My name is Charlie Kirk. I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country, fighting for the future of our republic. My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth. If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable. But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful. College is a scam, everybody. You've got to stop sending your kids to college. You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible. Go start a turning point USA college chapter. Go start a turning point USA high school chapter. Go find out how your church can get involved. Sign up and become an activist. I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade. Most important decision I ever made in my life. And I encourage you to do the same. Here I am. Lord, use me. Buckle up, everybody. Here we go. Noble Gold Investments is the official gold sponsor of the Charlie Kirk show,

That is noblegoldinvestments.com. Welcome everybody. Here we are at chapter leadership summit 2026 in Washington DC, our nation's capital. We have thousands of young leaders in turning point gathered together and around this table, we have some of our top leaders for an interesting discussion. We hope we believe on domestic issues. We are affordability AI. What is President Trump doing? What about conspiracy culture? These are all things we want to get into. Without further ado, why don't we go around the table and introduce yourselves and your school to our audience? Hi, my name is Molly Curtis and I go to the University of Maine. I'm John Paul and I go to UC Berkeley. I'm Jules Davina and I go to Colorado State University. I'm Anna Claire Hathaway and I go to the University of Alabama.

Awesome. Welcome guys. If we had to break it down like this, this is a question and I always interested in with you know, Gen Z students and our chapter leaders. On campus, among your chapter conservatives that probably voted for Trump if they were old enough to or supported him, what are the biggest concerns or issues? What's the number one topic that you guys are currently worried about or talking about? Okay, because we'll start with University of Alabama. I want to talk a lot about foreign policy right now. A lot of people are really invested in that. It's been very relevant recently. Yes, we really dive into that. The economy, AI, social media, basically anything like social, some identity politics as well. So we really dive into everything. So I asked you for one, you gave me five. Sorry. That's great. I'm kidding. Trust in the administration. That's the biggest thing I've seen. A lot of people are like, I don't know if I can trust Trump. I don't know if I can trust the administration. Again, same with like turning point. I don't know if I can trust turning point about all the like rumors of my Zarya going around and they're wondering what is

the truth? Like, are we hearing the truth or are we still looking for like with the admin? I'm a search administration with the Warren everything with turning point and all the stuff that's going on with the trial and stuff. Okay. And we'll get back to that. I would say I use you Berkeley. There's a lot of things that we discuss and I think it's kind of hard to pinpoint the number one thing. So I'll probably put in a number one tie, which is economics and abortion. Yeah. There's said. Similarly to what you guys said, we talk a lot about Trump's war in our ran and specifically the fact that he did say he wasn't going to start any wars when he was campaigning. And a lot of my chapter members are split on Trump's support now because of that. Okay. Nobody said Epstein, but does that when you you kind of said trust and I was thinking you were going to go there? Yeah. No, that's a little bit. There was I feel like there's a lot of promises that were told by Trump like releasing the Epstein no new wars lower gas prices and a lot of people are seeing that we have were tightly not at war. You mean, but officially the Epstein

files started fully been released and gas prices are high and I've seen a lot of people like, who can I fully trust Trump's? Is he right on these promises and they're not fully coming through right now? One quick note. You know, it's it's interesting. Yeah. Because like the Epstein thing, it's much I think with Epstein and new new wars, they're both things that a lot of Trump supporters said. Yeah, I think you're really talking about Charlie said it on the campaign channel. Yeah, when he was doing the student debates, the so Trump actually was, you know, let me caveat because this will get clip. I am Blake and I were both skeptical about starting the war privately. We warned against it. We did what we could, but when when President Trump said to go in, we also said, hey, we're going to support his decision here. But it's very true. It's very hard to stop a war because he had a side gets a vote in it. But all that being said, if you actually roll the tape back, Trump has been complaining about Iran since, you know, the 1980s. You can play the clips back. He's been saying very consistently for a long time that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon.

And it's interesting too about the Epstein thing. I think it feels in the spirit with the Trump administration that you would chat with the leadership. So let's yourself. When did that happen? How long was that going? I think of the Epstein thing, especially funny because I don't think Trump ever talked about Epstein unless someone brought it up. He got asked one time for sure, maybe a second time, but he got asked about it. And he said, I think I would be inclined to. That's it. But somehow the Lord became that he was going to, this was like a top issue for him. And I think it's to be fair, it's keeping in the spirit of what we heard on the campaign, because he was asked about JFK, M.O.K., all these files. And he was like, ah, full transparency. And it's what a lot of swing voters who swung towards him were interested in. So the perception did matter. It did matter. So I think the media really blew it out. Right when anything came out about Trump saying anything about the Epstein files or releasing them, people want to know who

did all those horrible things. And once something came out or some of his teams start talking about the media is like, let's run this. Let's blow it up. I feel like that's why it's such a big talking point is because even though he only said like once or twice, he said it's something that I feel like if you ask every day person on the streets, like, oh, that was one of Trump's main running. It's totally a great perception. The perception is more important than in some ways. But it's important also set the record straight that he didn't actually campaign on that too hard. Okay. But I understand it was really important to the base. It was really important to our students, for example. What it wasn't important to was the Democrats in Congress or in Washington because they didn't really mention it at all during Biden's years, only until they realized, oh, Maga really cares about this. And then they used it as a political weapon against President Trump. Okay. So and then Iran, yeah, it's interesting. I think he was the peace through strength president, the no-new wars, but he's also showed in Trump won't point out that he was willing to use force.

He killed Salamanie, the mother of all bombs, took out ISIS. So it's a bit of a mixed bag and I understand why people are frustrated about it. I've certainly been frustrated about it, but I think it's just important that we set the record straight. I want to also, in these things, equip people to know the facts. Okay. And then you said, so we've got Economy AI abortion, which is great. Can't you imagine that's a live issue in California, for now? That's a very macabre way to say getting to the pronunciation if anybody isn't get it. So it's fine. All right. Let's deal. Why don't we just get it out of the way first? So you mentioned the trial, the conspiracy theories. What are you mostly hearing? And maybe Blake and I can be of help here. Yeah. I think, I mean, I've been watching the trial pretty closely, especially watching Shane Winning's afterwards. I've been watching that live, but so many people love Shane. So many people don't care to actually keep up with the facts. And even on X right now, Candace is denying that evidence has been shown

at the trial, which I think is ridiculous. I think most of us know that she's not going to ever really say, Oh, I actually agree with that. But it's I don't think she will turn back. I pray that she does. I hope she does. But so many people are like, who should I trust? Should I trust Erica or should I do this? Oh, Erica's emotions like the reasons everything Erica does. If Erica cries like, Oh, she's staking. If Erica seems happy, she's like, Oh, she's not grieving. And she can't do anything right. And that's the worst thing. And the Bible is very clear about not beating down a widow. And that is what's happening right now. I think it's just horrible. And Candace also said if Erica speaks about me, saying ask me if her stuff, I'm going to stop that happened a long time ago. And she's still going. And well, she's basically debating herself at this time. She says, one thing, then the next episode, she's another thing. She keeps saying, Oh, we're about to find out where I got more sources. I got more sources. And it does gives nowhere. And so are any of the the rest of you hearing that is it's a topic of conversation? It definitely is. And she gets that information that acts like it's this big thing. And it's nothing near. She's just running

in circles all the time. But something that I've been thinking about a lot is I feel like people are entertaining these conspiracies because they want Charlie's death to be more complicated than it is. They don't want to believe that alone, God then can do something like that. They want to think that it's this big, established thing when it's not. And I just hate that it's platforming canvas because it's it's just lies and it's just craziness. And I think it's doing a lot of horror. And I just think we need to do something. They want to believe it's more complex. But do you think what I struggle with is why they seem to want it so badly to be people basically on the right when it seems to be evidence points towards a person with a left-wing motivation which it's been pointed out that it seems like you could if you wanted to politically exploit it, you could point out a left-wing radical killed someone for left-wing reasons and the left celebrated it. And the left really did nothing to undercut that narrative. It is entirely

people on the right who have undercut that to attack themselves. To Blake's point, she's even offered to help Tyler Robinson's defense. We had. I just think it's crazy. I think it's because Candace is one of the only people speaking up about it. I feel like people on the left are even people on the right are trying to not pinpoint on the left except for the people that are believing what actually happens. So I think that's why it's people are turning to people that are on there. You guys are hearing about this too? Yeah, I actually will get into this discussion with anybody who tries to even theorize that this is not actually what happened. It wasn't Tyler Robinson. It wasn't that weapon. I have a question. Yes. So when you're tabling on campus, for example, are you getting these types of questions from conservatives or mostly from left-wing students or both? Conservatives, unfortunately. But I'm a very logical person. So I try to look at it as if this was to be such a planned and perfectly executed setup. Why would they make it so easy to

do this proof? For instance, I've seen people saying that the gun used to kill Charlie. Impossible that it wouldn't have made that small of an impact or impossible to dismantle, take a part. And I said, okay, well, they could have chosen any other gun on the market to execute. What is the typical, do you feel you hear a particular justification most often? I feel like sometimes on your people say they believe this and they're just facial to speak. Ericka Kirk seems weird or something. I hear that a lot. I do get the most common thing that I hear when I'm talking to people who are just like they don't really get super involved in politics. They just like sort of consume it casually online. Is that I just like don't really like Erica something just seems off. Exactly. I don't like to take talk political opinions because they're seeing. Yeah. Well, so she so I you know somebody said this to me and it really hit me is that Erica is the most defamed person in modern history. Maybe ever. I don't know. I you know they somehow convinced the

whole world that Napoleon was really short and apparently he wasn't so maybe he's up there. But like truly, truly remarkable and evil. Vile like I know I'm being sort of you know calm here but like deeply angry what has been done the because Charlie was assassinated and then Candace and her ilk have taken her upon themselves to character assassinate Erica and you know there was a post by data republican where Candace got you know very badly ratioed which was which was great to see candidly because it shows a sea change but she mentioned that actually it was a post before that but it was also from data republican where she mentioned that Candace had been saying Erica says to stop I'll stop she's no one who can get me to stop. I guess in her husband and so Erica says stop so then she had to character assassinate Erica so that she could continue on with this and that that is a really really awful thing. It's just an awful thing but I do believe that like

God's ultimate like justice like God will win. I actually do believe that in this and Erica is a wonderful wonderful person you guys have probably seen around here today legitimately the most like inverted presentation from these people of the reality of the situation of who she actually is. So I believe that the truth of how wonderful Erica is will prove out and and Charlie loved her. I mean, like I saw this like I mean it was actually sometimes it's like okay guys you know we did you know we know you're deeply in love. So I was at a marifest 2024 and I even like from this stage I can even see that well than each other. I was talking to someone I was like I want that one my future one like even on that stage it was so vibrant that they let each other and I was back in 2024 and any conspiracies were real they would have came out before. Yeah you would have seen some cracks okay but there was none because they were devoted to each other everybody on the team could see it. Every time we landed a plane anywhere and he got off and we got in the

car it was like instantly called Erica had her on FaceTime or whatever app you was using and was like showing her the kids to everyone in the car. Yeah it was laughing yeah and I mean like there's just nothing but love and respect and mutual admiration and anyway so to see it gets so bastardized publicly is like for our lived experience versus the online these people and it's not everybody just to be clear I believe the fast fast majority of people love Erica it's like it's these accounts that get off and get views by like attacking her but you were at this. I was I was just only to add one thing since we want to equip people I don't I think even the data Republicans said it happened when she said to stop and so she had to assassinate her. I think if you put in the effort to look at all the old videos it's so clear it was there from the beach. She was insinuating in October even in October when this is just starting she says she's saying I think this was a regicide to install a ruler Charlie would not approve of well there's only one person she can be referring to. Yeah well and she's attacked all of us to be clear. So you know eventually

you know Blake got very vocal online I've gotten vocal vocal online because it just it needed to be put you know stop to and then the trial the preliminary thing rather I should say. What was the impact of that actually having the evidence produced in a on TV on I was a stream you could watch it do you think that that has changed the way that it's going to feed this conversation it's going to feel like you guys feel more when you're on campus do you feel more equipped now? I mean there's there's so much evidence that we're able to see and we're not even like at least I'm gonna have to try out if you two are at all but there's so much evidence. Like mountains of mountains of mountains of evidence all playing at the same person. Well I don't want people to remember that there's a lot of evidence they haven't presented. Oh yeah there's still more. We can definitely expect to see them tracking his cell phone data and where did it ping. I mean that's they've already said that they pulled all that cell phone evidence off the phone right and they wouldn't have presented this very elaborate

you know tracking of him on campus these compilation videos if they didn't also corroborate that with cell phone data and ping data so just things you can look forward to. And there's the fact of absence too which is if there was obvious phone data providing an alibi state the defense could have gotten up and said okay this is all stupid he has this obvious alibi. Yeah that's a wrap up. The other thing that didn't happen was the state didn't argue about the exploding mic there by the way be careful here guys there's microphones here so they didn't argue the exploding mic theory they didn't argue what else could we tell them. They're not arguing at any doubt. Nobody devils they're not arguing maroon shirts they're not arguing patty. Underground tunnels. Oh my god. Yeah well and it was interesting it's it's everything right so they show these images of the text messages. Candice immediately goes oh that's convenient there's a crack in the screen right where we would see the time you know it's as if they don't have the metadata. Yeah. Okay which is something she always demands to see so there's just piece after piece

after piece where it's the dog that didn't bark if this if the state or if the defense felt that these things would be helpful to them in precluding this going to trial why wouldn't they rank well one of the hardest things is that someone who supports Candice they excuse all of her comments and accusations and conspiracies by saying she's just asking questions. Yeah oh that one is the most gallant. It's innocent and harmless she's just asking the impression. That's not what she's I do want to unpack this a little bit because you're saying you're seeing this a lot on campus. Would you say the people who get enraptured by this what's their overall political engagement do they tend to engage a lot with conspiracy theories? Are they people who seemed more even keeled and then they got fixed they don't this just kind of describe them a bit more. Yeah a lot of the people that follow Candice's ideologies tend to also follow other conspiracy lines which will have conspiracy debates. I think it's important to talk about everybody's

opinion. We're the most popular ones. There's a lot about Israel and yeah the Jews. Yeah let's just be clear all of this even with Erica and with what Charlie it really is about Israel right so you know there's these allegations that turning point is controlled by Jewish money and then actually one of the things that kind of forced me to get into the mud with the pigs on this one was this allegation that turning point had been offered $150 million or whatever the amount was you didn't say. Billions maybe even billions that is categorically false it was an internet rumor. I didn't hear about it until after Charlie was killed so I asked everybody is like this like where's this coming from like is there any truth to this and everybody was like no like what no our board has bylaws that we cannot take foreign money even if it's laundered through a pack or

something like that if it's an American Jewish down donors if you know the provenance of the money can't take it. Secondly Charlie would tell donors to go pound sand all the time if the vision wasn't aligned or the mission wasn't aligned and thirdly we Charlie just wouldn't have taken it none of those things even happened though if he would have asked me this was the other allegation that I was really upset because I was going to make all this money if if he took it and he turned it down I would have told him no. We have so many good things going that why would you you know get bogged down with some very like awful foreign money that would tie your hands or make you do certain things this is just not the way things work. My accountant would love to have a word with her because I would have no way to absorb that money anyways. Midterm elections are coming up and control of Congress is on the line if there's one thing financial markets hate it's uncertainty and uncertainty is exactly what the next few months are going to bring in 2024 if it taught us anything it's that

uncertainty breeds volatility between now and November could be one of the most volatile stretches for the stock market and the economy so you owe it to yourself to have a plan here's the good part there's a simple way to protect what you've built and that's gold physical gold and silver let you hedge against that volatility and there's no better partner for it than noble gold investments for over a decade noble gold has helped everyday Americans protect their wealth with precious metals they make it simple they make it easy and they make it safe you can trust them give them a call 877-646-5347 that's 877-646-5347 or visit them online at noblegoldinvestments.com slash Kirk and find out how to protect yourself your wealth and your family noblegoldinvestments.com slash Kirk election day is coming don't let it arrive without a plan and here's the best part to celebrate America's 250th just mention the Charlie Kirk show when you call noblegold and they'll send you a free 10-ounce silver bar when you open a new qualified account mentioned the Charlie Kirk show

that's all you got to do and they'll do the rest we're getting back to that it is yeah it's like Israel is the driving force of this is this just is this just the way a lot of kids on campus are it's sort of a multi-path tree and everything just ends up at Israel again on domestic politics it's very interesting because you know the conspiracy theorists they always use like the same sort of similar tactics they always you know sometimes they just outright lie and if they say confidently enough that people will believe them they'll like point out the things and be like isn't it weird that X or isn't it weird that Y how do you explain Z and and those are just it's things that like take very little effort and then have like a huge like draw towards oh they're very seductive they're very seductive to think that the whole world is 5d chess and there's like some evil like back room smoke filled parlor where they're plotting you know the chess pieces on the global stage and the Jews are behind it all like it's very

seductive to your luminody yeah it's very it's very you need a lot of stuff to present forward to like perfued a very small amount of like sentencing so in praising so where do you see this going and I suppose is what I wonder because it's it struck me that it's been rising in this trend has been rising for at least since cope really for the past decade yeah since q and then you had covid and then to be fair the covid was there was a lot of lies told during covid there was a lot of lies told about hunter Biden I still have a lot of questions about 2020 so it's not that institutions powerful institutions government institutions don't lie to the people they do and they need to be held accountable we need to be skeptical and you do need to ask questions you need to keep asking questions but ultimately you have to ask where's the evidence where's the proof and that's where uh I think a worthwhile questioning line of questioning asking is there something more to this is there a conspiracy uh make sense versus when is it just cruel attacking of some for some vendetta

or some anti-semitic purpose that's but underneath it yes so it's very it's very interesting because yeah there's there's in one way where there's our certain conspiracies or like ideas and theories that can be valid in a sense if it aligns up with actual evidence not there is if there's actual reason to have suspicion but in this case the conspiracy theorists are literally just ignoring all of the evidence and they have to run on on a foundational view that all the evidence is just false and that's why it goes back to the Jews it's so interesting why do all conspiracies go back to Jews and anti-semitism you go to a flat earth convention and they just all hate Jews like it's so random but the reason is is because since all the evidence and all the facts point against them they need to say that there's a way that a sort of global elite power or force is in control of all the evidence and they're not to be trusted which is why there's no evidence because it's all being covered up by this powerful cabal of of Jewish pedophiles exactly right that's what they and and so then they'll point to

Jews in Hollywood the point to Jews I think the founder of was it only fans or is it is it it was so they use all of these disparate facts and then it turns into the the always sunny in Philadelphia in Maine where he's got the like you know and so but eventually it becomes low IQ like conspiracy slop right where it's just lazy and cringe I'm curious we asked another panel this too but not specifically about the trial stuff does like at some point does it have you been feeling like the tightest turning it's starting to get kind of like cringey kind of like falling out of fashion or we're not quite there yet I don't have Blake I think said they might wish casting they same question they just keep going yeah and I believe that they will there's not much else to say I mean they they're logging for the truth and if they don't have they don't if they don't have god as a truth then yeah the Jews they need to blame someone and sadly we live generation where you have all these video games and movies and stuff and anytime there's like a big

crime and like a movie or something it's a huge like way to do it like there's always something behind the bigger crime and so when a movie brand when something that happens in real life and it seems so simple people like that's not possible and that's a great point because ultimately what happened to Charlie and I'll elaborate on this but let's just say that Tyler Robinson acted alone yeah that is very and it's deeply unsatisfying psychologically because Charlie was such an amazing person he was historic he was a modern day founding father a Christian martyr he was changing the world he has changed the world and to think that some 22 year old like you know I don't know what you want a psychotic sociopath that had a gay lover and wanted it like you know killed Charlie to you know exact revenge for his lover or something I mean it's just not satisfying like it it should it should take more than that right and and so I completely relate to that because I mean Blake will attest I explored every theory there was I went down every rabbit hole

I turned over every rock that I knew to turn over and I still have questions and she attacked me for admitting that I still have questions but I do I want to know who radicalized am I want to know why does it seem like other people knew about this in advance but they all seem to be lefties there was this Salt Lake City Armed Queers group they took down their social media they have ties to like foreign funding and was who radicalized Lance Twigs or you know who provided with this black market HRT right so I have questions about all this stuff and I'm not convinced that Lance Twigs doesn't know more than he's lighting on okay like I've got big questions but that is distinct from the Jews or let's say BD it's the Jews yeah that's that's actually kind of following the facts in the fact pattern here to leftist wanted to take out Charlie they sent him death threats all the time we've said this publicly this work bears repeating he he was actively worried about the trans you

know trans T5 you well like coming after he talked about it openly it's a matter of fact and Danny's told this story they would before the debates before the tour started he would put together a prep binder and he would study it and he would go through it and he actually said you know let's take a few pages out of the the trans stuff we hit him pretty hard in 2024 we won that battle let's like try and lower the temperature I want to approach them in a softer way because I think he he realized that it was like a ticking time bomb right so all of these facts lead up to you know and he goes on film arm everyone even on the bar and he goes I have I have a jihad he's a purple hair jihad I have joddies that want to kill me too they're the purple hair wads on campus and so anyways you fall with fact patterns and you're like okay all of this actually makes sense now let's dive deeper was he radicalized by somebody in this space where the people that knew about it beforehand and if they should they should absolutely be held accountable and I would if something comes out that Lance twigs was more involved or knew more and failed to warn authorities than he should be held

accountable to if he was a co-conspiracy should definitely be held accountable he's got limited immunity we'll see how far that immunity extends I don't want to talk a bit about artificial intelligence of it it was mentioned in past same but we talk about what young people worry about and I've had the feeling before if my sister has asked what career advice should they give in her sons I don't know what I would tell them I don't know what I would tell someone you should push your kid toward this career be successful whereas I think 20 years ago you could give a pretty easy script for this is a good thing to study if you want to have a secure career right so what's the conversation about that with people in in college how do they feel about career prospects with rapid technological at Berkeley I can say that a lot of us are very pro AI and we think that's going to be great we're very free market and there's a lot of reasons to avoid being sort of scared about artificial intelligence and of course there's the big fear mongering about it that it's going to like take

overall our jobs because what happens when you have something that could do everything a human can but better and I notice when you start thinking about it that's not usually it's not usually the case that they're just going to take everything if I were to give you an example would you rather send your son to school where just AI teachers or would you rather send your son to school where there's human teachers and human classmates with robot assistants and I think the vast majority of people would rather do the latter where there's um far so they would rather do the one where there's the human teacher and the robot assistants and the same thing for doctors and for help and all that because you can actually be better by having the human connection and the human reasoning and alongside with the AI and we've seen you know multiple multiple times throughout the history of the United States people will say oh this new innovation is going to take away a whole bunch of jobs and people are going to lose their jobs but humans always find something else to do and so

that's going to be the answer what AI goes and it covers for us we're going to do things that we end up referring to do I know a lot of people would have fun spending more time with their family and that would be an excellent thing what so your glasses have full on it but is there anxiety like 85? I'm different side of it I working creative media during like graphic design and stuff like that and a lot of people are losing positions in that I think AI has a lot of benefits like if you want to get a general idea but why does a company why would a company want to hire someone to do graphic design video editing when AI can do it in 10 seconds and for free that's something that I've been having to struggle with a lot and I don't think AI does a better job at making some sort of promotional material than a human can but I have seen like first-hand jobs being taken from that I'm in a different side of it so it's not really affecting my career personally but a lot of people are worried about it because graphic designs in my college and they're having to deal with a lot of that right now with securing jobs. I want to be clear the position is not

that like so the jobs that people have they will still have I think many of the jobs they they will still have and most of them a lot of them won't just be transformed but it's that we will always find something else to do before the industrial revolution what if I told you that in a few years 90% of your of all of your jobs will be gone from innovation you'd probably be freaked out you be what's going on that's that's a lot of jobs how are we going to handle that no one's going to be make any money anymore but they start creating new jobs and we see I think in the software industry it's it's kind of interesting there's an upward trajectory of jobs being made there whereas like you know that's one of the elements that AI affects we've seen in the blue collar industry that AI has been you know leading to prospects of it and increasing. There are there's a lot of one reason I want to ask is it does seem there's a lot of I'm certainly going to the stories that hiring at the entry level has gotten very difficult so I'm sure you guys have friends who are graduating and running into that. I was going to say on her point with like the graph designs I know people that ask like even

when we're tabling at turning point they're like do you know if turning point used AI for graphics like is this human are you guys making this or is this AI. I don't really care about it like they don't they aren't support businesses if they use AI graphics like I'm in the music space and if they're using AI to say an artist is coming to their venue they won't go they'll unfollow them on social media they won't get them business. So as long as people have that thing of like hey we still want humans to create stuff and not AI then I think we'll mainly be fine but the question is will that turn where AI is just so convenient at this point do we just want to well it's it's point though there is going to be disruption right there was disruption with the industrial revolution and it wasn't always a smooth disruption right I mean the first factory workers probably would like to have a word right with the the working conditions being at the terrible so hopefully we're not going to fall into that trap but there will be disruption it will be uncomfortable at this point there could emerge out of jobs new jobs you know maybe it's more arc direction than actually in Photoshop trying to like move images around. I want to hear what are you seeing on that?

Yeah I mainly have the concern that AI is going to make people very lazy. You see in that class for example writing oh my gosh they need to be class as harder they need to get back to paper and pen. Yeah we take all of my classes I did not do a single in person test my first year this last year no in person test and they were not like locked brows or anything you could use AI you could have your phone I didn't even have to go into a classroom and do it everything I did my dorm we didn't like meeting the class take it on our computer. A universe. No no. No pass. So did the professor is just not here because I have to assume I know that's an AI because something I don't know how other states are but I think it's Alabama specifically has changed a lot with wanting to have past like more higher passing rates I think you can see that a lot with curriculum with the way that they do testing and I think there's a way that it can kind of combine because it does help a lot of people study better take test better but then on the other

end of it you have cheating you have things like that and I feel like within my first year I didn't really learn anything because I could so easily turn to getting AI to give me the information I think what schools are lacking on to not making anything harder we have so much more technology it's like we still have to go to a library back in the 80s grab a book and read a whole book to learn about something instead knowing AI the question and they're not making it harder they're falling behind AI when in reality they should be teaching kids how can we use AI to actually push us forward because at this point in time if you're not using AI for the good it's going to be evil or if you're not using AI you will fall behind it. It's not just academics it's also creativity. People are like you said using it for art and people are using it for writing and I'm sure if you ask chat GPT to make you a music sheet with like a song on it it could cook something up for you and that's not original like yes you put in the prompt but you're draining yourself of your god-given talents and abilities to gain new capabilities. Anything done by AI I have never interpreted it as better

than something that the human mind could create all the art that I've seen I've seen way better art by people all any poems any songs like everything that AI has created I don't see any originality because they don't have the complexity that our minds have. So very good points I do disagree with you I do think we need to get paper and pen but that's just I think there's studies that would confirm that it actually activates the mind. I'll be really quick the reason why I say that not when you're when you're yes younger I think paper pen like teaching people like what's one plus one two plus two is not writing in cursive writing in cursive yeah I'm a big fan. We'll learn that I think it's still laborable but what I was just saying is when you get older when you're in high school in college if you say oh yeah the right everything paper pen people will cheat so why not just make the courses white harder and let them use AI. I understand that but I think to her point there's just too many ways to game it oh yeah I'm not saying don't have certain contexts where you can use it but in general the deep deep focus of reading a book of something physical in your hands

of actually having to put your thoughts to paper without the help of AI it activates the brain in a far more comprehensive way than just you know looking up the answer beyond the economic do you guys see AI having a social effect like do your friends talk about using AI as a therapist yeah yeah yeah I'll speak on this real quick I actually had a slideshow sent to me about sexual wellness and how like sex bots and all this stuff can be helped to help people with sexual wellness like guys that can't get a girlfriend or have relationships they can now just have AI robots to fill that like thing and then when sex bots came in there was something really disturbing on the slide where it even said at a point and this is a teacher teaching this that was this was from Colorado State University this from a professor on a sexual wellness class I had the slideshift on my phone there was one line that said can we use sexual robots up with pedophilia by making child resembling robots dear that's what they're teaching kids in the class and so when you're having these teachers teach kids like hey you can just now have AI for your partner now we have the full list of AI robot that you can do anything you want with really so it's like are you

a minor attractive person that's they call pedophiles maps well we'll give you an underage looking robot yeah that's terrifying so and they're teaching this in school to college kids they're teaching college kids like yeah it's fun to have the AI companion to be your to be your romantic partner and it's like what are we doing yeah that's disgusting I can it's fine I can see like the radical misogynist of the future just being like no I don't I don't want to get a real girlfriend I'll just stick with my AI girlfriend I'll stay in the basement you know so she does everything I tell her she makes a sandwich when I ask well aren't they aren't in China aren't they coming up with like a way to have a baby with these virtual yes all of a sudden they're just like removing human element you know point by point in process I got to believe that the human spirit and the human need for actual connection with another human will win the day but maybe not a hundred percent well it's scary I have to work with AI what and it's like it talks back to you like it sounds like a person everything it's like well

well this is yeah do you guys have Blake's point do you have like a psychologist have you heard these stories really used as a psychologist have you guys and are they getting are they getting as people say cooked by it like I got a friend where you're just like this person is going nuts 100 percent like people are just like if I ask a question it's like does that stuff be jet chat gpt it's not trying to foster dialogue like give me your opinion on this why I don't want to ask an airo bot what it thinks about it and half the time with me being conservative landing it's like won't engage it wouldn't engage in conversation with you but if I ask it like a democratic said it will talk about it but if I talk about like something within conservative politics it's like I'm sorry I can't give you I can't give you a response that caters to one side of the yeah with what what chat what AI is are you guys using chat chat gpt what's some Gemini to I use I use Grock and Claude that's why too many ones but with chatry tea I just heard this that they like chat gpt still says Trump is a president and Charlie Kirk still alive I've run into that I think they have to like

there some people probably just have different updates to it but I do that's why I've heard from some people like he was doing a prompt and it's like I do want to warn you Charlie Kirk still alive well that is one of the conspiracy theories that is yeah it comes from yeah I sort of wonder micro plastics are becoming too much of a problem to ignore they're in 94% of US drinking water 94 percent 90% of our meet and see food and the average American inhales get this 68 000 microplastic particles each and every single day the EPA recently decided not to include micro plastics in the next nationwide drinking water monitoring program meaning we likely won't have updated data for years even as microplastic exposure continues to rise scientists have already found micro plastics in our blood our arteries and even our brains the good news is that new research suggests there are ways to help your body fight back certain probiotic strains found in kimchi that's right kimchi

have demonstrated the ability to not only remove toxins like BPA new research is also exploring how these same beneficial bacteria help bind and excrete microplastics before they can do further damage to your body kimchi is one of the world's most powerful superfoods but its strong taste and smell can make daily use daily intake a challenge I know it is for me kimchi one gives you all the benefits of fermented kimchi in an easy to take capsule without the mess or hassle each capsule delivers over 900 probiotic strains live enzymes and antioxidants that help restore and balance your gut people are seeing improvements in digestion, bloating, regularity, energy and metabolism studies show that kimchi can even reduce the risk of obesity by 31.8 today you can get an exclusive offer by clicking the link below for 25% off your entire order or an even better deal call our friends over at bright core for up to 50% off your order and

their days not thinking critically but I say being like I wonder what this source of authority says as if there's some button on the phone that gives you the truth I mean you and I have a direct experience with that which is the the Groc is this true with the Charlie talking about I think we're saying Groc is this true and because there was a window where they basically fooled Groc and to say yeah this is an AI video you can game Groc with community notes if you if you bombard the community notes like you know and they have these like discord chats and these telegram chats we're like oh get that community noted and so and that's the problem with the cult following is that they're really devoted and they'll go bomb the community notes and then all of a sudden the world thinks that the video that will show on it when his leadership summit is AI and it's when it what when it wasn't so it does become a problem but I agree with what you said that you can use it I use AI as sort of a research assistant right pulling together facts disparate facts histories of different stories if I want to tie them together

and things and I think that's a totally valid way to use it go ahead did oh no I was just going to say with his saying credible thing when we as AI question it gives us just the answer but we don't know how it got the answer and so much of learning for humans is how did you get to your answer it's not about the destination of the answer it's about the journey and AI we don't know that journey I think that to an extent with that I think AI is catered to what social media has given us with short-term attention spans like immediate gratification a lot of people are losing that want for deeper understanding I'm not saying that they like have better lives that way but I think that's why AI I think AI is turning to the next addictive thing or like you need the answer right away you don't want to actually critically get to that point I have a real quick question on this and then I want to I want to talk more hard politics but data centers do you guys cheer do people concerned about it do they like them do they care what's the reason we need more waters or recent

taking the water yeah they're worried about like especially in Maine they're trying to put a data center there and a lot of people were concerned about the environmental impacts and water usage and you know kind of a crunchy granola state it's just so it's actually interesting because people haven't often been using it comparatively when they analyze like how much water like AI or data centers actually use this is Blake's boy yeah like if you look at it like you know I think that the average US Gulf course uses 36 times the amount of water that's on that they're gonna get rid of all our dollars for California almonds they use like 88 times the amount there and there's like all these things you know you hear something like a one prompt is like it's equivalent to a flesh of a toilet or something like that but you don't actually see how that is in comparison to all the other things that we use water on so we're gonna you know start caring about that then why not these other things you know Gulf courses are sport sports it's for you do it for final a lot of people do it seriously but artificial intelligence has the ability to potentially save lives and do

great things in the health industry and we better for doctors and physicians are even analyzing it now and they're seeing that there's a lot less problems with the way that I think Gbt 5.6 soul is handling and diagnosing things and do you worry when you guys encounter the anti data center stuff what I worry about is is this just a manifestation that we're becoming I guess I would say like Europe in that there's just an automatic automatic and like skepticism towards something that's building anything or growing anything so either wary of data centers but they'd also be wary of power plants or a factory or a highway or a train so it's I'm gonna start by saying it's probably a good thing to be skeptical usually I've just but that has to be everything like a lot of people are selectively skeptical and they just want to you know oppose something and be skeptical of it for some bias ideal ideological resistance um I think um I want to ask a kind of a broad

question and see where it leads do you feel we kind of started here of its full circle you know has MAGA and has President Trump lived up to his promises or do you guys feel like he didn't or hasn't or it has yet to live up to those promises um and that's a broader question of what is the support for the president for this administration like now as opposed to after you won the election and anybody can start I would say it's I'm a big person of we will see he has two more years left so we will see what happens in this two more years and I think people I get what the Instagram graphic gratification people want to know right away was everyone's thoughts on this right away oh chat what is Trump's thoughts on this like go on his brain basically and everyone's like instant gratification and so I'm like we will see others post-suffering I'm sorry I feel that implies there's a lot that is undone there's a way to see yeah like it we will see because people I said the war is a big topic um gas price

is our big topic I'm like you know I dropped a truck gas is that that's expensive for me and so it's like yeah I want gas prices to go down but I also I mean I did go for truck I need to kind of trust the process and we have two more years so it's like we will see and after the we will see period of two more years where will I go from that who will I want to support okay I think we should be very happy with what we have right now this we have to remember the alternative was Kamala Harris oh yeah if you if you look at the and you compare the policies and you see like where we could have been versus where we're at now I'm I voted personally for all Trump and I'm very happy with my vote on day one he closed the borders and we've had that's something that people are just not talking about enough because the illegal border entries are just gone down drastically since he bought an administration which is incredible more people are safe because of that the 300,000 or so kids who I'm missing at the border a lot of them have been found and detected yeah I think is they they they're not quoting 450,000 and they found what like 150,000 of them yeah and that's that's excellent so and you know closing the borders like this this is literally

saving lives because a lot of people have been victims of things and it's people who are involved in the process are just random civilians who are subjects to the crimes of certain illegal immigrants and so he closed the borders on day one of course he's done a lot of things regarding the LGBT or transgender issue that's why he caused a lot yeah that's that's a contrast we have UFC versus like rainbow flags on the columns of the South Port of Canada yeah what about you yeah so I like a lot of what the Trump administration has done for Maine specifically like JD Vance just came to Maine to talk about the fraud issue that we are having which means a lot because I feel like Maine gets pushed under the radar in the political I know we're like out of the way or Canada I also agree with the transgender issue we are currently fighting that very hurt me and I just I do appreciate what Trump has done to your kids oh good I was gonna say about I'll see your other students I'm really

interested in your specifically because Maine northern Maine especially is one of those regions that swung from very blue to voting for Trump it's kind of one of the best regions to get at not the state but that particular state is a whole also moved very to the region columns so I'm very interested in what those students are feeling because I feel they're the bedrock of people who would define a mega ship yeah so a lot of my chapter members in particular are still support in Trump you know we're in the boat wearing we're just gonna trust the process we're in a let Trump do his work and we voted for that alternative was Kamala Harris we're at the best we're gonna get and so I think that personally there are other bigger issues to be fighting in Maine right now than worrying about every caveat regarding the Trump administration okay what about you down in Alabama um I think in Alabama specifically the supportive Trump has kind of shifted I don't

know if it goes certainly for the worse but a lot of people are very skeptical I think it takes one thing that someone disagrees with for someone to completely dock their opinion on him but I mean we're like 85% right in Alabama it's not necessarily so is it so you describe it as maybe less enthusiastic less enthusiastic um like the boomer generation there or there but like with my on my school specifically I mean there's just not really a lot of conversation about it on the right is that fair to say across the board maybe still supportive but maybe less enthusiastic less right gung ho exactly they forget the alternative like what you said I mean I think it's way better than um what where it could have been and I think they get so lost in what they're seeing online of Trump did this bad thing this bad thing but they should get it to be a whole lot worse yeah and we can like take a look at the economy which the administration has been handling actually quite well and if there's you know he the unemployment rate is back to the rate of natural unemployment which

is you know where economists say that should be under the Biden administration it was below that point and inflation you know of course has been struggling a little bit more recently because of the Iran war which I think was inevitable but I'll record get into that if we talk about it and you know personal income for median households has increased by about 5% and we just don't see signs of struggling economy everything has been stable and it's been going well whereas Kamala Harris she wanted a 25% tax on realized gains that's your taxing money that has done existed yet and and we saw the disasters of the Biden administration how they handled inflation when they said you know there's a supply shock you're going on with COVID-19 I have an idea let's inject two trillion dollars into the economy and put more strain on the supply. This might be a provocative question so it set aside the Iran war and let's set aside Epstein because we've talked about that in the same frustration is there a separate policy maybe a domestic policy that the Trump administration could

announce make a big deal out of that would fire up the people that you guys knowing your chapters and on campus who are in that sort of dissatisfied frustrated group of Trump voters. Well I wish Trump was a little more pro-life than he is I think that protecting the unborn is very important. What other issue? I would definitely say within the economy at least with our generation because we're at that point where people are starting to have to make their own living going into those intruder level jobs and we were talking about this before and I love our minimum wages seven dollars and 25 cents and I didn't realize that like of North it's a lot higher than that and so for college students that are only able really to be taking on a part-time job they're getting that degree don't have anything specialized yet to be going into a higher workforce it can be hard to make it can be hard to pay for things but we were also discussing that we think our generation is very much of a consumer generation we get things that we want we don't

budget very well so I don't know if that's necessarily a Trump problem so yes so if like President Trump endorsed a higher minimum wage yeah I think that could help or I don't know I think it's also kind of our problem with being like we basically have a more oner fell we get anything we want anytime so of course we're going to be bad with budgeting especially when you're going up in that society no one's telling you hey budget budget budget they're more like bye bye bye well never forget Charlie with the buy now pay later culture I mean there's a lot of you know I would say barriers or impediments to budgeting that have been injected into your guys' lives that previous generations didn't have to contend with they would have been just as bad had they existed but you have to be much more disciplined now well they don't teach in school so we'll sign up on it right well and for example chat so but you know Blake brought up the minimum wage this is something conservatives fight against

because economically it doesn't necessarily make a whole ton of sense right I see you nodding a lot yeah so but but it's funny because it's one of those things that Democrats will be like we got to increase the minimum wage and like it's completely economically illiterate but they don't really care because voters are like yeah I need to make more money at minimum wage because it makes me feel good but it goes so it's I'm an economics major so I'm all ecstatic about honestly very smart thank you all my friends we're super free market we would actually be super excited if he just abolished the minimum wage I'm just going to say that all right people I think more people need to study up on the supply and demand curve because it's really simple and what a minimum wage is it's effectively a price floor is that you know this this is the lowest amount that you can play pay an employee and that doesn't really protect the employees at all I don't think because you know not every job is supposed to be a minimum wage job or a living wage job you know you could be making doing something on the side or you know you can have multiple jobs

or you have all these options available and you know at California you can get like a job in their donals for $20 an hour because that's like what the fast food minimum rate rate is at and what we see is the prices increase of course because when you increase the cost of the operations the output is going to increase but similarly especially in like local neighborhoods where you know there's like a lower population the amount of time that these places are open reduce because it becomes no longer profitable to stay open until 11 p.m so now you have like a McDonald's closing at 8 p.m. or something random and it's just it's not actually producing enough output so you reduce the amount that is occurring but one last point on like the whole thing ride the price floor is reasonable or is should be is significant in this discussion is what you're really doing with a price floor is you are eliminating the amount of transactions of people who are willing and able to work for that job for less money from actually occurring like if reasonably if I wanted

to work at McDonald's for $10 an hour I can't do that and an employer won't like you know might not want to hire me at the McDonald's for over that amount but even though we're both willing and able to do the job for $10 an hour that's just not going to happen yeah I completely agree with you by the way but it and I didn't mean to gang up on you it's just if you're you're actually exposing something that's really important that politicians are confronted with economically illiterate options but they make people feel emotionally like warm and they'll see it's more popular than a rent control yeah that's another one I mean we got to wrap this up here because I know you guys got to get back to some some activities out there but that's in one point real quick I should yeah I'm going to say with minimum wage asphalt businesses if they're able to pay their employees more without going to business if you're for raising minimum wage a ton of asphalt businesses talk to them and be like could you afford way higher pay for your employees because Amazon they can buy about what about the small businesses that we're supposed to care about yeah and this this is a real quick thing government intervention I think is the primary thing that causes monopolies

right like who benefits when we increase taxes and we increase minimum wage yeah more regulation who guess which companies can afford the lawyers to meet the regulations okay it's the rich incumbents all right last question and this was where we'll end if that's all right and I wish we could go longer but do you think towards as we go towards the midterms as we're headed to 2020 do you feel like things are getting better the vibes are the vibes are better or the vibes are worse or no way worse I think way worse I've had republicans and conservatives say that they're voting blue okay be here me too so it's not like unusual that it's occurring this way you know a lot of people have problems with with the you know the administration is doing like I just heard it from the people in my chapter but you know this happens a lot of the time with you know reminitrations it's not very uncommon we just have to see like yeah the midterms we just have to see the severity of it the number of republicans and Berkeley is dropping from five to four

yeah I think it was I think I want to say I've had this right there was only once in history where party won the House and the Senate and the presidential and it kept it through the midterms I think it only happened once where they actually kept it and I think it's like seven or eight times where it flipped so it doesn't change a little bit is usual it's normal okay same yeah I told the same well thank you for leaving us on high note this is great really appreciate it we appreciate it we did we did we badly want that I think one reason Charlie was so galleied by the president as he could give him raw honesty on what young people are saying and thinking about some yeah and I know we have to wrap but one thing you want to see that you think could help really quick one thing from this administration from is there anything that stands out any time really wish I like for like college kids specifically yeah I would say big thing for college kids most of them we don't have money and gas prices yeah yeah I would say it's tough to do with the economy making a more free market doing things that are actually going to reduce prices remember if we increase supply

that'll increase the efficiency of the economy by increasing the number of transactions while also decreasing the price attention did it it's a portability how's it housing we didn't even really touch on housing but you want to be able to buy it home right people are really worried about buying a home and good I know nowadays especially in call rod prices are so high we should tell your politicians to stop printing money and build them and stop having 1.2 million new home buyers come into the country I'll have to journey boys all right that wraps it up first guys this was awesome really well done thank you so much guys inside and thanks for being with us at Chapelation thank you so much so pleasure I'll see you soon for more on many of these stories and news you can trust go to charliekirk.com
