🚨 Uh Oh! GOP Drags in AG Bondi to Testify?!?

0:00just who is James Comber, the MAGA House oversight committee hearing chairperson talking about when he wrote a letter to Pam Bondy demanding sub peening her appearance in April for a committee hearing about the Epstein scandal. Who is he talking about when he says that elected officials were involved with the Epstein scandal. He needs to get to the bottom of it. Elected officials. Uh, there's one in particular. I know his name starts and ends with Trump. And now you've got a letter that shouldn't had to have been written, except it's obvious that Pam Bondy, uh, the attorney general does not want to come in and sit in sworn testimony before the House oversight committee. Let's be frank. The House oversight committee is running out of witnesses. They had the Clintons, the Clintons who at least at least one of them, Bill Epstein. They have the accountant for Epstein. Um, and yet here we are a years later, 1200 victims

1:00and survivors later. And and this attorney general has not seen fit to prosecute one person. 40 people or more around the world have all fell in disgrace, been fired or resigned or had a quit or thrown out of the royal family. Prosecutions have started around the world and not one. These 1200 girls and women, they, they abuse themselves. And that is what Pam Bondy's going to have to come in and talk about. And, and the fact that James Comer, the chairperson of that committee, whose Maga Republican had to issue not only a subpoena, which you could have done just privately, but he basically perp walked Pam Bondy and outed her in public with this letter. Wait, do you hear it? I'm Michael Popak. I'm glad you're here. A legal AF. Let's get to this breaking news just happened today on Tuesday. I just ripped it off the printer. And here we go. That's how we roll on legal AF. Here's what the letter reads to

2:02attorney general Bondy. Now let me give you the background here, having worked in government, having represented people against government most of my career. If it got this far, it means Pam Bondy was coloring outside the line. She, she peed in somebody's cornflakes, if you know what I'm talking about, because it should not have had to come to this, but it did with this letter. Listen to the letter and let's try to interpret what and construe what he's trying to say. The committee on oversight and government reform is looking at possible mismanagement of the federal government's investigation of Epstein and Galen Maxwell. Stop right there. The government means Donald Trump could be prior to Trump in other eras, including the first Trump administration, federal government investigation mismanagement about and an investigation about Epstein's death, the operation of a sex trafficking rings more than one. That's interesting. We've always referred to it as a sex trafficking ring and ways for the federal government to combat, combat them.

3:06The ways in which Epstein and Maxwell sought to curry favor and exercise influence to protect their illegal activities. Now we're coming close to home and potential violations of ethics rules related to elected officials. What elected officials? Who can't be the Clintons? All right, because they weren't elected officials at the time and in the time of their testimony, what elected officials are they talking about? Is this a shot across the ballot, Donald Trump? So on March 4th, the committee voted to approve a motion directing the committee to authorize the subpoena for your deposition. Now that means that since March 4th, until now, they've been in negotiations with the attorney general, the Department of Justice about getting her in voluntarily. And that having failed led to this issuance of the subpoena. And I'll put up this letter, by the way, on legal AF substack for you for paid members to read.

4:12So then basically he gave them 13 days and having failed that he had to post this letter. But the fact that he went over the failures, the federal government, the sex trafficking, the sex crimes, the ethics violations by elected officials. It is as cuckoo second paragraph. The committee therefore believes you possess valuable insights into these efforts because you were directly responsible for overseeing the department's collection review and determination concerning the files under the Epstein Transparency Act. The committee is the principal oversight committee. In addition, he also reminds her that she might have to be able, she might have to bring by subpoena, not only witnesses, but books and records and correspondence and memorandum and papers. What is she going to do? Drop the burn book she was using against members of Congress and have to bring the three million pieces of paper. So she can testify from it. It's a bad news for

There seems to be, I don't agree with Magon anything, but they have rallied around the survivors and the victims of the Epstein scandal, full disclosure. I represent Lisa Phillips, one of the leaders of the survivor movement, and was a victim of Jeffrey Epstein. I mean, you see people committing political suicide over it. You know, many people would think, well, Marjorie Taylor Greene, her career was short lived anyway, but you know, she self-imbellated over the issue of the Epstein coverup and was up there up on the on Capitol Hill in press conferences, defending the survivors and the victims before she left Congress. Others have said the same thing. Nancy Mase, who's running for, who's a Congress person and what I don't agree with is disgusting human being and running for governor of South Carolina. You know, she also supported Epstein. So it appears that for Maga that it was this

6:19confluence of conspiracy theories, which Maga, which is effectively Q and on all dressed up, they love. And then you have child sex trafficking. Oh, boy, you know, that's what that's what pizza gate was all about, right? Child sex trafficking and cannibalist cannibalism rings run by Democrats. Now, you've got it over here. And they never liked the fact that Pam Bondi and cash betel were covering up what they saw as a child sex trafficking ring. And they always felt that if Donald Trump wasn't really involved, he would come to the rescue. You know, that's that's why some people are no longer in government, right? Joe Rogan. Oh, no, sorry, that's a one other, another right wing podcaster. I don't know why Joe Rogan should not be in government. Let me let me let that stays in the pod, by the way. You've got people in government who, you know, were Maga, but on the issue of Epstein, they draw the line. It seems to be that is the

7:20third rail for the Maga movement. And they don't like what Donald Trump is doing. I mean, look, James Comer just a couple of days ago, I thought he was, I think, I think he's double agent. I think he's working for the Democrats. He went on Jesse Waters on Fox. And he made the, he made the statement that he believes that Donald Trump's first administration stopped the investigation of the New Mexico ranch that the New Mexico officials are searching right now for dead bodies, dead victims bodies. He went on Fox news and said, uh, I think the Trump administration and the Department of Justice at the time, and Bill Barley, Attorney General at the time, stopped the investigation of the New Mexico officials back then. Why play the clip? Sounds pretty sick if what's been said about it's true. What are you hearing? Well, I'm glad that the New Mexico authorities are going there and searching that property. I know that if no one searches the property, whenever this investigation is finally concluded, people are always going to have questions about whether or not there were deaths there,

8:22whether or not there were mysterious surgeries and things like that happening on the ranch. I don't know, but I do know this. The federal government asked New Mexico to stop their investigation. I believe back in 2019 of that ranch. So there's just so many questions about how the government failed. The victims and how government failed in trying to prosecute Epstein's sooner. I mean, this whole thing doesn't make sense. Everyone has conspiracy theories on how Epstein was able to get away with it. Was it because he had powerful friends? Was it because he was an agent? We don't know, but we're going to find out. And I'm glad that they're on the ground now in New Mexico searching that property. Congressman, you said in 2019, the government told New Mexico authorities to stand down investigating the ranch. Do you know what branch of the government? It was the Department of Justice, I believe. And I believe it was because they had, I believe, it perhaps was the Southern District of New York because they had taken over the investigation

9:25at that point. So again, these are questions that we have. We want to get the answers, but I am, I will say publicly, I'm glad that the New Mexico authorities are on the ground searching that property. I don't know if there's anything there. I don't think anybody knows, but I do know this Jesse. It's probably never been searched before very thoroughly. That's crazy. The house probably has, but the property hasn't. Yeah. Why James Comer? So Donald Trump no longer has a friend of the oversight committee. He used to use the oversight committee to run interference for him and his policies and to use it on social media. But now you see even James Comer is succumbed to the pressure of the ultimate mega when it relates to the Epstein cover up and the cover up of the Epstein cover up. But she also shows that she's not helping the president in her performances, her meltdowns, her, her, her losing her shit. Like that's the legal term in her Senate and House hearings. 11:26him. And, you know, her saying, well, what about you, Senator, and not answering the question. And what about you, Congressperson, and then going to her bird book to try to burn somebody? You know, who could, if you think if you think Pam Bondi's going to get through an oversight committee hearing because some of the questions are going to be thrown by softball Republicans, you got another thing coming. First, you showed a, I find it. How many have you indicted? Excuse me, I'm going to answer the question. I answer my question. Have you apologized to President Trump? All of you who participated in those impeachment hearings against Donald Trump, you all should be apologizing.

I didn't see one tweet when Joe Biden was in office about Bill Clinton. Didn't ask Merritt Garland anything about Epstein, not once when he was. He was. And also I want the record to reflect that, you know, with this anti-Semitic culture right now, she voted against a resolution contempt, condemning. Oh, you want to go there at

The committee will be in for nine. Talk to Jared Wise about anti-Semitism. The ranking member knows it. I'm gonna, can I get like 30 seconds back, you know, I've been balanced. I think the whole committee knows. Attorney General Bonding, glad you finally made it here after hiding for four months from this committee. I understand. I thought you were hiding from us. You're one of the worst attorney generals in our history and an instrument of Donald Trump's lawless authoritarian agenda. And I'm glad the American people are seeing who you are, how you act, and the lack of good values. So we're going to continue to follow this terrible development for Donald Trump at a great one for justice.
