0:00On March 3rd, two more 17-year-olds have been arrested in connection with the stabbing death of 18-year-old Jay-Shan Abzal in Smithwick. The pair was picked up by West Midlands police in the early hours of Tuesday, March 3rd, and they're now in custody for questioning.
