Tyler Robinson Preliminary Hearing: The Judge's Decision

After endless weeks of waiting and delays, on Tuesday night Judge Graf finally ruled on whether the Tyler Robinson case will proceed to trial, and whether the death penalty will remain on the table. Meanwhile, the Robinson defense team mounted a shocking attack on Charlie's character, accusing him of saying "hateful" things about those he disagreed with. Blake and Danny pilot the show through a long afternoon of court deliberations, playing the highlights and talking the case out with Jack Posobiec, Will Chamberlain, and Andrew, who was inside the court itself as events unfolded.
