extra stuff. I don't know what it is. Well said you both both to be in the sharks. And we already asked that you both to be in the sharks. Yeah. Yeah. All right. Another cracking game Sunday afternoon. I love it when they put these big games on a Sunday. I love it. Rooster's Penroth. Obviously a con bank stadium.

Yeah. Where are you thinking for this one boys? Yeah, I'm excited to see the combination of Saviler and D.C. I think we're underestimating that Roosters could be a little bit more of a dangerous side with Saviler at six. I think it straightens up their attack at Simplify and Z Gameplan. He's a big boy. He's got a great running game. You know, someone like Walker, who's fantastic. You know, he didn't perform well in last year's semi finals. Like he still wanted to play that sort of club, um, club style of footy like the regular season style of footy. I just think everything tightens up. Teddy through the middle, Simplify's their game. They've beaten number four. D.C.E. was forced to run like, well, no one expect D.C.E. to run against Penroth last time. So they defended, I think, about 24 tackles on their line. D.C.E. right foot scores are

tri. He's got two tries. They go. I still think Penroth, other benchmark. I just think they're just so good. And then again, you got yoey back and they're defensively just sound and they're attacks on unbelievable. They'd already have Ivan would be talking about that. They're lost against the roosters. Roosters would have confidence. But given the form that they've had going into the semis, do you think that's a concern? Yeah, I do. Yeah. Just look at this squad. I just look at Tedesco leader, two-boo leader. Yep. Mark Jerry Evans. No, no, why? Robson, like, mate, this is a star-studded side. This is going to be, this might be a one-pointer for me. I still think Penroth might just win, but it would not surprise me if the roosters, 100% they have been off. And it's so surprising. You're like, how the loser to target? How? With the side they've got. Yeah. But, you know, I just look at that squad and I'm like, mate, big game players, big, big game players. And then all you got to do now is get back to what you, the roosters haven't

been really, they've been a bit clunky all year, Walker and Encherium. They haven't been like slick. But sometimes Teddy just attacks the middle of that match. Look at that Cowboys game. They were straight through the front door through the middle and they won the game by 80 points. But then you look, then you're all right, our sets aren't going great. All we've got to do is get down there half. No, I'm going to need a y-say, two-boo can get tries off it. Give Billy Smith or Toya a one-on-one battle with Garner, who's not a centre. Yeah. Just look for those weaknesses and it won't surprise me honestly if this is a close close game. But then we look at the other side, right? On the weekend boys, Penrith look way better. Just with you. You help Nathan get him to spots. Nathan was, there's a lot less pressure on him. You can just tell no coincidence when Mitch Kenny gets back. All the little things go up is in the line speed. Well, is there was six tries? I think I counted six scrambles. Yeah. Anyone else would have scored tries. But Penrith were all in the picture. They had arms underneath. They were ripping each other up, pushing him into touch.

That scrambles is why they're so good. I feel why they win games. Even I watched Dylan Edwards and Mitch Kenny do a interview on 360. Everything about him is professional. Even though they speak to the media the way they present themselves, their dialogue. It's just, it just reeks of just winners. Right. With the roosters. Yeah. Star started by one on one in. But you don't know what you're going to get sometimes. And you have, and we saw that at the back end of the regular season, new halves pairing is a concern. The only thing you can say confidently is like they beat him a few weeks ago. So they can do it. But once when they beat him, they felt for cliff after they go. They put, they frontlighted all their energy. So what an opportunity to front load again, though, because you have the week off. You get the week off, mate. I guarantee you, a father who white and Collins are going to go toe to toe. And like, and they can. And that's where that

where it could be one at the start. That early battle. And then it didn't then it's like hold on. Easy older. It's detect today's goes attacking the middle like then then they'll slightly get on top. And then I'll just say one thing was with Penroth. The only one thing. And if this is a decision that I've been obviously made, I still don't think they're left edge. They look great on the weekend. But with I still think to Lange lays to Lange adds that just that little bit of like X factor. That Penroth might need in a big game. They just might. But is his defensive deficiencies? Does that outway what he brings in attack? I just look at their left edge sometimes and they were brilliant on the weekend. But McClean and Milky were great. I just look at him like you at Blaze. He plays a lot like Jerome did. Takes white falls. No opportunities when the pop up. He had five tries. This one game like he understands the role. I just have interest in the sea for Ivan just sticks with. I think his players last game. Blast Lange. It's a Penroth. He's done.

Yeah. I think I'm going to be going to be going to the Amazon as well. That's a bit of mail. I don't know where he ends up. Could be a paramada. Could be dogs. Could be anywhere. I love him. I love him. I love him. I was speaking to someone close to Blaze Lange. And Blaze is a bit shocked by everything that's happened. He's a bit like caught off guard by everything and doesn't feel like the communication has been amazing from Penroth as well. So I also made the writings on the wall for Blaze as well. Jets coming next year. It's going to be Jet and Ivan. Jet and Nathan are going to be giving every shot. You reckon? 100% they're going to be giving every shot during the off season. But it's Ivan's last year's coach. I don't think he wants his two sons in a half there. And Jet flushed enough in that game where he's not a dud. He's not a dud. Nathan will want Jet and the team and could be incredible story next year. But I can blaze won't be there next year. They're cool. Yeah. I just, that's just my opinion. I get it, but defense is probably more of a priority in the semis. So he's probably gone that cold pitch, cold solid.

And Cole was going to be back for the pre-limal week to a finals. I'll say the way. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Cog will come back in the test. That's right. Yeah. Yeah. No, just just just just there side note. I just sort of thought of, but be cool man. Yeah. Yeah. It was time to tell. Hey, in this game, Hugo Savile and DCE, the Roosters decided not to play them against the rabbit os. They decided that they were better off having two weeks of training with them together building up their combinations. Do you like that call? I do like that call because I know how hostile a Rooster's S. game could have got. And imagine Savile or DCE went down in that last round when you could not finish any higher on the table. They were finishing third no matter what one they. It was kind of a game where they couldn't feel they could get top two. They won't play for you. And then you you play against rabbits who traditionally hate each other. It's a very, you know, you exerting a lot of energy into that game. I can understand why if it was like any other team outside the eight,

I think he would have played them. But because it was the rabbits, I think there was a lot of emotion going into that game as well. I think resting them was the better option. That'll be fine. I got no problem with that. Just cheering having this played. Savile is they probably done stuff together at training in the offseason. Yeah. And the does away middle. When was their last buy? Roosters. I think they had played like nine games straight all. So they needed a rest. I'd rest them. You're a big game. See us. Yeah. It would happen with the trail. One of them goes in. Something happens. Yeah, exactly. You know what I mean? You just you just don't know. Yeah, I would. Remember that game where it was in a semi final when seven people got to be. You know, some of them. That's right. Round 18 was their buy. So a long time ago. Yeah. On this game, Teddy Entriblem said that this ankle injury is going through has been the worst of his life. It's a big call. So it's a really complicated injury. Basically a membrane issue in his ankle. What's going on with all these membrane?

In the scene in the membrane. Yeah, I've never heard of it before this season. Never heard of it. I don't know if sports science is just getting a bit sharper. I know. I just need something to talk about. I've had two ankle reconstructions. Yeah. They come from all sides. Everyone knows. I've had one. Yeah. Have you ever lived in a moon, but that's how far? Teddy. I'll be right. Because he was off in that game. It's a dolphin. That was probably one of the worst games he's had in a long time. He's just like, it was a good ducks and drinks. It's showing. Yeah. Yeah. Michael's no good here. Right. You're around 300 meters. All right. We're spoken about Joey. Who in just game boys? I was. Uh, Penrith in a time. I twirled. Yeah. Penrith by one. Beautiful. Yeah. Literally. Yeah. If you go. And then may you are off to the NFL tomorrow. I am. I am. Yeah. I'm gone. Oh, why? Pumped. I know nothing about NFL, but I would love to go to. Yeah. It's I'm obsessed.

Is that the MCJ fanboying? Yeah. At the G. So there'd be a hundred thousand people there. They packed. Are you in a corporate suite? What do you got? In a suite. No, no, no, no, I think we're just starting tickets with mates. Just tickets. Yeah. Yeah. Also. So good. Yeah. I'm so excited. Who's playing? Sam Fran and the Rams. Okay. Do you have any of them talking? Did you hear McAfrie? It's like they've never heard of Australia. It's like, it's country's so good. Like, man, that coffee, that coffee is unbelievable. I'm like, man, we're going to be. I think only like you might want to fact check me out. I think only 30% of Americans have passport. They. They honestly think that there is no world outside of outside of America. Or any other countries outside of America. And America is mostly a shithole. Like most of the parts you go to America are like average. What do you start? What do you trying to start? You always start in a war. I'm not starting to get buzzing buzzing Danny. Yeah.

Did someone sit and we go, oh, tell us. I love that. That was good. That's good. No. 48% is it? 48% where there you go now. It's climbed. Mate, I'll tell you what, I'm only joking Americans. I'll just wind you up there. I love America. I've been here. I've been here. I love it. Hey, if you'd been anywhere in Felgate for, I did a Seahawks game once was amazing. That's Seattle. That's something I want to do. I made to be Seahawks fan. Yeah. And we want to go on there. But because I heard that's unbelievable. I've only been there. I've only been to one NFL game. So I know what to compare with. That's quite a good thing. Yeah. I went and watched the USA Australia game there as well for the World Cup. Yeah. So it's a cool stadium. It's like real unique design. But apparently the noise stays in and it's like the loudest NFL stadium. It looks cool. Yeah. I'll be at other stadiums. It's just not there. Yeah. Nice. All right. Well, let's wrap it up. You go get pack your bag, mate. You're off. We'll see you guys next week. See you next week.
