Tomer Pappe is a certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Science Student at the Hebrew University and Clinical Nutritionist in the making. In his past he was a Half Marathoner representing the IDF. As a kid he was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Today he takes care of his own health. From his educated Nutritional choices to his self-customized Exercise approach. By that he is delicately managing his autoimmune conditions. With these simple strategies he normalized his own blood sugar and well reduced his A1C to normal ranges- 5 and below. Most importantly he gained Health and Energy levels that even nondiabetic people do not have. In his personal journey he developed a unique field of expertise by helping those who are dealing with: Obesity, Diabetes Type 1 and 2, Metabolic Syndrome and Hormonal Imbalance. Hundreds of his clients already reclaimed their own long-term health and energy level with some simple tactics and actively taking care of their own health. Especially by the Low Carb way of living.
