UK Petrol Prices Surge by Over 10p per Litre

In spots like Cherwell and Great Yarmouth, drivers are paying over 12 pence more per litre than a week before the US and Israel struck Iran. Meanwhile, places such as Dover, Slough, Elmbridge and the Scottish borders saw louder rises of under six pence on average. This hike hits while it's hard, especially for regular commuters as filling up costs more, no matter where you live. The price creep started around February 28th and keeps building with no quick end in sight. The government just rolled out a new fuel finder tool to help track prices nationwide. All stations must report changes to petrol or diesel within 30 minutes, and the data is open source for apps and car navigation systems.
