The following is my conversation with Dr. Jess Mena-Garcia.

Jess is from Los Angeles, USA and a board-certified orthopaedic clinical physiotherapist. Alongside her profession, Jess is an ultramarathoner who experienced a transformative phenomena at age 14, sparking a profound inner change. 

In recent years, she has cultivated a deep interest in higher consciousness, spirituality, and their connection to Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) experiences. 

When she's not aiding patients in their rehabilitation journeys or advocating for outdoor connection, Jess delves into researching the spiritual intricacies of the UAP field. Her mission is to combat ridicule surrounding this topic by openly sharing her own experiences.

Jess is a fascinating lady, energetic, spiritual and open, and it was a real pleasure and honour that she trusted Tom and I to speak about her experiences for the first time on camera.
