Sweet. Ginny, Ginny who? Good Thursday afternoon, guys. I'm Jerry Miller, and thank you kindly for joining us on the I Love Seville show. It is absolutely our pleasure to connect with you, the viewer and listener on Charlottesville, Almera County, and Central Virginia's, number one ranked media platform. 27 social media and podcasting platforms are show airs upon, and we encourage you, the viewer and listener, to be the star of the show, share your ideas, offer perspective on what we are discussing, pass along content, concepts, and storylines, and we'll probably feature them on the show. We're gonna vet you first. You gotta be a trusted member of the family, and you'll see the trusted members of the family. We show their photos on screen, on the show. This is not the anonymity of Charlottesville subreddit,

keyboard muscles that are utilized by the absolute drugs of society. Shoot a wig cowers getting at. Oh, good lord. A little bit of enjoyment out of that. It's the drugs of society at the Charlottesville subreddit. Doesn't mean I don't check it. It's like the National Enquirer of Charlottesville. That's what that is. I still read National Enquirer of Charlottesville when I'm buying my cold beer and my groceries, well, I don't, you know, when I'm at the grocery store. You don't go grocery shopping. I don't. When I'm in the aisle at the grocery store, oftentimes it's as a visit to the grocery store as a reward for one of our two sons for doing something good. We reward them with, say, candy. Have you seen the price of candy recently at the grocery store? Find me something that you can get at Wegmans. Candy wise, that's under $2. Find me something that you can get that's under $3. Everything is king size, and all the king size

is smaller than what I remember king size to be. The quintessential shrink flation. Ladies and gentlemen, a lot to cover on the broadcast today. We're going to talk two fires terrorizing and torching tent-less tent town. Say that three times fast. Let's go two shots, you know what, we have studio camera, then two shots. Judah, can you say this three times fast, two fires, torching terrorize, tent-less tent town? Of course I can. Let's see. Hold on just a second. The man always knows we go with him on a two shot to start the program. And rarely has the two shot ready to go. Well, when I'm getting everything set up, you're not usually sitting in your seat. So I don't know how to set up. I've got one camera and a two camera, both for Jerry. Betsy Hill, New Jit, welcome to the broadcast. He loves his cameras. I don't love the cameras. Keith Smith loves the camera. There's not a camera that Keith Smith does not love.

Our friend and the star of Real Talk with Keith Smith, I hope he's watching the program. Keith Smith loves the camera. All right. I'm a tongue twister. OK. Are you ready? Betsy Hill, New Jit, can you do this? You're right now in between lessons that Bore said, maybe enjoying your lunch break while watching the program. I would love Betsy if you would do this with us on your break. Say this, in fact, all the viewers and listeners that are watching the program, George G. Gilmer, Janice Boyce, Travillian, Claire Turnie, watching the program Philip Dow, Matt Nice, Bob Yarborough, Kristen, is it Koch, is it Coach, is it Coat, Kristen? She's smart, Katie Mullins. I love your commercial, Katie Mullins. I saw it during the UVA football game and you featured I Love Seeville in the last shot. Excellent work. Derek Bond, the owner of Mose in the melting pot, watching the program, Rob Garland. Rob Garland, every time I see you, I want to give you a flying chess bump when a Charlottesville's best photographers. All right. All viewers and listeners, including Mike Cautius, Lloyd Snook.

Say it loud. Jesse Rutherford. Mike Pruitt. And yes, even you, Michael Payne. Despite the fact you just moved out of your parents' basement. Judah Hadesman, I'm saying Michael Payne. I should sing Michael Payne. Early 30s, mid 30s, living in his parents' basement. Two fires, Torch and Terror. What's that? Judge not. Tusha. Two fires, Torch and Terrorized, tentless, tent town. Three times fast, Judah Wickower. All the viewers and listeners do it with us. I'll give it to you again. Two fires, Torch and Terrorized, tentless, tentless. I'm even screwing it up. I screwed it up. Two fires, Torch and Terrorized, tentless, tent town. Is it our list? You can't read it. Oh, I can't read it. Two fires, Torch and Terrorized, tentless, tent town. Three times fast. Anya Mark, everybody with us at the same time? Well, Judah's doing it. Anya Mark gets that go. Two fires, Torch and Terrorized, tentless, tent town.

Two fires, Torch and Terrorized, tentless, tentless. Hi. Oh. Hi, Tyron, my turn, how are you? Okay, good luck. Two fires, Torch and Terrorized, tentless, tent town. Two fires, Torch and Terrorized, tentless, tent town. Two fires, Torch and Terrorized, tentless, tent town. Boom. Nice? That's what happened last night. We had massive blazes where the police department and the fire department were on site. Do we have a photo? Yes, we do. This photo sent to us by the Queen of Jack Jewett, Carol Thorpe, a photo courtesy of Chaz Bowman. Put the photo on screen. Look at what happened. A local resident took this picture. It was sent to the water cooler of content and conversation in the island of Seville show. Do you have it on screen? I do. Look at the screen. Look at the screen. Viewers and listeners, look at the screen.

This is a fire, a massive one. It required the fire marshals, the fire department, the Charlottesville Police Department. It required a statement issued by Afton Schneider, the city spokesman. Saw Afton Schneider this morning. She said, what up, Jerry? I got no beef with Afton. I think she's incredibly stylish. I hope someone Kyle Irvin, one of the viewers and listeners, City Hall listens to the show every day. Afton Schneider might be the most stylish City Hall employee this side of chip boils. Chip boils, the interim, was it the interim or was it the full time city manager? He was here for a New York minute, a mudhouse cop of coffee chip boils before he pieced out his chip in Fredericksburg right now. Is that right, Chip? I know Chip just enjoyed some tailgating and batten ruse, his old stopping ground at LSU. I think Chip boils, I'm going to check his LinkedIn. Is in Fredericksburg, let me confirm that.

He is the executive director of the George Washington Regional Commission, old chip boils. He was the city manager of Charlottesville for 10 months. He was the executive director of the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission for nearly seven years. Before he was thrown into the proverbial fire as the city manager of Charlottesville, he stayed there for 10 months. He eventually quit amidst the Dr. Rishal Brackney fallout when Dr. Brackney decided to sue everyone in any one tied to City Hall, claiming she was fired because she was a black female. But really intrigued me about that lawsuit, City Hall did not even respond to her, acknowledge her lawsuit. The press conference with the Johnny Cockroot attorney, the three piece suit wearing leather loafers, Italian loafers attorney, who set up a makeshift press conference in front of the free speech wall with Dr. Brackney next to him. City Hall did even respond to him. Now Dr. Brackney is the police chief at Jackson, Mississippi, one of the most crime stricken and crime ridden cities in all of America.

She's now in the midst of an investigation where criminals stole a gun from the Jackson, Mississippi police department from an actual police cruiser and used that gun to murder three people. Including a child. Including a child. A full story. A horrible story. Obviously not late at her feet, but still the police chief, still dealing with it. Often Schneider, how I got on this monologue, I saw her walking down City Hall today. She said, what up Jerry? I went back and dap her up. I said, what up, often? And we went our ways. She was flossing. She was dressed to the nines. Often you were flossing. Maybe the most fashion forward City employee we've seen since the bow tie clad ship boils in City Hall. Right? You've had some favorable words for... Dr. Terry and Richardson was fashion forward. Not to mention Sam Sanders being his stylish self.

I think Sam's got to step it up a little bit. With the game. Sam's got to step it up a little bit with the game. I think Sam Sanders watches in listen to the show. I'd say the men's and boys shop from the downtown mall would take good care of you, Sam. I think he needs to step it up a little bit. With the attire. Just saying that. I mean, he's clocking. He's not going on the door of 300,000 in total compensation. We could have, you know, three or four very nice suits in the rotation. Just my two sets. But look at what this overnight blaze required. You ready? Put the photo back on screen. Two fires, torch and terror eyes. Tenant-less, tent town. Required the Charlottesville Police Department to show up, Judah. Required a statement from an afternoon slider to the city's spokeswoman this morning to local media. And it's now being investigated by the fire marshal, Judah.

I mean, this reeks, I'm not jumping to conclusions. I don't want to get, you know, stop up my jump to conclusions, Matt, over here. I'm not jumping to conclusions or leaping on the jump to conclusions, Matt. This reeks of arson. Two separate fires. Does it not? Oh, I would think so. That was my first thought. The thank God, you know, Hesu Kleristo, doing my cross here, even though I'm Southern Baptist, grew up in a Jewish neighborhood, raised Southern Baptist, educated in a Catholic school. I'm a religious mut. Literally a religious mut. It's called me Lucy, the beautiful brown dog, the first dog I ever adopted from the Flavanna SBCA, that was German Shepherd and Chao Chao, a mut. That dog was mean and loyal. She loved one person and only one person and that was me. I hated everybody else. Literally despise everybody else. Chao Chao, German Shepherd, that dog don't mess around. Lift to like 18 years old.

17 real good years. Last year was terrible. Should have probably put her down at 17. My first dog, extremely difficult to do. I'm a religious mut. I'm crossing myself the only saving grace from this two fires, torch and terrorized, tenetless, ten-town. Is it was tenetless? Yeah. Now the cleanup crew they've hired, the job is exponentially harder. There's a story in the Shaltzville Media Group platform about the cleanup crew. Did you read that story? Yeah. This guy has had to categorize how he cleans. First it's like the actual crap that's left by the tenets at ten-town. There's the big stuff that's going to a landfill, but... An ivy. But they have to identify things like propane tanks to make sure that those don't get sent to the police. So that's the second category of stuff they're cleaning. Propane tanks. Then they've got to go back through and... And he says there's used heroin needles everywhere. Yeah, there's like a front loader that they're using to push a lot of this stuff to get it somewhere, you know,

I would imagine in a back of a truck so they can take it to the landfill. But they have to make sure they're not taking things like propane tanks. Then they've got to go back through and do a finer comb through the broad. For the used heroin needles, people chasing the dragon, pop the white china into their veins into in between their toes. The dripping used heroin used syringes are everywhere. He said that's the third sweep we have to make. The company has signature property maintenance. They've been contracted by the city to clear the trash. Evidently it's riddled and convoluted and just... You know, smeared as if you're smearing cream cheese on a bagel. Lots on a bagel. Look at me, a smear of trash everywhere. And not the metaphor, I would have used. Ssh smeared with trash. Ssh smeared those locks on the banks of the Rivanna River. Jerry's calling on his Jewish heritage.

There's a race in a Jewish neighborhood. A little Yiddish. Rays in the Jewish neighborhood. Three sweeps, Judah. First the trash, second the propane tanks, and third the used syringes. Wouldn't be surprised about more than just three sweeps, but yeah. Unbelievable. The blaze yesterday. Thank God no one was there. It happened two hours after... ...tent town became tenetless. I hope it was just stuff that they decided to leave and not... You think the fire was caused on its own accord? I didn't see that. There was rain yesterday. But the fire started on its own accord. No rain here. There was rain. There was a little dabble, a little smear of rain. I know my parents got rain. We got rain there. We didn't get any rain here. No rain? I mean, I was only here until around six o'clock, but...

...when the storm winds came through here, I kept looking over and waiting to see if it was going to start pouring. And it never did. I never saw a drop of rain here. No rain? No rain here. All I can say is that my life is pretty plain. I like watching the puddles gather after rain. And all I can do is just pour some tea for two and speak my point of view, but it's not the same. It's not the same. No rain. The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plane. And I don't understand why I sleep all day. And I start to complain that there's no rain. And all I can do is read a book to stay awake and it rips my life away, but it's a great, great, great escape. You need a higher voice. I can't sing, or do do. You need a higher pitch voice. I can't do the tones. I can't sing. Oh, you got a lot of that. I would love to hear it. I can't. Please. I don't even know the words of the song. Please, for Maggie in the back, we can cure up, we can cure up the lyrics. Please, Maggie in the back. Let's hear it, Judy. I'm not going to do it anymore just as you did.

We'll give some attention to Snow's outdoor living. My wife and I have finalized plans for a 275 square foot patio, fire pit, seating wall, hand, pick, and planings. We're actually going to go with part of this project and I'll start showing it on the I love Seville Network. Some artificial turf in a small area that's going to be very easy to manage. But a 275 square foot patio, seating wall, fire pit, white hydranias to compliment the Greystone. Dude, hydrangers. Yeah, what did I say? Hydranias. Okay. Hydranias. Hydrangers. This is pretty flamethrower. I'm just trying to stay sane. Snow's outdoor living has been incredible to deal with. I can't speak highly enough of Corbin Snow's team and Trevor Chandler. These folks have been absolutely incredible. Four design mockups, multiple options in each design, in each round of design, and something

that's completely pleased my wife. And that makes me extremely happy. If you're doing anything outdoor or hardscape or fire pit or patio related, it's an absolute slam dunk to call these folks. Way to you see the design. I can't wait to show it and I can't wait to see it in real life. If you're just tuning into the program, there was a massive fire. I mean, when did we start asking the question, did it impact any structural integrity of free bridge? Oh, I know. You're going to say it's far enough away. You're saying that's a stretch, J.D. I'm going to say there's a gulf between burning up tents and setting a concrete and tar and metal bridge. Judith says, don't worry, keep driving the $20,000 cars and trucks and automobiles that

pass on free bridge every day. Don't you worry that you're on free bridge and that bridge is shaking left and right. Supposed to do that, by the way. And the two fires that torched and terrorized, tenetless, tent town did not damage that passageway in any capacity. Just keep driving on there with your wife and kids and your families and your friends. Their judo wig-coward, that bridge, safe and approved. That's what you're saying. I am 100% approved of the bridge. That's terrifying. That's totally terrifying. I mean, if somebody can give me proof that there is even the whiff of a chance that a burning tent could set a concrete and metal bridge on fire, I will eat my words. Okay, so the proof is this. The fire adjacent to free bridge that torched and terrorized, tenetless, tent town is not

damaging the steel and concrete that makes up free bridge. That the inclement weather is impacting the structural integrity of the Dubarry skeleton on the downtown wall. Make it make sense. The free bridge that has fires next to it, has meth labs associated with it, is not impacted the concrete and steel in any structural integrity capacities. That the Dubarry skeleton, the concrete and the steel, the structural integrity is without question impacted by being exposed to the elements, even though it's nowhere near a torching or a blaze or a fire. Are you trying to make a salient point? I'm just saying, can we not compare the two? You disagree? I don't think we can compare the two. We don't even know if the fire touched the bridge.

If it did, I'd still be extremely surprised if there was any damage to the bridge, but I don't think the fire was close enough to the bridge to even matter. Comments, put them in the feed, we'll relay them live on air. Deep throat, we're going to get to your communist matter of moment. Deep throat, we'll get to your communist matter of moment. Oh, deep throat's got a communist. God, I love some deep throat. I saw him yesterday. Screamed his name down the hallway. I think I might have embarrassed him. His son was, I don't know if your old- He didn't scream deep throat down the hallway. No, I don't know. Everybody turns to look. I didn't scream. I didn't scream down the hallway. Hey, deep throat. Yo, deep throat. Get over here, deep throat. Give me some deep throat. Come over here. I didn't scream that. I didn't say that about deep throat. I should scream this first night. By scream, hey, deep throat, I probably would have been kicked out and banned from where I was for perpetuity. Deep throat, I don't know if you know this. But your oldest Sion, high voice, who's not so high voice anymore, it's more like medium high voice because he's getting older, was walking outside of his school.

I think it was earlier this week or late last week. And I was coming out of the tennis shop on a loose Stevens tennis shop. And I saw him from afar. In fact, our oldest son, Trace, that isn't that high voice. And I looked and I'm like, that is high voice. I rolled down the window from the family Ford Explorer and started screaming high voices name at the top of my lungs. And high voice looked around because people hear someone screaming his name. And finally, he acknowledged me with a wave, much to his embarrassment and much to my joy over there. It was truly awesome. He says this, on the fire, as far as fire damage goes, concrete with rebar starts to lose structural integrity at 300 degrees Celsius. Propane burns, depending on a lot of stuff, at like 2000 degrees Celsius. We get a tip from someone who was at the location of the fire. This is the tip the I love Seval show receives that's at the location of the fire.

And this particular individual who asked for an inhibity said he heard small propane tanks popping every few minutes that drove the fire spread in momentum. So deep throats says, hey, the structural integrity of a bridge, concrete at rebar starts to fall, it loses a 300 degrees Celsius propane burning at 2000 degrees Celsius. And this is a perfect segue and he also adds this deep throat. So if someone left a propane tank next to the bridge pierce, yeah, that could be a problem with the propane burn, but a fire 100 yards away probably not going to be an issue. There was multiple propane tanks that according to our source on site that got caught in this place. And that's a perfect segue into Bill McChesney, Williams photo on screen, the mayor of McIntyre. See, these are key members of the family. You see their photos on screen?

We know these people, we've vetted these people, they pass along content to us that we trust. William, the mayor of McIntyre says this, his photos on screen now, how about the nearby businesses? How are they impacted by this? A fire. That's a segue to reparations, due to wig-cow, reparations and nearby businesses. Look at those eyebrows move. Is that Duane the Rock Johnson or due to wig-cow? Can you do them again? Look at that. Ladies, he's single and ready to mingle. Can you do them again for the camera? That's Duane the Rock Johnson right there. Look at those eyebrows move. I can also do the ears. He's, well, you can't, you can't, you can't really see the ears in the, because your hair's long. Oh, look at that. You can see the ears. I got like, alph over here, Albert the Elf. Albert the Elf. Should the East High Street businesses be offered reparations, due to, of any capacity? Tax abatement?

Any kind of reparations for the East High Street businesses? Tax abatement, that's an interesting idea. Fures and listeners, your thoughts. Now that tenetless, tenetown has been torched and is a thing of tomorrow, or yesterday. Should they be offered reparations, Malcolm Inge, Lauren and Ivy, Deepthrow, Georgia Gilmer, Carol Thorpe? Should they be offered reparations of Vanessa Parkhill, Janice Boyce, Travillian, Lee Cappshaw? Should they be offered reparations, Batonise, and Aaron Mooney, and Hanson Hank Martin, due to what kind of you go first? I think the tax abatement idea is a more, perhaps, a more elegant solution than, than giving them money. Isn't the tax abatement solution basically giving them money? More or less. But it's different. I mean, how many businesses use taxes as a means of, what is it?

Where are you going with this? No, I'm just talking about, in terms of investments. If you lose an investment, you can use that as a way to cut down on your future taxes. The city, the city on businesses. I know. Charges taxes. On top line revenue. You're paying those taxes in March. What they could do for some of these East High Street businesses is offer some kind of abatement of some capacity over a period of time, or a kin to a period of time, that is 10th town, terrorized traffic along. Terrorized traffic? It terrorized foot traffic. Oh, foot traffic. The Rivanna River Company? I imagine the position the Rivanna River Company is in. Oh, I know. The Rivanna River Company is right there in 10th town. And its landlord is the city of Charlottesville.

I want you to think about that. That's nuts. Is it nuts? Who do you complain to? Exactly. You go to complain to your landlord that there are people on your lawn. They're like, oh, yeah, we let them stay on your lawn. Like imagine if somebody was on your house, you rent it. And your landlord's like, oh, yeah, we got these people that needed some places to stay. So we told them they could use your yard. Cosmetic brothers? Right? Charlottesville, Glaston, Meer. Mm-hmm. Any of them there? Surely Magnulty and Patrick McCannam's watching the program on YouTube. Subscribe to the I Love Seville Network on YouTube. Surely Magnulty does the move to holiday drive. Means Stonefield will be the new downtown for homeless. Now that the bridge goes over 29, I'm just curious. There's a new 10th town that's popped up around 29 in Amara County. The city of Charlottesville just took its encampment in the city, disbanded the encampment. Now I'm told the encampment is up 29 North next to the disc golf location by the English

Inn and the boatos on 29. There's an encampment that's jumped up over there. Now Almaro County is going to deal with the 10th town terrorizing and the taxing tariffs from 10th town. Get ready Almaro County. How do you like their maples? How do you like that revenue sharing agreement? Matt Damon slapping the note on the door of the window of the Dunkin Donuts. Do you like apples, Judah? Do you like apples? Of course I do. Well I got her number. How do you like them apples? Charlottesville City saying that to Almaro County. You like apples? Jeff Richardson? Nenke Alley and Mike Pruitt? Sam Sanders is saying this to Jeff Richardson and the board of supervisors. While I kicked them out of the city, now the encampments in Almaro County, how do you like them apples? Go deal with it. That's what's happening right now.

Patrick McCatams photo on screen. He's one of the best lacrosse players to ever matriculate throughout Almaro County public schools. Fantastic Almaro lacrosse head coach at one time. Now his son goes to Almaro County public schools, Patrick McCatams. The millions going to serve the tenants of Tentown might as well have been thrown in the river. At least the taxpayers might then have the chance to wait out into the current and save some of their hard earned cash from being swept away. Patrick McCatams has, you have to do something that matters positively for businesses and not just the people creating problems because of the manifest destiny which the Charlottesville City Council has tacitly endorsed or created. He also adds 100% right on Shirley, love the bridge to nowhere. That bridge from Tentown to Stonefield is a bridge to nowhere. Philip Dow says the mayor of Scottsville, Philip Dow, his photo on screen, the East High Street businesses should class action lawsuit the city. Janice Boyce Travillian says, I think the coffee shop that keeps getting monetary damages

that keeps getting damaged by the homeless should get some kind of tax break for sure. As client in front of the program, Kid Ashy, we helped her purchase crobes. It's now Tangerines. We helped her purchase Kuma on Aliewood. It's another fantastic business in her portfolio. Showns Camila's, the old Billy Joe's. And in the one week period of time, a drunklin' homeless man has picked up a chair and shattered her storefront window for no reason whatsoever. And then 72 hours later, 96 hours later, a drunken lunatic, an insane homeless man walked into her coffee shop and started self-pleasuring himself himself in the dining room. I mean, we're talking Rosie Paul over here. What the hell's going on? What is going on? That's in a 96 hour period of time for a female own business that she's had to deal with. Elliot Harding's watching the program.

One of the best defense attorneys out there. He says his cousin who is Brent Harding, his tire and automobile dealership, Harding's auto, would gladly take a tax abatement. Brent Harding is also a fantastic real estate flipper. He's doing fantastic work as a real estate flipper. He's got an automobile dealership and a tire. People don't know this. The Harding family are like, tire is the word, episodio? Impressario? The tire king pence. They got a massive tire business in Fork Union, Virginia. Brent's selling a boatload of rubber and a boatload of tire on East High Street. The Harding's no tires like the Pope knows holy water. The Harding's no tires like Charlottesville City Council knows taxpayer malpractice.

The Harding's no tires like Judah Wittkauer knows eyebrow shifte-ness. Look at that eyebrow shifte-ness. John Bishop watching the program. Thank you for watching the show, John Bishop. I don't know what your comment. You go fish. Get them, Jerry Means. But I do appreciate you watching and listening to the show. Conan Owen is watching the program. He's the owner of Sir Speedy Essential Virginia. Hush! Hot damn! Conan Owen did a great job on yesterday's show. And I think Conan Owen, the owner of Sir Speedy Essential Virginia, should host his own weekly show on the I Love Seeville network. The Charlottesville Business Spotlight, where Conan Owen, the owner of Sir Speedy Essential Virginia, interviews and Q&A capacity in fashion, other business owners locally, he could feature his clients, he could feature movers and shakers. This show used to do that. Now it's turned into the water cooler of content and conversation daily news in Charlottesville. Conan would crush it in that regard.

Regardless, he's the CEO of Sir Speedy Essential Virginia. And goodness gracious, if you need signage or any kind of tangible marketing done, you contact Conan and Sir Speedy because boy oh boy, they'll do the job right and they'll do it right the first time. Dreck mail, stickers, lanyards, vinyl lettering, merchandise, uniforms, this banner behind me and Judah, Conan Owen and Sir Speedy Essential Virginia. He says Jerry and Judah, congratulations. The New York Post wants to offer you a job as a page one headline writer with your gold standard headline from today's show, Two Fires, Torx and Terrorized, Tenantless, Ten Town. You get paid by the letter? No, you don't get paid by the letter. I used to be a headline writer at the Daily Progress editor, one of the youngest editors in Daily Progress history. You don't want that job. You don't want that job. Actually, I was talking to my parents today about this. You don't want to be in that line of work.

I mean, look at what we're doing here. Why does someone need institutional media that's clogged with heavy payroll and obscene overhead? When you got two community stewards, Judah and yours truly, offering you the most straightforward and legitimate and incredible authentic and far from jokes or news possible on the I-Live Seville show, 1230-130, Monday through Friday, the number one winning platform in Charlottesville and Central Virginia. Philip Dahl, the mayor of Scottsville, as of today, how many ten people have gone to Holiday Drive? Yesterday was 16. Now that number is up to a whopping 26, Judah, Wickauer, 26 people. In fact, I'm- You're going to have this powerful thing. Yeah, handsome Hank Martin's watching the program. Hank Martin's photo on screen. Jerry, all jokes aside, the- What is he saying? The FB area along the Riveana, I would think, what's the FB area?

How many understand we sink here? Jerry, all jokes aside, the FB area along the Riveana River, I would think will require sanitization and environmental remediation to eliminate biohazards, sharp objects and waste to protect both the river and trail users. What's the FB area? I'm trying to figure out. I'll tell you what I'm not going to be doing. Running around that part of the trail anytime soon. It would be absolutely absurd for someone to think that a- A used chase in the dragon, white china utilizing heroin needle won't be forgotten out there. And the cleanup sweep. John Blair says- He's got a comment. Let me get to John Blair's comment. Gosh, I love John Blair. He's also a sharp dresser. His son is a fantastic squash player. John Blair, I won't wait into the reparations debate and I certainly know that every business

is different. But our family went to Sugar Bear twice this summer. I did not notice any smaller crowds than last summer. Again, that's purely anecdotal. But if the idea is tax abatement, I would suggest a process in which the business has to present audited revenue numbers to the city and prove a substantial decline in revenue compared to 2025. There you go. That's a man that's used to running jurisdictions in cities offering guidance. I think that's fair. That's what I was talking about in terms of if it was going to be monetary reparations, then would that be for- would that be for- thing is stolen from the- from a business? Would that be for damages as in- as in the broken window? I mean, our friends, John and Andrew Vermillion will give them some loves. They're partners of the show, Friends of the Show. Charlottesville sanitary supplies on East High Street. They're sister company, Charlottesville swimming pool company. They're- they're awesome dudes. They're rock stars. 63 years of this business.

They told us things were stolen from their business all the time. They had the tent town tenants go up and shake down employees for money. And at that point, you just give it to them because you don't- you fear them. What they're going to do after hours if you don't? 63 years of business, Charlottesville sanitary supply online at Charlottesville sanitary supply.com. And soon to launch a sister company, which we've helped them build brand and get ready to launch, that is- is- is- is just an indication of how their business is evolving even more into this service-oriented business. Anything cleaning supply, sanitary supplies, swimming pool, meal of vacuums, bono wood flooring, it hits John Vermillion and Andrew Vermillion. Patrick Begatum says the- this is the only source, the I love Seville show, of news and content. I don't miss a show, not one. And he said the interview yesterday with Conan Owen was amazing.

The guy is a fountain of common sense, he says. And see you later, 4577 says FB is Fireburn to area, Jerry. Oh, Hank Martin is saying free bridge area. The other person is saying Fireburn area. Free bridge. I'm not really sure. I'm either the most think of that. Free bridge area. Hank Martin says if people could hear propane tanks exploding, that's interesting. At 920 degrees Fahrenheit to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit, propane spontaneously ignites without a spark. At 1200 plus degrees, direct flame contact weakens the metal hole while pressure builds, trickering a violent boiling liquid expanding vapor explosion, fireball, Jesus! Man, that sounds like the United States needs to do to Iran. I know what I'm doing next for the July.

What? I don't even want to answer. I kid. Philip Dalsas, John Bishop, was referencing him. His nickname is Fish. Oh, I didn't know that. I didn't know. So Philip Dals, nickname is Fish. Got it. I like that. Elliott Harding, Boo, John Blair, Boo, just give them the tax abatement. Less tax is always John. That's from Esquire Elliott Harding to Esquire John Blair. Curtis Shaver, look, Curtis Shaver's photo on screen. I think Curtis Shaver's got the best photo of anybody in the I Love Seville family. Put Curtis Shaver's on photo on screen. God, I love this photo so much. It's so happy and jolly. Is it on screen? It is. Look at the screen. Is it not the best photo? That is just a joyous image. I love looking at Curtis Shaver's photo on screen. It's on screen. It's a key member of this family. Inner circle front was in my wedding party. Haven't seen him in a minute. Lives in green over here. Bought a fabulous, fabulous house in green with his wife.

Look at that photo, of course. He says, it'll be years, years, years, before I take my kayak or tube down the Riveana River. It's a good idea to have a couple of hours. Anyone who thinks that this cleaning crew, and I think they're going to do a great job, but anyone thinks this cleaning crew is going to do a good job cleaning up the sharps. I'm not saying they're going to do a bad job, but they're used heroin syringes. Imagine if one of those poked your skin. I don't want to imagine that. What? That's like instant emergency room visit. I mean, you would be terrified. Right? We have a video of holiday drive. Are we going to play the whole thing? How long is this damn video? It's like seven minutes.

It's so long. Is there a way to play the video without really having to hear the CEO of the Arizona consultancy that's running holiday drive? I can run it silent if you want. I can put it in a little box above a picture. You can do a picture in picture. A PIP picture in picture? PIA. It's without swaggering up and making the video stream swagger. We don't want the video stream to get all res up and swaggering. I don't get it swaggering. I make no guarantees. Get the PMP. If it starts getting swaggering and resies, stop it right away. See you on it once. This is a video of 2000 holiday drive. Don't make it swaggering and resie. You're resieing and swaggering it? Hold on. PIP it. This is video of 2000 holiday drive. Looks pretty awesome. I mean goodness. Should we go live there, Judah?

Should we go live there? Should we go live at 2000 holiday drive? From me, say at night. Say at night. Slow-barrier shelter. You can chase the dragon. You can pound OE. I mean, you can do Edward 40 hands. You and I know, we're not chasing the dragon. We're not pounding OE and doing Edward 40 hands. What language are you talking? You know what Edward 40 hands is? Who doesn't know what Edward 40 hands is that's watching this show? You don't know what Edward 40 hands is? Everyone knows the same. What's the mouth content? It's from an old college and teenage and post college years. Yeah, everyone was a mouth content. Are you doing the PIP video? Who knows what Edward 40 hands is? First, want to put what Edward 40 hands is in the comments section of whatever the 27 social media pages you're watching the program on. We'll live in forever fame here on the I Love See If I'll show. Are you PIP in that video?

No, not yet. Don't swag and res it up. Edward 40 hands. You don't know what Edward 40 hands is? Curtis knows what Edward 40 hands is. When you get 240s and you duct tape them to your hands and you can't take them off your hands until they're done. Edward 40 hands. No? Judas putting the video on screen here. This is a 2000 holiday drive. We don't have to play the whole thing, play it without sound. Is it on screen? No, I'm the whole. You got to give me a second. I can't do it. You can't do it. You're swaggering up the stream, aren't you? Not right now. Don't worry about it. Don't worry about it. We don't have to play it. My point is this is that actually I'm going to give them props. It looks pretty good. There's beds and there's tub of wires and there's clean and it looks good.

I mean, they're doing a really good job. What is the next headline you got? You got to watch it. Oh, let's see. If we're going to skip the Arizona CEO, we can talk about the active gunman. All right. I don't want to spend a lot of time on it. I don't want to spend a lot of time with this. I struggle to have empathy here. 15-year-old stormed into an elementary school in Wayne'sboro. Active shooter. By God's grace, he wasn't after anyone, but I believe a former lover. Is that the story? From what I've heard and I don't know that there's... The 19-year-old and the school employee in the library. Was it a librarian? Librarian.

The 19-year-old... Well, this is news to me. Goodness gracious. Former lover of the librarian? Apparently he went after specifically the librarian. I think was struck, but not... Is the librarian a man or a woman? I don't have any information about that. Librarian was struck, not killed. Not killed. Thank God. Leave him. Shot himself. I don't know if librarians moved from school to school during the day. I believe I also heard that he was planning on going to another school, but maybe that was just a look for the librarian if he or she was not at the first spot. It's terrible. It's worse with the fact that this guy gained entry to the school with 11. But as I said by God's grace, he wasn't after anyone else and didn't...

We all know how badly this could have gone. The story? Like, I heard about this... Like in the 11 AM hour yesterday, like everybody else did. I was with my wife at the time, and I was visibly like... I was in front of her crying... emotional... because it's an elementary school, and we have an eight-year-old and soon-to-be-four-year-old. And I thought about the kids and their families and their friends, their parents, their futures, everything. It... like rocked me to the core, emotional... like literally. And the flood of emotion that ran through me was obviously as everyone's safe, who's hurt, how many impacted parents? Then, immediately, I'm like, how are these gunmen still getting into schools?

How are they getting into schools? You don't often hear the active shooter at an elementary school. Generally, it's more tied to high school. And then, the next level of mental gymnastics I had to deal with was later in the day when we found out he... terminate his life. Committed... that's suicide? Yeah. Committed suicide. I'm then at that point, immediately, like, you got what you deserve. And then, or good. And then, as a parent, I'm like, what about his mom and dad? What about his family and friends? Mainly, what about his mom and dad? And then, that's when I got through this mental struggle, and this mental-like gymnastics, and like, it's been weighing heavy on me, is like, this guy stormed into a school. How can you still storm into a school as an unannounced visitor

with a gun? What are we doing here? Thank God no one was killed besides him. Thank God the librarian is recovered. Initially, pleasure... not pleasure, but like, he got what he deserved that he killed himself. And then, fought back that relief, or fought back that mindset with, oh, what about his parents? Misurable situation. I beg and plead in hope that every school does yet another audit. I mean, how many times have they done these audits of their entry and exit points? Begging plead in hope that every school again is considering entry and exit audits. Oh, anything you want to add to that? I don't know that there's a whole lot that I can add. I mean, we could go into...

you know, we could go into better ability to get people mental help they need. Clearly, this person was disturbed. I mean, that's how it is. I mean, as I said yesterday, anyone who chooses to shoot something like that, or even threatening to do it, is not mentally stable. Right. And he's 100% right about that. It's not a choice. A decision that a sane person makes. Yeah. Next headline, what do you got? We've got UVA versus UConn. How about this one? My wife's a UConn graduate. I'm a UVA guy. December 20th. Madison Square Garden. It's like in a year-rough week for you guys. Huskies Cavaliers, probably a rough week for the hoos. Although both teams look like super talented. UVA UConn in the world's most famous arena. Madison Square Garden. December 20th. Is that a 3pm tip off on ESPN?

Dan Hurley against Ryan Odom. UVA's basketball schedule, I'm going to give you a glimpse. Let me just give you a glimpse of UVA's basketball schedule. It is murderous row. I'm going to VirginiaSports.com. And I'm going to give you UVA's basketball schedule. I'm also going to encourage you to subscribe to JerryRacklef.com. $8 a month gets you 50 pieces of content per 30-day period. Virginia's basketball schedule, are you ready, Judah? Exhibition, it gets Vanderbilt and Charleston. It's an exhibition. Then they play John Calaparian, Arkansas. They open the year in a neutral-side game at Capitol One Arena in DC.

UVA Arkansas in DC. That's a nationally televised game. They play Maryland in College Park. They have Marquette in the Bahamas tournament. Xavier in the Bahamas tournament. They have the Kentucky Wildcats at home at the John Paul Jones Arena in December 2nd. UConn at Madison Square Garden. The start of the season is exhibition against Vanderbilt. Neutral-side game against Arkansas in DC. On the road against the Maryland Terrapins. Marquette in Bahamas, Xavier Bahamas, Kentucky in Charlottesville. And the Huskies and MSG. Boy, oh boy, is that murderous row. And goodness gracious, great. Balls of fire, I love the schedule. They will be battle-tested. Come Atlanta Coast Conference play. Something Odom's team was not last year. They played a week out of conference schedule. Thank you for working from that. I think you learned from that. I want to give some attention to Charlottesville Business Brokers.

A division here at the Miller Organization. Guys, we are doing a hell of a job brokering the buying and selling of businesses locally. We are really, really good at this.
