Two top executives quit Twitter

On Thursday, a spokesperson of the popular microblogging platform Twitter

informed that the social media company is putting a brake on the majority of its hiring and backfilling as of  this week. The spokesperson of the company, in a statement, said,  "Effective this week, we are pausing most hiring and backfills, except  for business-critical roles.” Other than this, Reuters and Bloomberg also reported that the company’s two top executives are also quitting the company.
